Reliably great place. I absolutely love the employees and the feel of the set up. You still have to watch your kid but once your kid gets cozy and comfortable then you'll be able to hide away in the parent area! Their hours hurt their business. It's the primary reason I don't subscribe or visit more. I end up going to kidsland more because of the hours. Weekends would be great to have or a set up with a local nanny service where a parent can coordinate a drop off with a nanny to watch the kids. Back up care benefits through bright horizons is great but I'd love to have somewhere to get the kids out of the house read more

I absolutely love this place and the whole idea behind it. My daughter and I went and had a wonderful experience. The owner was extremely kind and made us feel welcome. The set up is nice, they have a science room which was a major hit for my daughter it had a white board with magnets of animals and numbers a wind blowing machine that has little scarfs for them to put through it. It's dim so it's relaxing and not overstimulating. They have different blocks and magnetic things to put together. They have a quiet room with books and dinosaurs and puzzles. They have a room for the moms or the dad's to just hang out and relax. I did see your mom doing some work on her computer. They have an area for your kids to eat lunch or snacks they have a little bar with coffee energy drinks, snack, snacks for the adults and the children. They have a room that has a little treehouse with a slide and a swing for babies a little baby area. They have staff that assist your kids and keep an eye on them so if you want to relax, you can, the restrooms were very clean and equipped with many different things. The staff were extremely nice. I highly recommend if it's somewhere you've been thinking about going to go. read more

We came here for a birthday party, so we were comfortable with the environment and being with people we knew. My toddler knocked her head on the slide a few times because it launches the kids off pretty far and hard. The area for parents is completely out of view of any of the play rooms. We followed her around the whole time anyway, but I don't think I would bring my kids here on a regular day. read more

I brought my grandkids here for a couple of hours today. They are 4 and 2 years old. They had so much fun! I stayed with them, but other parents utilized the adult room to do work or just chill out. What a great concept this place is. I wish it was around when I was raising kids. I'll will definitely bring my grandkids back here. read more

This was a great rainy day spot to play with my toddler! They have all sorts of activities and climbing toys for varying ages - my girl is a little slow to try things and this was the perfect opportunity to sit with me and observe for a bit before trying new things. The play silk cannon and swing were her favorites! The complementary drink for mom is such a nice little perk, we will definitely be back again soon! read more

Wonder & Unwind - Main playroom - Indoor Playcenter Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Your kiddo's school is closed for the day, and you work remotely. Normally, that'd be a day (at least a half day) I'd need to take off because it's impossible for me to actually work and watch my gremlin at the same time. But I'd heard about this place, an indoor play zone WITH WIFI and supervision, and I figured I'd come try it out. Now my little guy is barely 1, so he was a bit small for most of the stuff and other bigger kids. They do have a couple dedicated baby sections, but he was way too curious to want stay in those areas! They do also have a "caregivers lounge" where you can have coffee and work on the couches etc, but you can see I'm not there lol. Being a little uncertain in a new place, little dude required my presence within a 4 foot radius--but hey the wifi still worked all the way in the corner of the building! In addition to the baby areas, there's a pretend room, STEM room, swing, lots of foam climbing blocks, a big playhouse and a slide. There's also a scarf cannon which was a BIG HIT haha. While there are staff present, it's not "ratio staffing" like at a school, and at the age my son is I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving him to play even if he'd have let me--maybe if he was a few years older. Either way, there's plenty of room for you to park yourself nearby. With all the play options it was a really great time for him and I was able to get some stuff done too, a win win! We will definitely be back! read more

Simply: 5/5, we had an amazing impression on what this business offers our community: -Called in on a Saturday to get walk in information, and I had the owner reach out to provide my fiancée and I information following my call! We showed up an hour before closing as they close at 2 on Saturdays because we had an hour of free time. We wanted our little one to try a new place! So we can safely say will definitely be back! We walked in and were warmly greeted by Bailey and her staff, we were given a tour after signing our waiver and we were just left in amazement of something that's so needed in our community. From a science room, to a quiet room, to a play room and room for parents to "unwind" the staff accommodatingly helps you relax as your little one runs around and plays/learns. Making sure to introduce the staff. We were introduced to 3 employees who helped our son get comfortable and be safe as he took toys from one room to another, ran around, played with other children, and best of all... tired himself out. In reviewing their Facebook page, and website. You will find many things they offer which adds to the value of how skilled this staff is to help you and your little one. They offer classes for children which makes this so much more of an asset to our community. So in trusting a staff with my children's play, safety, and development, we are one of many testaments to the value that this will have in your life and your little ones. We were nervous coming in so late, but they made it very worth our visit. Just grateful and glad to give them a standing ovation of 5/5. read more

