Located in Westfield, this gathering spot is designed to bring the community together in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. With a variety of restaurant options, including an ice cream shop there's something to satisfy every craving. Guests can enjoy multiple bar areas, plenty of TVs for catching the big game, and spaces that cater to both families and adults. The venue is designed to be kid-friendly while also offering 21+ only areas Whether you're looking to hang with family, meet up with friends for a casual bite, or dive into an exhilarating game of beach volleyball, this collective has it all. It's the perfect place to grab a drink, a bite to eat, watch sports, and enjoy a casual and fun environment where everyone can find their kind of fun.

The space is really nice. It's very open and there's lots of space. There's a number of different choices for food. We opted for Fork and Fire Bowla and I got a bowl and added chicken. There are kiosks for you to place your order. There was not an option for me tk ask for a water cup so I asked a staff member who kindly gave me a water cup. There's TVs to watch games on. I went to the bathroom and saw a hallway of sinks. When I went to the bathroom, I realized there were no sinks in the bathroom. It was a little strange to me for both women and men to be next to one another washing hands. My Mediterranean salad was decent. I would go back to try some of the other restaurants.

Westfield collective has a beautifully designed space. It satisfies the needs of those who are hungry and thirsty as well as those who want to watch a game or play volleyball. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, drinks, and the ice cream. My favorite part was the self serve beer wall. We can't wait to bring family and friends with us next time we stop by!

After a few minutes, we lucked into a longer table for 8 that we sat on one end of so that others waiting could use the other half. While we weren't near the door, there is no buffer and each time it was opened a cold blast seemed to permeate throughout the space. Our server, Holly I believe, was awesome. She was personable and excellent at tending to us in spite of how busy they were. My daughter ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken with fries and blue cheese (12.49). She thought the sandwich tasted OK when she was eating it, but then blamed it for not feeling well later that evening. My wife ordered a 16" pizza (with the intent of leftovers for the next day) with onions, mushrooms and jalapeños (16.49). It had an amazing amount of cheese on it, but the crust wasn't strong enough to handle all of the toppings. It was a good quantity, but just OK on the eating / flavor experience. I chose the Veggie Sub with fries (11.99). I really enjoyed the sub as the vegetables and cheese were plentiful and the bread of the sandwich held up to all of it better than the pizza crust. The fries were subpar and reminded me of what LJS used to serve. Really appreciated the service, but the food probably won't bring us back.

Three members of our group ordered Chicken Alfredo, and all said that it was very dry with so little sauce that it looked like no sauce at all. Two requested extra sauce from our server and one just didn't eat hers at all. It took quite some time for someone from the kitchen to bring the extra sauce, by which time the others had finished eating. They were all charged for the extra sauce, even though it had been missing from their entrées. The server hadn't checked back with us or offered refills. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service.

Chicken wings - the hubs said they were meaty and moist. Not quite five star, would have preferred buffalo style BUT he said he would order again. The real highlight was the service! Sarah, our server was phenomenal and a true ambassador for Upland. She told us that Upland started in Bloomington and, now, there are five locations in Indy area. The food is locally sourced and Upland supports the community. She stands by all of their food! We ordered off the Devour menu so we could try a variety of foods. We didn't have a craft beer because it was early in the day, even for me. We started with the Spinach Artichoke Dip, which is large and shareable. The dip is delicious with lots of artichoke. The dip comes with really fresh blue tortilla chips and toasted pita bread. The portion was so generous that we took half home. For entree, I had the Blackened Salmon BLT sandwich with blue cheese slaw. The salmon was a large portion of fresh, perfectly cooked fish. There was thick sliced bacon on top with lettuce and tomato. A spicy aioli sauce was on the salmon. The sandwich was fabulous and I would highly recommend. If you like blue cheese, you will like the blue cheese slaw. The slaw is fresh and tangy. My husband had Bad Elmer's Fav burger with fries. His immense 1/2 pound burger was perfectly cooked medium rare (as ordered). He raved how good the meat tasted. The burger was topped with two slices of thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. His fries were excellent, large and crispy (I ate half of his fries). We took the Chocolate Brownie dessert home. They had packaged the caramel and whip cream separately, so it was easy to assemble. The brownie is really rich and chocolaty. We loved the dessert. Sarah was kind and proactively brought boxes out for us to package leftovers. She thanked us for coming. The service is amazing. The bartender showed me the Happy Hour menu. From 3:00 - 5:00, beers and sliders are $4 to name a few of the great deals. In addition, a featured daily beer is special priced. Growlers are discounted on Wednesdays and Sundays. Television monitors are playing various sporting events. Parking is available towards the rear of the restaurant. We did not find close parking early on a Thursday morning. I highly recommend. I'll be back for Happy Hour. This is an easy 5 stars.
