This place is underrated. I came for a kids birthday party and I had so much fun with my husband playing arcades and drinking at the bar. I'm surprised it wasn't more packed. There's so much to do and play for kids and adults. I'd definitely recommend for date night, family outing, or anything really. Online makes this place look much better than it is. It is really hot inside and the games barley worked. Our Xbox took over an hour of our two to load any games. When we asked a worker they said "this is just the slow one". We then reset it and it worked. Only one person can play each VR game at a time so you cannot play together. When we first got here we were told the tickets we get we cannot use to get prizes with the package we picked. When we went to use our hour of card time half the games were out of order and we were not able to play the games that produced prizes. We were not originally told this. When we realized the situation we asked if we were able to just pay for the food from our package as we had already eaten but be refunded for the game pass because we had used it for all of three minutes with half of that being the card not working. They told us the best they could do was give us credit to be able to get prizes. I overall would not recommend this place it is not worth the hype read more

I really like this place! It's perfect for game day or just a pop in for an hour on a rainy day. They have a couple of retro gaming consoles in the back which are enough to keep me busy while my kids are doing Nerf or VR or the Bball shootout. The little food window smells like deep fried perfection but I've never eaten anything from there. If you're bringing kids, have them get a couple of friends to tag along or they might not get the full effect if it's not very busy inside. read more

We have two preteen boys and somehow never stopped in PPG until today. We got the boys unlimited play passes and they promptly took off and entertained themselves for a good 2 hours as my husband and I relaxed. Things I wish I had known before visiting: 1. It's not just Fortnite on the pod couches. A large selection of free/included arcade games as well as pinball games are all throughout the building. 2. There's a full bar with draft and bottled beer and cocktails! 3. A full snack bar with pizza, wings, nachos, fries, etc. all reasonably priced. 4. With the unlimited play pass, VR and nerf wars (the things our kids enjoyed most) were included. 5. There is tons of seating for parents and others not participating in gaming. Lots of TVs around tuned to different channels and games, as well as fun music. 6. The place smells good and was cleaned constantly while we were there. Everything was sanitized between uses. While I'm sure the core audience is kids, this would be a super fun place to watch a game or take a first date. It's also a great snow day option, they even have a safe play area for toddlers. We went on a weekend so it was a little busy but not crowded. They were well staffed and all our staff interactions were good. The teens working at the VR and cafe were kind and patient with our kids and the bartender (possibly the owner) was super friendly. Needless to say, we'll be back! read more

I'm giving this place a 5 star! It was such a fun time! My family and I enjoyed so many different areas and still didn't get to experience it all! We played in the nerf foam area and the kids really enjoyed it. Then walked over to the 3 point area where they were so accommodating! There was music playing at both stations which heightened the fun! The customer service was Awesome! Friendly, personable even taking the time to walk us over to the sofas to explain the layout, which was going the extra mile! There were quarter games, token games, FREE games, VR, Xbox ect. There are so many different options for everyone's interest. The couch area was so comfortable! TVs everyone to watch the games. Concession stand is over priced and some employees need further training or organization. They have all fall of the old school games and some cool virtual reality games. They also sold limited concession food pizza, pretzels and cheese, etc. What was surprising is that they had a bar as well. So something for everyone. We went in with a group of people and there was not a single employee around to help us out to just get a pass to do things in the arcade (and trust me we looked around the whole building). When we did finally find employees they either ignored us or literally put AirPods in their ears before we could walk up to them and ask to be checked in and pay for an hour pass. Unlimited play means unlimited play on 10-15 games (if they work) that are janky old arcade games. The VR experience was okay - selection is so so, and takes quite a while to get started. We enjoyed a small birthday gathering at Press Play Lounge in Brownsburg. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do and play with while the adults can enjoy a full bar and "TV pod" area, which reminds you of home. The staff and owner were all VERY friendly and professional and helped me through deciding what package was best for our family and answered all my questions very throughly. A little disappointed. We had a 10th Birthday party there and we were shown to our room but then no one came back. I thought we would have a hostess or something to show us around or take care of us, so after 20mins of waiting I went to the front desk where 1 person was working and he stated that I needed to bring my party to the desk to check them in and order my pizza and stuff from there. My kids received their bracelets and off to play the VR, 2 of them were down and there was 4 kids in line and only 1 guy helping the kids get set up to play, therefore another 20mins goes by before the kids even get to play. Then off to the Foam wars, the kids get in line to play that and another 30mins waiting for they had to "Clean" the area and I don't know what else but only 1 person getting the kids prepped with gear. Moral here is that the kids spent so much time waiting in line instead of playing because of the lack of help. But you look over in the bar area and there are 4-5 bartenders? Very disappointed, especially in the amount of money that I paid for this birthday party. read more

My friend and I came here with the intent to watch the Super Bowl in one of their tv pods. My friend was under the impression you could just walk in and choose a pod from what he saw online and watch for free. I thought it sounded too good to be true and it was. To reserve one of the tv pods with the couch was $100.00 + tax. The guy at the front desk said we could use that $100 then towards food, beverages, and/or games. That sounds ok I guess. Well he brought up a manager to help get a gift card scanned in for us to use for those items. The manager then hands us a gift card for $50, not $100. So we still had to pay $50 just to reserve the spot. I mean it was nice and had a sectional couch and big tv and xbox in each pod, but it's obviously not very clear about the cost upfront and we were told different things as far as using that money for food. We then ordered a pitcher if soft drinks, some nachos, mozz sticks, and wings. The wings had asian zing sauce and they were actually pretty good. The nachos and mozzarella sticks tasted like run of the mill arcade food. I mean the place is cool for what it is, but I felt like it was overpriced for basically an arcade. We have never done it before and the young man working there really helped us get going! I missed the egg hunts in my area this morning and needed something to do with my toddler. I was gifted free passes but when I arrived, was told my kid met the cutoff age and would be free. Sweet! We were in the Beam area that seemed to be interactive when I looked online but it was just some CocoMelon-esque program, on the screen and projection on the floor, on repeat. The mini arcade games, Pac-Man/Paw Patrol and ski ball didn't work. The four basketball hoops only had two balls between them all and one was missing a hoop. The trampolines were nice until the bigger kids took over and my toddler couldn't jump without being hurt so I had to remove her from it. She wasn't pleased . For food, I ordered the pizza/pitcher combo and large fries from the cafè for four people and while basic, it was really good! The only thing that keeps me from a troll-y trash review for its poor amenities in the Beam area is the employees! Every single one that I encountered from the moment I entered the building until I left was nothing but helpful and friendly. I don't see myself returning so I gave the two free attraction passes I had to some kids I saw playing pool and they were very grateful. read more

A group of us went here just to experience this place. Was a little let down cuz we wanted to like this place. For what they have to offer it is pricey and they have you sign a waiver online when you arrive. The sections they put you in are decent, huge TVs and large Jenga, checkers and they do have Xbox games (basic). The virtual games were fun but only selected virtual games. The nerf tag battle was a lot of fun HOWEVER the good guns are always broken. The alcoholic drinks were tasty and the food was good as well. Great place to eat drink and play! We took our 3 boys ages 7,9, and 11 and they had a wonderful time. They played virtual reality games, Xbox, and pool. We also did a round of Nerf wars as a family which was awesome. We had pizza, wings, and chili cheese fries which were all very good. I especially liked the wings and pizza, which I would order for carry out in the future if I did not want to stay and play. I also had a Strawberry Shake like adult beverage which was delicious. Staff was nice, very accommodating and welcoming. This was fun for my husband and I as well as the children. They have a ton of tv's and a full bar, so I think it would be a great place to meet up with other couples and hang out.
