Being totally honest this arcade itself is pretty average, but I am bumping the stars up because of…read morethe customer service experience we had while hosting a small birthday party here. As far as the games go, they're all working but the place just feels tired a bit old and rundown. They don't offer a system where they're unlimited play cards include ticket games, but do not reward tickets so the selection of games available to the kids at the party was fairly limited as a result which bothered me, but of course didn't bother the kids who were just happy to continue swiping and playing. That said they do offer some games here that are not typically included in other arcades in town like the Minecraft game which spits out super cool cards and certainly captivated the kids for quite some time. The party room was large but parsley appointed in terms of decorations and really didn't offer much in terms of seeming or decor. There's truly a DIY situation and thankfully, we came with a couple of decorations to put up to make it feel more festive. One of the pizzas included in the party arrived squished in one corner and the supervisor was quick with the solution. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake the pizza which I'm not really sure why, but instead he offered additional cards that the kids could use to play the Midway games downstairs, which ended up being a huge hit. The birthday party deal is a great value to be honest. Works out to around 25 bucks a kid minimum of 10 and it includes pizza and unlimited soda plus a two hour arcade card and $15 to use on the midway or the games with redemption prizes. We ended up adding a $100 card to our party so that we could have the kids play some additional Midway games and that really did extend the fun quite a bit. Midway games are about to six dollars per play, so it does actually go a little ways. If you're staying at Circus Circus, the XP arcade is a fun stop over but if you're from the area, I personally wouldn't say this is the one to come to. That said if you wanna play the midway, you really can't do that anywhere else and it is super fun, especially rewarding when you win a prize. We'll certainly recommend this birthday party option to friends.

The offer card specials and we opted for the $60 one to give us an additional $15 as a bonus. The game area was clean and well lit up. They have video games on the top floor and some more ticket games on the bottom floor. I feel like we lost some credits on the machines because we would swipe and it wouldn't work, but I noticed that my money was going down. There wasn't an attendant to help. We spent like an hour there using up the card. The kids racked up about 1,000 tickets on their card. They use a self serve prize machine to redeem your tickets, which is pretty cool. Overall, we had a great time.

I've been going here and make great memories since their first location I believe they opened in 2017. I've been to a lot of different arcade bars across California and this one's my favorite! The vibes now are even better than before the whole setups just pure fun!! The best adult arcade I've been to in a long time! Drinks are strong, games are epic, pinball always fun, and you leave with not that bad of a dent in your wallet! These guys crush it I noticed they are constantly changing out the pinball games and other video arcade games. Couches to chill on by the bar with mario kart built into the coffee tables and pool table not far away! There's old and new games all over the place hard to stay bored here! Also love the staff here always friendly and welcoming they also crush it here super hard to keep up a place like this so tell your friends and support these guys and don't forget to tip the wonderful staff!! The energy of this place is unmatched. It's fun, lively, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The games, the vibe, and the overall atmosphere make it easy to lose track of time in the best way possible. Ted and John are truly fantastic. They, along with the rest of the staff, go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience, and it shows in every detail. Whether you're visiting Reno for the first time or you live here full-time, this spot is a must. I recommend Press Start every chance I get and will absolutely continue to come back. Thank you, Press Start, for consistently delivering such a fun and memorable experience. I can't speak to the rooms on the lower price range, but what I got, was absolutely amazing…read more I was here on Cinco de Mayo, but because it was a Tuesday, the rates were very reasonable. I have "status", so I was offered an upgrade to a spa suite, for a very reasonable price. The price range, of course depends on what day of the week it is, as well if there are any events going on, but even at full price, that spa suite is well worth the splurge. I was checked in by Claudia, and she was very friendly and helpful. My room was in the tower that is connected to the main casino. I was on the fifth floor. The view during the daytime wasn't much, but at night time and sunrise, it was very pretty. I walked into the room, and I couldn't believe it! I had actually gotten a two room suite it was a beautiful suite. The living room had 2 very comfortable couches. One of them had a hide-a- bed in it, or you could just sleep across the couch. it had a mini bar that had a Keurig on it, there were two TVs, with a good picture and lots of channels, as well as the movies for rent, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and there were also two bathrooms. The bathroom attached to the living room does not have a tub or shower. There was also a huge closet. There was a fridge, but no microwave. The bed was a bit firm for my personal taste, but I still got an OK nights sleep. I do realize that everybody's taste is different. I had to laugh when I saw the Jacuzzi tub. It was heart shaped. That tells me that this "spa suite" doubles as the honeymoon/romantic getaway suite. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing! It filled up quick, and it was so absolutely relaxing. My body was just melting away. I sat in that thing for almost a half hour, and when I got out, I went to sleep very quick. My only regret, is that I didn't have a special someone to share it with. (for those of you who have met me, I apologize for putting that image into your brain. Please, I beg of you, let it go... LET IT GO...... :) Circus Circus is a nice property, like the El Dorado and Silver Legacy, it is a Caesars property. The casino is nice, they have a midway with lots of fun games for the kids, and also live circus acts. There is plenty to do. You can walk between all three properties without ever going outside, and there is plenty of gaming, bars with different themes, and lots of restaurants throughout all three properties ...The food court is just OK. I didn't care for the habit burger place, but I thought that the pizza place was amazing. (see separate reviews.) Just a great stay. Thanks!