10 out of 10 super friendly and clean environment for your kids to play and learn great people all around. Complementary snacks. Coffee and tea bar for parents and a spot for parents to just sit and unwind while your kid plays their heart out! My daughter is super shy and she acclimated really fast and was so curious of all the toys she can touch and play with. Love the slide set! She was obsessed!!! She didn't want to leave at all she was having too much fun if I would've known she would've loved it that much i would've came much sooner! definitely coming back!!! :) read more

Such a cute indoor playground. Great for high/low temp days when kids need a safe play to run and play. They have staff that are in the rooms helping to supervise and keep kids playing nicely with one another. Parents definitely can play and be around in all the rooms but there is a little area for them to sit quietly as well since the staff is there to help for that purpose. The cost isn't bad at all and parents get a coffee or tea to enjoy with admission. We went on a Sunday and hung out for a few hours to help get some energy out of our 2 year old and that was perfect. It's clean, safe and well taken care of. They have a bunch of treats and snacks on site if you happen to forget bringing goodies from home. Definitely worth a trip when you need to change up the daily routine. read more

Wow this place is amazing for the little ones. Love the concept of a indoor playground. They have parking onsite. There are safety gates in place for the kiddos. I came to happy hour during the week it was not too busy. They gave me a tour of the facility. I was introduced to the staff. One of my friends told me about this place and we got a chance to check it out. They have an adult lounge with free Wi-Fi and a tea bar for drinks. The workers I met were so nice. I'm definitely going to have to come back. read more

Looking for a relaxing and fun space for your little ones and yourself? WONDER AND UNWIND is definitely that space! The staff is welcoming and amazing with the children! They are very professional, kind, and I absolutely love how they engage with the children! This is our first time here and we are definitely coming back! As first timers they gave us a tour of the various different rooms (I.e., calming room, science room and the play space), it comes with a complimentary beverage at their coffee bar (I.e., chai lattes) The space is very clean and the staff is always making their rounds to sanitize any toys when needed. If you are looking for a fun place to take your children to, you should checkout wonder and unwind! I would say if you have a kid 5 years or younger this is a wonderful indoor location. There are different rooms based on age and they host sensory Saturdays (we have gone a couple of times and the teacher is amazing!) I feel it is a great way to get out of the house and to exposure your child to a different environment that engages them in a variety of ways. Bonus: they have a coffee bar and you can purchase snacks! read more

As a mom with a 19-month-old son, I highly recommended this indoor play place. This is not only a place to play, but there are rooms that are educational and a good brain stimulation for your babies, tots, and big kids. They have a science room, nook for reading books, play place, newborn space, and a comfortable space for moms working remotely. They offer coffee and snacks too! Since coming here regularly, my son gained confidence in interacting with other kids, learned how to share toys, and play without his momma trailing along. I also gained friends and suggestions from fellow moms about snacks, toys, utensils, or any parenting tips. So yes! Go and visit Wonder and Unwind read more

We were invited to a birthday party at Wonder and unwind this past weekend and It was incredibly refreshing and made me wish there was somewhere like this 8 years ago when my oldest was a peanut. The concept is incredible, different rooms for toddler/baby age kids to explore, play and get their wiggles out! The rooms had a few different themes and the aesthetics were beautiful. I had the ice ice baby iced coffee and it was delicious too! So even more perks! I also felt like it was very clean & bright & you could tell this business is soo well loved. In regards to the party, my friend said once she picked the theme they took over and planned and decorated everything out - which guys, it was incredible, from the cake to the decor to the poster on the wall with the child's stats - it was all lovely. I took a ridiculous amount of pictures to share with all my mama friends with littles! read more

I will start by saying I've never written any review less than 5 stars. I only like to review for encouragement but I am a frustrated customer. My husband purchased a punchcard package of 6 visits and used 1. With us being busy parents of course the punch card was lost (which is smaller than a business card, probably only 2 by 2 inches). When I tried to come in with my kids today (who were very excited and already had their shoes off) they said there's no way to look up our package. This seems crazy to me (as a small business owner myself) that they keep no records and expect parents to hold only a small piece of paper to enter for the days already purchased in advance. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

So sweet and not to much, but just enough not for them to get bored.. nice chill out, work area or what ever you want to do

What a great place to relax while the kids get the zoomies out. They have snacks and coffee and everyone is polite and helpful. Highly recommended spot for the kids and adults! read more

Super fun place, even for little little ones. I took my 3 month old and he enjoyed being in the big kids room watching everyone play. There are lots of wedges, blocks and cozy spaces for my little one to enjoy tummy time and look around. The staff is wonderful and are there to help play with your kids so that parents really can unwind during this time. They also tidy up the room around you, which is very nice when my hands are full with my newborn. I also enjoyed the specialty coffee that I got with entry. The infant room has a lot of developmental toys that my son enjoyed. It was nice to show him new things to play with. Everything looks new and is kept very clean and tidy. I feel very safe bringing my child here and can't wait to return for more fun play time. read more

