Its location right by the exterior entrance of the mall makes it super easy to get in and out, which I appreciate with two small kids in tow. My 3-year-old and almost-1-year-old both have a great time here. They love the ball pit, slide, dress-up room, and all the imaginative play areas. It really does offer hours of entertainment. The one thing to note--especially for families with younger kids--is that some of the toy sets in the dress up room come with small pieces that could be choking hazards. The pretend makeup items (lipstick, powder brushes, eyeshadow tools, etc.) also naturally invite kids to put them on/close to their faces, which could carry some concern for germs. There's also a balloon room with fans, which is fun but something to keep an eye on, since popped balloons can be a risk for little ones. All that said, we just stay extra attentive in those areas, and my kids still have an absolute blast. It's a fun, creative, and a great space for local families.

It wasn't busy and the two young girls working greeted us quickly and got us started on some slime making. The experience itself is really cool. It lasts quite awhile and there are tons of steps from texture to aroma to colors. Every step involves some level of decision making so if you have a really little one, like I do, it's definitely best to accompany them through the whole thing. A grade school aged kid could mostly do everything on their own. After choosing some texture, color, smells, and mixing, you can play with your slime for as long as you'd like. Then you can do your mix ins and package it up. The cost is the toughest thing to stomach about this place. It's $25 to make a slime, so for my two kids and taxes, it was nearly $60 to make something that will likely eventually have to be thrown away. The prices on the retail slimes that you could buy and make at home seemed much more reasonable- around $15. I loved this for my kids- but just this once. I think it would have to be a special occasion to come back and do it again. I could see myself picking up a retail slime for a gift. If you don't mind the $25 price tag, this could be a staple experience for you! Still 5 stars in my book.

We were greeted as we walked in. It appeared they were very busy but they helped us pretty quick. The lady explained to us how everything works and what to pick. My kid put on an apron an he started picking out the type of slime and color he wanted. He even got to pick out the scent. After the mixer, he got to add more things in his slime and mix it around himself. He had fun making slime. The slime is a little on the pricey side I thought but, my kid had fun and the people there were very helpful.

She was very thorough in explaining what the game is like, the rules, and cheering our teams on. The games were fun and funny, and sometimes built up a sweat. I thought they did a great job coming up with games using all five of our senses. This would be a great place for TEAM building or for friends and family. You can have a minimum of two people and maybe up to eight, so there would be four on each team. I think any more than that would be a hindrance. It's not that big of a deal, but try to have your group it be split into even numbers. I feel that some of the games work out in favor of those who have more in their group. I've done so many escape rooms that this was such a great change of pace!

It was a bit strange today having only one person swimming in the giant pool. It was overcast and rainy, Saturday evening... Ok, maybe it is a clean pool smell. The building, locker rooms, seating areas, parking lot and outdoor areas look good. This facility gets bonus points for being fully self sustainable with the hot springs and solar. The rates are reasonable with discounts on Wednesday evening and Sunday. RecConnect passes start at $12 per month.

I think my experience was better than the first time, and if I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I am feeling generous and going up from 3 stars to 4 stars. Let's start with the negatives. This place is still dirty and still chaotic. When we arrived at 10 am, it was ok. By noon, there were far too many people, and the chaos ensued, once again due to the lack of adequate staffing and/or young employees who don't enforce rules. I am also concerned about the upkeep and quality of the facility. Many areas were closed, and there was padding falling off things. I am very worried about safety being a second thought here. The birthday party experience was pretty good. They had a table set up for us before we arrived, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. It's about $120 to reserve a table, and then they charge you per jumper. You can bring your own food or have themprovide food for an extra cost. Being able to bring some nutritious snacks for our son's friends is a huge plus. Overall, the kids had an absolute blast, and for around $230 total for 2 hours of jump time and a dedicated party table, it was a decent value. I think my once-a-year-ish visit will still be the way to go, and maybe it's time to start thinking about visiting some other trampoline parks.

Our Favorite Trampoline Spot!…read more Fly High Reno has been one of our family's go-to places for years -- it's fun, safe, and works well for all ages, starting from toddlers to bigger kids. What I really appreciate is the open layout -- it's bright, not dark or overwhelming like some other indoor parks. I can easily keep an eye on where my child is at all times, which gives great peace of mind. They have: A safe, designated area for little ones Tons of variety in jumping zones An awesome air obstacle course And lots of space to roam and explore This place is extremely popular for birthday parties -- on weekends, the front tables are almost always fully booked. It's a great atmosphere with happy kids everywhere. You'll find that most of the staff are teens, and they do a solid job keeping things moving. You'll need to sign a digital waiver on-site (on the iPads near the ticket window), which is quick and easy if you already have an account set up. Another bonus? Massage chairs for parents! For just a few bucks, you can sit back and relax while your kids bounce around. This is our usual go-to spot to meet up with friends and let the kids burn off some energy. Highly recommend Fly High if you're looking for active indoor fun in Reno!