After our stay, my overall opinion on the casino really didn't change…read more As far as actually navigating the casino, it didn't improve from my initial experience. The elevators are still tucked away and very hidden and every single pair of escalators we found had one side broken so you had to just wander around until you found an elevator or a working escalator. There were also random 1 way escalators scattered about which was off The actual elevators in the main lobby were a nightmare. No matter if there were a lot of people or nobody, they would take forever to come down (and I believe one was broken). There was a time in particular there were 20-30 people all waiting around for the elevator. I asked an employee where the stairs were (since I was on the second floor). It took two employees to even figure out if there were stairs, and then I had to wait around for security (who never came) in order to go up them. The room, while decently clean and modern, was missing hand soap, and the AC rattled extremely loud when the compressor would turn on. I finally figured out I could jam a pillow in between the bed and AC to keep it quiet. Throughout the stay, the front desk people were very unhelpful, either not knowing anything, or just saying "yeah I can't help, go ask the bell hop". The only saving grace was the midway, which while expensive, was a nice little break for people like us with little kids.

My friend wanted to play Duckpin bowling, but it was $35 an hour for up to 6 people. Lucky we asked the bartender if we could pay for it at the bar and she talked to the bar manager and he said sure! It's only $3 a game per person! Now we're talking! We had 4 people and one game each was perfect for $12. You don't need bowling shoes, there is barely an approach. It was super fun! They had many specials such as street tacos $3, Modelo draft beer $4 and Margaritas $5. We had the Supreme flatbread for $14 and it was good. My Friend ordered the charcuterie board for $24. I really loved the sausage and the display was presented in a giant pretzel. I love the couches for trivia so nice and comfortable! The staff preferred not to have a photo so I respected their wishes. The building is huge with no one In it, which makes me sad! We will definitely be back for trivia and hopefully Duckpin bowling will be $3 a game again! If you're looking for a fun place for the family look no further this is the place for you!!!

We had a couple lanes reserved for us. Plenty of space for seating, eating, etc. Please see all my pictures. I had a few tacos, churros, beer, and ice tea. I left very satisfied. Ambiance - The space is AMAZING, both indoor and outdoor. Huge and plenty of different things to do. Good options to eat or drink, especially with a full bar. See pictures of their menus. Racing, duckpin, mini gold, arcade, eating and drinking, etc. So many options. A great place to host events, corporate meetings, etc. Or just a great day/night for a family outing, date night, etc. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 10pm or midnight. Plenty of mall parking; they are located in the very back of the mall next to Planet Fitness; so again, plenty of parking. Many promotions, especially daily; see their website. Service - Great. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Many promotions and events; see their website. Price - Today's event was free for me as Chris and SBDC hosted it. But all the prices seem very reasonable for a great and fun day. See my pictures. Student discounts available; see their website. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2008, since 2013 in Reno, and almost a year at this new beautiful location.

Heads up: the gift shop closed before we could grab anything, and the closing announcements were pretty firm--if you weren't already in line, it was a no-go. Totally fair, just something to keep in mind when planning your visit! There are so many exhibits that we definitely had to move quickly, but it was still 100% worth it. Pro tip: save the downstairs water feature for last--it's an absolute blast for the whole family! As a special needs family, we felt really comfortable here. Our 5-year-old loved the freedom to walk and explore, and our 1-year-old had a great time in the littles area and with the water play. The huge cloud play structure looked amazing, but we skipped it since there's only one way in and out--just didn't feel like the right call for us this time. Bonus: let your kids take the stairs to burn off energy! But if you've got a stroller, wheelchair, or just want an easier route, elevators are available too. Overall, such a fun spot--we'll definitely be back (with more time next time)!

The museum is not very large and most of our kiddos love the Truckee river exhibit as they play there more. It could be the age. Just bring some spare clothes or a towel as they may be drenched. As they get older they may like to do the other exhibits more. They have lego, space, anatomy, physics, and engineering zones. They also have a lab with daily activities. The amazing part is there are plenty of things to do. The downside is the parking lot gets packed fast, but thats a good thing. So give yourself time if looking for a spot. Its super cool for the kiddos and there is even a cute little toddler playground. So please enjoy the space and time.
