As far as the games go, they're all working but the place just feels tired a bit old and rundown. They don't offer a system where they're unlimited play cards include ticket games, but do not reward tickets so the selection of games available to the kids at the party was fairly limited as a result which bothered me, but of course didn't bother the kids who were just happy to continue swiping and playing. That said they do offer some games here that are not typically included in other arcades in town like the Minecraft game which spits out super cool cards and certainly captivated the kids for quite some time. The party room was large but parsley appointed in terms of decorations and really didn't offer much in terms of seeming or decor. There's truly a DIY situation and thankfully, we came with a couple of decorations to put up to make it feel more festive. One of the pizzas included in the party arrived squished in one corner and the supervisor was quick with the solution. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake the pizza which I'm not really sure why, but instead he offered additional cards that the kids could use to play the Midway games downstairs, which ended up being a huge hit. The birthday party deal is a great value to be honest. Works out to around 25 bucks a kid minimum of 10 and it includes pizza and unlimited soda plus a two hour arcade card and $15 to use on the midway or the games with redemption prizes. We ended up adding a $100 card to our party so that we could have the kids play some additional Midway games and that really did extend the fun quite a bit. Midway games are about to six dollars per play, so it does actually go a little ways. If you're staying at Circus Circus, the XP arcade is a fun stop over but if you're from the area, I personally wouldn't say this is the one to come to. That said if you wanna play the midway, you really can't do that anywhere else and it is super fun, especially rewarding when you win a prize. We'll certainly recommend this birthday party option to friends.

They have video games on the top floor and some more ticket games on the bottom floor. I feel like we lost some credits on the machines because we would swipe and it wouldn't work, but I noticed that my money was going down. There wasn't an attendant to help. We spent like an hour there using up the card. The kids racked up about 1,000 tickets on their card. They use a self serve prize machine to redeem your tickets, which is pretty cool. Overall, we had a great time.

I was bummed we got here later than expected and weren't able to do the carousel. It's been years since I visited! We were given a preloaded card and got to play for a consecutive two hours. I just wish I would have known that the kids don't acrrue tickets on the birthday packages. We did however enjoy ourselves and look forward to coming back. There were a few games that should have been marked, " out of order". The party room was a decent size with plenty of seating for everyone to sit and eat pizza and enjoy cake. We had a great time and the staff was awesome. I spent a lot of time growing up nearby as my best friends lived in Verdi and I grew up in NW Reno. Registration for the team was done online and wasn't too complicated. Before our first game we had to obtain players cards - the process was easy and only took a few moments. It was also easy to get another later in the season when I lost my original one (whoops!). You are required to give the card to the employee out of the field before the start of the game so they know that every player on the turf is registered. We played the full season and our games ranged from around 6PM to as late as 10PM. 10PM is brutal especially during winter. It was freezing outside and freezing inside. No matter their efforts the field area is still quite cold. My team and I warmed up in the bar area but a dedicated warm up space would be really nice as the bar area was quite crowded most times and made finding a place to stretch hard. We didn't have any of our games rescheduled so I appreciated that as I was worried we may face that concern. Luckily our schedule remained the same throughout the season. I will say as a new player the inconsistent refs were a challenge. One game a penalty would be called, the next nothing. One game they would add players based on the time elapsed and the score, they next they would tell us that only happens in the children's leagues. Not very helpful for those of us brand new to the game and trying to learn the rules and flow. I will say what I appreciate the most about this place is how understanding they were. I was asked to play on a team the following season and after one game realized it wasn't a smart move for my foot. I called and explained my situation and the employee was nice enough to refund my money for the season and let me off the hook of playing. That was very kind. I got a check in the mail about a week after I called and I was grateful for how easy they made it. I appreciate the customer service and it kind of out weighs the awkward parking, cold field and inconsistent refs.

I was going to Swift Physical Therapy for some back and hip issues. I attended for one month and…read morethey gave me a regimen of exercises that I could continue with at home. At the end of the month I felt much improvement. The facilities are fantastic! In the Physical Therapy part the equipment is top notch and the staff keeps all the tables and machines sterilized after each use. The other parts of the Sportsdome looked very intriguing for use as a year-round practice facility. There was soccer practice field, a 3/4 size football field, basketball courts, volleyball courts, golf practice area, baseball facilities, plus other areas that we were unable to see. There were tables outside of the practice areas so the parents could sit and watch the children practice through large glass floor to ceiling windows. They even have a snack bar with alcohol sales for the parents to pass the time while waiting for their kids to finish. Reno really needed this kind of facility to give the youth somewhere to practice yearly. It's nice to have the rehab facility right there if a child gets injured.

The program felt very unorganized, and the coaches (mostly teenagers) did very little to engage or motivate the kids. On three separate occasions, we showed up for soccer only to find out upon arrival that there was no class because the space had been rented out for a private event or the practice had been moved to another location. There was absolutely no communication about these changes. For the price they charge, we expected a much more professional and reliable program. Overall, it was frustrating, overpriced, and not something we would recommend.

We are lucky to have this location close to our home! Our daughter had been in soccer sprouts for…read morealmost 2 years and it's something my husband and our friends look forward to weekly. It gives both the kids and the adults to come together for the adults to hang out and the kids to get their energy out. When the kids had a later morning class it was nice because the lunch items would be offered so we would have lunch right after soccer. However the past few seasons it's been earlier and earlier. We still make it a habit to hang out afterwards for all parties. They serve alcohol at all times while they are open where my husband and our friend bought a glass of beer to drink during one of the classes for those rough mornings! The sportsdome is a nice alternative for sports from being outside offering a big field, practice field (both turf), basketball courts which can also serve as volleyball courts or even for use for soccer sprouts a time or 2. Sometimes the facility can be very busy as there can be different sports simultaneously happening at the same time in all areas, so parking may be limited, but the parking lot is large you should not have much trouble finding parking. Ladies Bathrooms are also clean. They offer ladies and men as well as family bathrooms located across from the basketball courts. I always see them being clean. All in all, the facility is pretty tidy and offer many trash cans so you can throw away your trash without having to walk far away.