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good variety of play items. The only thing that is a little annoying is there's sometimes kids bigger than 5/6 and they take up some of the play space meant for smaller kids. One boy was walking around my kids head on the foam blocks. I chose this place because it caters to smaller kids. read more

Wonder & Unwind - "outdoor" area - Indoor Playcenter Near Me - Reno, Nevada

This place has good intentions, but the supervision is poor. And that's with me in the room, essentially hovering over my baby. The young staff members couldn't manage some of the more rambunctious kids in the big play room. She allowed the other kids to steal toys from the my baby, run around the entire facility, and scream at the top of their lungs. They also looked impatient as if they hated their jobs. These workers really need more training in supervision. It's not fair to other customers that we can't sit to enjoy ourselves if your employees can't even manage kids. It's essentially your job. There should be ground rules for the rooms and parents should be made aware if their kids aren't following the rules. read more

I love this place! The staff are so kind, present and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. There was a lot of cleaning during our stay which I greatly appreciated! My two year old loved her snack of pretzels, cheese and grapes after a day of fun. My complementary oat milk hazelnut ice coffee was delicious. Really love it here! Beats going to the park on sunny hot days. My daughter made plenty of friends :) definitely recommend it! Update: before we left (did not realize we had been here for 2 hours!), I had forgotten my daughters diapers at home.. after I visited their bathroom they had diapers of all sizes AND wipes available with a changing table. How awesome is that? love it here. read more

Thank you so much for hosting our daughter's third birthday party. The atmosphere was comfortable and engaging for kids and parents! All the kiddos from a year to six had a blast. Went during happy hour and paid with cash $12 for 2 hours of playtime from 3 to 5. Staff was very helpful and nice. They took our temperature when we got in, toured the different sections of the play area: infant area, science area, quiet area, and play ground area. Then we signed the waiver. My daughter loved the science area the best with all the magnets and fine motor activities. Kids anywhere from infant to 5 years old. There's a parent lounge for the parents to relax and there's staff and other parents in the areas to keep an eye on everybody. Good selection of food and beverage for kids and parents. Clean bathrooms. My daughter is exhausted and had a lot of fun, can't wait to go back read more

This is definitely a great concept! Kids can play and parents can relax. We came for "happy hour" on a Saturday late afternoon and paid $17 for both kids to play for about 90 minutes. I have to admit, I felt a little weird having my kids play in room away from me, but after a little while (and a few check ins), I relaxed. There were less support staff than I expected - always one person on the floor, occasionally two. However my boys (2 and 5) seemed to have no problem playing independently and didn't seem to require much adult support at all. I sat in the adult area which really was a bit like adults and newborns, which was a little off putting to be honest when I was hoping to have a little baby free time. But either way, I didn't have the responsibility of my kids - so that was great! My tea was a wonderful addition to my experience and I can certainly see us returning. One thing I wish they had was maybe a video monitor on the playrooms so you can see what your kids are doing without having to get up and have them see you peeking at them! read more

Absolute 10-10. If you have little kids, this is the place for you. Even MORE so if you have littles with special needs of any sort. The owner, Bailey, is the nicest woman I have ever met and takes the time to engage with the children and parents. She is so easy to talk too and provides such a comfort to parents while our kids play! Coffee is available, & you simply cant go wrong there. Their 'outside' room was by far my favorite, and the atmosphere genuinely mimics a fun afternoon in the park. They are so good taking into consideration children with sensory issues and special needs. We never felt out of place; we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped into the door until we left! read more

I discovered this amazing place when my child was 6 months old. As a new mom to go somewhere that's designed and catered to children of all ages made me very emotional. To be able to bring your child somewhere be able to sit in a room in a comfortable chair next to a fireplace order coffee tea and snacks or to read a book or watch a show all in peace while your child plays in the other room was amazing. It was a little hard at six months old to just walk away for a long time but now that my child is 2 1/2 I am beyond grateful for this establishment. I now work remote full time and my child is 2 1/2 years old my power went out and I had nowhere to work with my child, I mean I can't go to Starbucks with an active child. Then I remember this place. The workers are so kind. They watched my kid they gave me updates. They asked if I needed anything. It was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend any new parent or parents of multiples to go and check this place out at least one time and I promise you you will be hooked. read more

I don't know why I haven't taken my littles here more often! This place is perfect for the kiddos to enjoy exploratory fun and for parents to enjoy some "me" time. The owner, Bailey, was there to greet us and make us feel comfortable. She let us come in for some playtime before the art class began. The staff members were incredible! You can tell they like working there and truly care about your children. Once art class was over, we stayed for about 90 minutes for our boys to play. My friend and I got to catch up and drink our coffees that are included in the day pass while the boys built towers, climbed up the tree house, slid down the slide and explored the science room.
