Normally, that'd be a day (at least a half day) I'd need to take off because it's impossible for me to actually work and watch my gremlin at the same time. But I'd heard about this place, an indoor play zone WITH WIFI and supervision, and I figured I'd come try it out. Now my little guy is barely 1, so he was a bit small for most of the stuff and other bigger kids. They do have a couple dedicated baby sections, but he was way too curious to want stay in those areas! They do also have a "caregivers lounge" where you can have coffee and work on the couches etc, but you can see I'm not there lol. Being a little uncertain in a new place, little dude required my presence within a 4 foot radius--but hey the wifi still worked all the way in the corner of the building! In addition to the baby areas, there's a pretend room, STEM room, swing, lots of foam climbing blocks, a big playhouse and a slide. There's also a scarf cannon which was a BIG HIT haha. While there are staff present, it's not "ratio staffing" like at a school, and at the age my son is I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving him to play even if he'd have let me--maybe if he was a few years older. Either way, there's plenty of room for you to park yourself nearby. With all the play options it was a really great time for him and I was able to get some stuff done too, a win win! Such a cute indoor playground. Great for high/low temp days when kids need a safe play to run and play. They have staff that are in the rooms helping to supervise and keep kids playing nicely with one another. Parents definitely can play and be around in all the rooms but there is a little area for them to sit quietly as well since the staff is there to help for that purpose. The cost isn't bad at all and parents get a coffee or tea to enjoy with admission. We went on a Sunday and hung out for a few hours to help get some energy out of our 2 year old and that was perfect. It's clean, safe and well taken care of. They have a bunch of treats and snacks on site if you happen to forget bringing goodies from home. I will start by saying I've never written any review less than 5 stars. I only like to review for encouragement but I am a frustrated customer. My husband purchased a punchcard package of 6 visits and used 1. With us being busy parents of course the punch card was lost (which is smaller than a business card, probably only 2 by 2 inches). When I tried to come in with my kids today (who were very excited and already had their shoes off) they said there's no way to look up our package. This seems crazy to me (as a small business owner myself) that they keep no records and expect parents to hold only a small piece of paper to enter for the days already purchased in advance. We were invited to a birthday party at Wonder and unwind this past weekend and It was incredibly refreshing and made me wish there was somewhere like this 8 years ago when my oldest was a peanut. The concept is incredible, different rooms for toddler/baby age kids to explore, play and get their wiggles out! The rooms had a few different themes and the aesthetics were beautiful. I had the ice ice baby iced coffee and it was delicious too! So even more perks! I also felt like it was very clean & bright & you could tell this business is soo well loved. In regards to the party, my friend said once she picked the theme they took over and planned and decorated everything out - which guys, it was incredible, from the cake to the decor to the poster on the wall with the child's stats - it was all lovely. This place has good intentions, but the supervision is poor. And that's with me in the room, essentially hovering over my baby. The young staff members couldn't manage some of the more rambunctious kids in the big play room. She allowed the other kids to steal toys from the my baby, run around the entire facility, and scream at the top of their lungs. They also looked impatient as if they hated their jobs. These workers really need more training in supervision. It's not fair to other customers that we can't sit to enjoy ourselves if your employees can't even manage kids. It's essentially your job. There should be ground rules for the rooms and parents should be made aware if their kids aren't following the rules. read more

Super fun place, even for little little ones. I took my 3 month old and he enjoyed being in the big kids room watching everyone play. There are lots of wedges, blocks and cozy spaces for my little one to enjoy tummy time and look around. The staff is wonderful and are there to help play with your kids so that parents really can unwind during this time. They also tidy up the room around you, which is very nice when my hands are full with my newborn. I also enjoyed the specialty coffee that I got with entry. This is definitely a great concept! Kids can play and parents can relax. We came for "happy hour" on a Saturday late afternoon and paid $17 for both kids to play for about 90 minutes. I have to admit, I felt a little weird having my kids play in room away from me, but after a little while (and a few check ins), I relaxed. There were less support staff than I expected - always one person on the floor, occasionally two. However my boys (2 and 5) seemed to have no problem playing independently and didn't seem to require much adult support at all. I sat in the adult area which really was a bit like adults and newborns, which was a little off putting to be honest when I was hoping to have a little baby free time. But either way, I didn't have the responsibility of my kids - so that was great! My tea was a wonderful addition to my experience and I can certainly see us returning. One thing I wish they had was maybe a video monitor on the playrooms so you can see what your kids are doing without having to get up and have them see you peeking at them! read more

I discovered this amazing place when my child was 6 months old. As a new mom to go somewhere that's designed and catered to children of all ages made me very emotional. To be able to bring your child somewhere be able to sit in a room in a comfortable chair next to a fireplace order coffee tea and snacks or to read a book or watch a show all in peace while your child plays in the other room was amazing. It was a little hard at six months old to just walk away for a long time but now that my child is 2 1/2 I am beyond grateful for this establishment. I now work remote full time and my child is 2 1/2 years old my power went out and I had nowhere to work with my child, I mean I can't go to Starbucks with an active child. Then I remember this place. My younger daughter is 9 months old and can play but isn't quite big enough for the stuff she wants to do! The owner, Bailey, has been pleasant every time. They offer coffee and tea to parents during the visit, but I never remember to order mine. They also offer memberships which we had for a while - I think we paid $100 a month for up to 4 visits. I do like the changing themes and the fact that they have a science room, but there are very few "led" activities so it is a bit of a free for all. You can tell they like working there and truly care about your children. Once art class was over, we stayed for about 90 minutes for our boys to play. My friend and I got to catch up and drink our coffees that are included in the day pass while the boys built towers, climbed up the tree house, slid down the slide and explored the science room.
