Fun! A throwback to my childhood. All old school games and pinball machines. Great price. Can leave and come back all day.

This was a really great place to visit while we were in town visiting a friend. One fee for unlimited games is awesome. There were lots of classic and fun games.

This is a great alternative to Dave & Buster's if you're not interested in eating/drinking. I spent over $100 taking my 7-year old to D&B's the last time I was there. At Boss Battle Games, I spent $20 ($10 per person) for unlimited gaming. There's no swiping of a card, or even depositing of coins/tokens (with the exception of the pinball machines which require tokens that you get from the front desk - but still included in the price). Besides the standard cabinet-style games, there are also console games that you can play (ask for a controller from the front desk). They also have quite a few Japan-spec games that I've never seen before.

The family and I visited this arcade place earlier today, my son has been dying to visit it. We all enjoyed it very much. For only $10 a person that gives you unlimited play except on the pinball machines. That $10 gets you all day play if you want to hang at the mall that long, they give you a wrist band so if you go out to roam the mall for awhile you can get back in with the bracelet. The staff was friendly the games were great and I enjoyed that they had lots of retro arcades. If you like playing arcades then this place is definitely for you, can't go wrong!

The new location in Castleton is great. If you're already a fan of Boss Battle from their old location in Washington Sq., it's definitely worth checking out the new digs. Nice graffiti on the walls and a better choice of additional shopping around the rest of the mall. If you've never been to Boss Battle, go! For $10, you get unlimited, freeplay arcades. They have all the classics from Donkey Kong to Mortal Kombat to Daytona and more. It's a great trip--especially if you're looking to entertain older kids for an afternoon. For $20, my kids have hours of entertainment on tap. The only complaint I have was buying from the counter. My son bought a rare Japanese Smash Bros at the counter for $60 and the clerk opened the box and (accidentally) threw the game cartridge against the counter. No harm seemed to be done, and we wanted it. So we still finished the purchase. But it was bad form. So be careful if you're eying the collectables there. They might not have been treated well by the staff.

This is thee best arcade game of all time hands down!

I love this place. First of all it makes me feel like a kid again and that's always nice. The other really really cool thing about this place is that it is the one place I can beat my kids ar video games lol. I'm not a gamer by any means so my boys think it's cool when they see their mom getting excited about a game and then doing well on it (think Centipede, the best ever arcade game of all time, and Galaga) Anyways, they have the throw back games of the 80s like I mentioned and of course Pac Man and Tron and almost every game us 80s babies will drool over. They also have the 90s staples such as StreetFighter and Mortal Kombat and the original Mario. Shooter games like Night of the Living Dead and others are there as well. It is very affordable, it is just $10-12 for an all day wristband. There is not an option to stop and play a game and leave. You have to purchase a wristband to enter because once you're in you can play any of the games except pin ball an unlimited amount of times. The pin pall machines are extra, you basically have to get quarters to play those. They guys I've seen run it are nice. The only things I didnt like: I wish they allowed more space on the TV based games. The controllers are tethered so close I felt I was a few inches from the screen. Some of the games don't work (not too many) and they need a bathroom in there. Overall this place is amazing and we've already been 3x and we'll be back.

Kickin' it old school on the SNES.

My son has developed a fondness for retro video games. We have a Wii, and we have downloaded some old NES, SNES, and SEGA games, but he's been dying to play on the original systems. Dreams really do come true, folks. Boss Battle has the old systems, new systems like WiiU (so I could play the new MarioKart!) and XBox, and tons of arcade games. For a flat fee of $5 for an hour or $10 for all day, you can free play to your heart's content. I'm actually writing this IN the arcade because we've been here three hours and I can't get my son off the N64 to go eat dinner. The staff is super helpful and accomodating, and you'll see everyone from kids to adult gamers here. There's also a selection of board games, if you prefer non-electronic entertainment. We're so glad to have found this gem!

10 bucks per person to play as long as they are open no coins or tokens required. Several arcade games, most of the different gaming consoles, and board games for people to play. I took my boys here for a couple hours and they had a great time ... I was a little disappointed that there was only one pinball machine and it didn't work. They have some video games for sale and they also sell beverages. Not a bad or expensive place to take the kids... would be awesome if the had one of these in Greenwood..,

The game selection is a dream if you grew up on old-school consoles and arcade cabinets. I loved bouncing between retro video games, a few intense rounds of skee-ball, and even some ping pong--it's the perfect mix of casual fun and a little friendly competition. The drinks were a standout too--creative, well-made, and strong enough to keep the good vibes going. On top of that, the service was great--friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming without being over the top. We also grabbed some light bites, which hit the spot without slowing us down from getting back to the games. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time (in the best way). Whether you're going for a date night, group hang, or just to relive your arcade glory days, 16-Bit is a guaranteed good time. Definitely coming back.

