I followed, excitedly ordering the salmon BLT. "Is this one any good?" I asked. Grant's face said it all. I was in for a treat. He wasn't exaggerating. My sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The salmon was perfectly prepared. The bacon was crisp and full of flavor. The bread was toasted just right, crispy but not too thick.
