This place keeps getting worse and worse. They have staff but they don't make much of an effort to clean up. The only thing they have going for them is the monthly fun pass plans. I guess if you have young kids that can jump in the trampoline section it would be good for a birthday party. Still bring sanitizing wipes! It's filthy. Decent way to keep a kiddo entertained. Our family split a play card for 1 hour unlimited which was enough time for the little one to be ready to move on. The games are okay. Some didn't work well but we made the most of it. Decently clean and customer service was pretty good. read more

Today I took my granddaughter to Chuck E. Cheese. We had reservations. The atmosphere was great love watching Chuck E. Cheese play with the kids. Service was great waitress served was great with a smile. only thing I had a problem with was the floor was sticky, and we were short of cups. other than that, I recommend this place great place. Went to this location for the very first time and it was awful. I paid for my son to get on the trampoline, didn't know the policy on keeping the socks provided on. Manager came up and assumed we didn't pay. He left, came back and told me if he needed to carry the kids out himself for not wearing the socks provided. I am pleasantly surprised by our great visit to this Chuck E. Cheese's. They recently remodeled and added almost all new games, as well as revamped their menu, so everything is new and modernized. I would say that you can probably disregard any old reviews of this place, especially ones that were written before the remodel (so, anything written before February 2019). They're just not relevant anymore. Like I said, I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese's since I was a child in the late 1980s-early-1990s, so I was expecting creepy animatronic puppets and a pervasive smell of feet. But no: It was clean and bright, with lots of new and working games (there were only two games not working while we were there, out of maybe four dozen games available). Chuck the giant rat (a dude in a costume) made an appearance twice while we were there. There is so much to do, and of course it's a sensory overload, but that's what kids like, and my kids had fun. I don't like thinking about unnecessary stuff, and Chuck E. Cheese made it easy to not think about how many coins we needed per game, or how much money each game cost. We were able to buy an hour of time, which was loaded on a card, and we could play any game we wanted, as many times as we wanted, during that hour. We were even able to visit the photo booth and get our picture taken several times, and it was all free during our hour. I loved that! My kids ran around playing whatever they wanted, collecting loads of tickets and having a great time. When you're done and loaded with tickets, there is a ticket counter that will count your tickets and give you a slip of paper with your number of tickets. Then you redeem your paper for prizes. My kids got cotton candy (big mistake -- they're still vibrating from all that sugar), a keychain, a slinky, Airheads, and a bunch of other junk that I'm probably going to throw into the trash in a couple of days. We had a lot of fun. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the food. We got an extra-large pepperoni pizza, and it was decent. I think mostly, I was so relieved to see that it was cut into triangles and not squares. The sauce is a little too sweet, but you don't really come to Chuck E. Cheese's for the food, right? Chuck E Cheese did a complete make over and it's significant better. It's bright and clean and updated. You can now buy cards instead of using coins, and you can now buy the number of plays or the amount of time. We bought 60 minutes and that meant unlimited games for that time. You can pause the card ONE TIME, which we didn't realize, so we kind of wasted our pause. Food was good and the were alot more options. Also then employees did a great job and were very pleasant. As a 1st time visitor to Chuckie Cheese (I used to go to Celebration Station as a kid), I noticed that it's just a Dave & Buster's specifically designed for little humans lol. I was there for a 3 year old's birthday party and there were plenty of little humans running around playing games trying to get tickets for prizes. I suppose it's a fairly decent location. There was plenty of space to run around and play and an area dedicated for little parties (there were 2 other parties happening that day). I will say the cheese pizza was very good. I gave this review two stars mainly because the air wasn't working properly on an 89 degree day Positives: we were at a birthday party and there was a host provided who made passing out pizza and drinks a breeze. She also did a good job keeping the parents updated on the itinerary. This location was recently renovated so they have a lot of new games and everything just had a new fresh feel. The prize selection was decent definitely seems like an upgrade. Negatives: the air just so happen to not be working today and it's 89 degrees outside so imagine what we felt like inside. We left drenched in sweat. It felt cooler outside than it did in. There was not enough staff for the crowd of people that were there. Lines for food, game cards, and prizes were quite long. The salad bar was very mediocre for almost $10 and the lettuce seemed to be brown and they didn't have French dressing...how dare thee! read more

Where a kid can be a kid and a mom can relax. I was expecting terrible food and germ city. I was pleasantly surprised that it was clean, most of the games were in working order, and service was very friendly. There is a blocked off Toddler Town, so your little ones won't get mowed down by the big kids. Everyone in our group was shocked at how tasty the pizza was. I echo my hubby, Peter P., that "puny" is a generous description for the wings. They were tasty though, despite being microscopic. The food prices are on the high side, but you keep screaming kids and all their dirt and spills out of your house - you really can't put a price on that. We just took my son there for his birthday. We were very disappointed with the quality of the games. We had at least 4 different games that didn't give us our tickets. And I counted over 10 games that either didn't work or were shut down. Two different skeeball games took points away from us but never gave us balls. There's a booth where you can get your picture sketched that didn't work and still charged us. Also, it was busy, but I feel like waiting an hour for one large pepperoni pizza is ridiculous. If they are that busy they need to make sure it's well staffed. That coupled with all of the rude kids running around (which I realize is not the establishments fault), the disgusting bathrooms, and insane amount of trash laying around made for a horrible experience. It's been more than 20 years since I've lost been to any CEC, and it seems much nicer/cleaner than before. There are a lot of games/activities for kids from 2 to 12. There's a separate toddler area for the little ones, a bigger kid area, and a video game area for the biggest kids. The pizza is actually pretty serviceable. The wings taste alright, but are puny (and even that description might be generous). We went on a Friday afternoon during the school year so it was DEAD inside, which allowed our 2-year old to pretty much have the run of the place. read more