I was impressed enough that I texted three friends photos, told my wife to start planning our son's birthday party here, and was actively asking managers about upgrading to full access because I had just discovered the larger "Adrenaline" area. For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I'll take the refund. And I'll take my business elsewhere.

They do have age and weight limits that they strictly adhere to and I know the ceiling is 250 pounds, because I was knocking on the door of it and had to jump on the scale. You have to be at least three to join in on the fun, so I left the youngest little at home. This place is huge, approximately 72,000 square feet, and there are not many indoor kids play places on the south side of Indy, so this is a welcomed addition. They have zip lines, rock climbing walls, trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, trampolines, a battle pit with foam blocks, trampoline air bag, laser tag, and a ropes course. There are also concession stands and video games. I must admit, that looks like a place that teleworking parents bring their kids while they work. They had some people there that looked like they were in a home office. The entire staff here is very friendly and helpful. Top notch all the way. You can bring your own helmet for the zip line, ropes course and rock climbing, which I recommend, so you know it fits, or they have common use ones that you can borrow They have 2 concession stands, one upstairs, by where you get on the zip-line and one downstairs. The upstairs one is only open on busy days. The downstairs one has a small arcade area and is their primary concession bar. They have candy, soft drinks, hot dogs, burger, fries, pretzels and other typical quick food. They are slightly higher priced than normal. I guess in line with movie theater prices. And they do not allow outside food or drinks. They have 4 zip lines that are all the same, but the number of lines open depends on how packed the place is. They were only running one line while I was there. There are some couches overlooking the zip line and some tables and chairs in the area of the upstairs concession stand that are some prime real estate. That is where some parents set up their hoe offices and also serves as a place to hold people's coats, shoes and other belongings. I did not see one free, while I was there. FYI: The ropes course has a higher height requirement than most of the attractions there. You should check it before you wait in line to make sure that your little is good to go. The rock climbing wall has two sections. One has a lot of attachments for little kids to grab and stand on. The other has much less attachments and is way more challenging. They have a toddler area, with a large bounce house and little toys. It is fenced off from the other areas. It is only for kids 2 years old and under or who are under 35 pounds. This is the only area in the complex that those kids can play. They play host to birthday parties and have a huge indoor soccer field where they hosts soccer leagues, football games and ultimate frisbee. It is very nice, with spectator bleachers and all. It can be rented out. They run some good specials, like their Hero Days on Wednesday and Thursday where Police, teachers, firefighters, nurses and military (along with their immediate family) get a discounted rate for 2 hours of unlimited stuff. It is a really good deal. You may also find an occasional Groupon deal as well. I really do not understand all the bad reviews this place got. My experience was awesome. My little and I had so much fun. She rode the zip line like they were closing it down for the season. She was able to easier navigate the rock climbing wall, which boosted her confidence as well as her ego. There is tons to do here, but I think two hours is good to do what you want to do. This is definitely the place to bring the little ones, but not too little. I highly recommend checking this place out.

It's like a little baby nightclub. But mainly, Zip City is for the big kids. There are two ziplines, several trampolines (even trampolines where you can joust, shoot hoops and play dodgeball), a laser tag area, a sky obstacle course and a rock climbing wall. There is also an indoor field, but we didn't play on it because there was a soccer game happening when we visited. We were here for a birthday party, and it seems like a great place to have a party. You get your own space with tables and a staff member to help, and then you set your hellions loose to burn off the sugar from the birthday cake. It's a really fun place for boys and girls who are adventurous and need an outlet for their energy. One of the things that I appreciate was that there was a staff member at each area, and several at the trampolines. They are always watching everything that's happening, and will remind you of the rules if they see you breaking them. I like my kids to have fun, but I like them to be safe more. In order to use the zipline, you need to weigh at least 35 pounds. Keep that in mind when planning a trip! Kids who weigh less than 35 pounds can play in the toddler section.
