Weekday admission is about $22 a person without socks and weekend is $25 (at the time of this email).

I brought my 4 1/2-year-old here today and initially thought I had found the perfect place. Within…read more30 minutes, I was at the register purchasing a $157 monthly pass (4 months) for the toddler area. I was impressed enough that I texted three friends photos, told my wife to start planning our son's birthday party here, and was actively asking managers about upgrading to full access because I had just discovered the larger "Adrenaline" area. For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I'll take the refund. And I'll take my business elsewhere.

Parent program is set up to create an environment of over control…read more My daughter progressed at DeVeau's and then regressed at Indiana elite in tumbling skills. Owner and staff publicly gossips about parents. Favoritism results in 3 out of 22 girls being showcased without talent being deciding criteria. It is a lot of money to invest in my daughter standing in the back. Carpets are very unclean. Ugly 80's gym uniform knock off outfits required for practice cost $90. 2 1/2 years with 6 + months 1 on 1 and my daughter could not do a handstand. They keep to lower level events in order to increase trophies and banners. This makes them appear better than they are. 5/22 parents at least left the team due to hostile environment being supported by owner. If you are even 1 minute late then the team parent and staff publicly bash you and continue to do it repeatedly once you are there. Adult targeted a 6 year old and the owner supported the adults behavior. Fund raising is decent if you are with Kathleen. Karlette's site is said to be a tense and toxic environment. Tumbling for preschool: the instructor literally put her head upside down and had the kids play in her hair. This was lengthy and was instead of the gymnastic instruction they were being paid for. Repeatedly wasted time of tumbling practice. No cancelation policy for 1 on 1. They don't even allow you to find someone else to take the slot. Owner in writing canceled practices and fraudulently charged. This was not a policy covered charge. Brian had some improvement with my daughter as an instructor when compared to others. My recommendation is go to ICE. They have policies to prevent a toxic environment.

Too much gossiping including owner publicly bashing parents…read more Does lower lever comps to look like they are better than they are.