We had such a great experience tonight! Our son got to choose where he wanted to eat as a small reward. He chose Chuck E Cheese, and we were nervous about his food options. Our son has food allergies, and places like Chuck E Cheese are not always the most accommodating or capable places to provide safe food. We spoke with the manager upon arrival, and he was incredibly helpful and willing to do anything he could for us. He made copies of all allergen info for us to keep, brought out packaging for us to view, and personally made our child's pizza to make sure cross-contamination didn't happen. He went above and beyond to make sure or child was safe. All other aspects of our visit were great as well. The restaurant and play/game areas were clean, all employees were friendly, and food came out promptly. It was an all-around great experience. We will definitely be taking our kids back! read more

We came to this location to for my daughter and nephews birthday party. I went online to book the party and it was a really easy process. Not only that, it was extremely inexpensive to book the party. The kids got pizza, drinks, a party pack and cakes. This was an awesome fun party. We also got to have the place to ourselves for the party since we booked on a Saturday morning. The guy that was our lead was so helpful! He catered to our every need. My husband and I went to this location with my MIL and her 6-year-old on Friday. The door employee and the one working the counter were nice, but as soon as we turned to the tables, it all went downhill. CHUCK E. CHEESE, GET A BUSSER. There were no less than a dozen abandoned tables covered in garbage that badly needed bussing. It was utterly disgusting. My husband and I had to leave for half an hour, and we came back, it was even worse, probably a dozen tables that needed bussing. There was practically nowhere to sit with clean tables other than the party section. At least one of the machines didn't have any tickets either. Okay, that happens. Except my MIL asked about it at the counter, and the man said someone would be there right away and quickly left. We went back to the machine and waited five minutes. No one came. Luckily, the little guy seemed to have fun. Still, this is a busy location. There were plenty of kids there. There's no excuse for management not to have enough workers or a busser. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The servers didn't crack a smile the whole time. The only redeeming quality was that the crust on the pizza was good. The place was filthy and falling apart. If you go, bring an industrial size bottle of hand sanitizer. The slides and tunnels had a layer of greasy hand prints and I'm assuming the product of hundreds of snotty noses. My niece cried bc she had to wait to do cake and open presents until they came out and did a lackadaisical dance. Zero enthusiasm. We got there at 15 minutes til as requested, waited outside in the cold from 10:45-11:02, we were the 1st to walk in and the place was a disaster, the floors are filthy, food everywhere, pizza and drinks on the floor and tables, playground equipment packed with filth,  it made my skin crawl, then i waited with 4 people behind the register, to get a drink, for exactly 5min and 25 seconds, while i video taped a female employee scratching her head then licking her fingernails all before delivering food, then a different female employee waited on me was dirty, hair wasnt comb, clothes were sloppy and dirty, anothers weave was falling out, hanging from her hair on her back, around the food, literally lost my shoe by the soda fountains because it STUCK to the floor from filth, white socks turned black on the bottom, its a breeding ground for deadly diseases read more

If you enjoy the smell of feet, then you're going to love this place. Walking in from the parking lot, I was already embarrassed and feeling regret as I helped my child and other family members step over the deep pile of assorted trash that was strewn at the curb. This ridiculous river of garbage stretched from the front door all the way to the rear of the building. Had it not been my sons birthday party with twelve invited guests already arriving, I would have turned around and left. My favorite part would be that every employee reporting for duty that day would have had to step over this same rubbish and no one thought to clean it up. Inside was to be expected: Wild kids with sugar-buzz glazed eyes, parents with interesting outfit choices, and arcade games with ticket payouts that wet the youth's appetites for future gambling habits. We had reserved a private party table near the animatronics show, which was nice in the sense that it provided a barrier from the game floor where people seemed to be crawling all over each other. Our waitress was nice, professional, and treated the kids kindly. Chuck E. Cheese himself is another story. The famous animatronic mouse, who constantly performs and lip syncs, had a broken wrist. This fling just flopped around like there's no tomorrow, while exposing his metal guts and wire inner workings. It scared the smaller children and ruined any possible magic for the older ones. I could go on about the things I saw at the salad bar, or the horrendously wet and empty straw laden soda fountain. But I won't, because I already reluctantly promised to take my kids back. Half of the games didn't work, the tables not clean ewww had to spray them down with my own cleaner I carry in my bag! If the games worked tickets never came out.
