We had a private party for our football team we had a blast . 30 guys and all had a blast want to go again and again!!

Got the chuck Norris package. My paintball gun didn't work. Kids where shooting there guns at each other an arm distance away. There should be a minimum of how close you can shoot someone. There is supposed to be food there but there is no food at all. Even with the chuck norris package, the face masks were so scratched up and disgusting. My face mask looked like it had never been cleaned before, multiple hairs stuck in the foam. read more

We had an AWESOME time! Fizz was a great referee. The courses are very very well kept. The facility super clean and inviting. My 8 year old even has a great time. I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with this adventure and we were 100 percent entertained and loved it. My only suggestion I hope you take, we were from way out of town and arriving 3 hours away at our family's suggestion and organizing. I could not tell from the website what your facility offered in the way or restrooms and snacks. You have it all! I'd put a photo of your pro shop featuring bathrooms front and center on your webpage if I were you. We didn't know if we needed to stop for things before we got there or not or how far we'd walk out the the courses. It's amazingly close and awesome and if I were you, I'd highlight that front and center on your website for out of town guests not aware. read more

For my first time, I was thoroughly impressed. I came on Saturday, in a priv. party, & recommend other groups to come out too. Our staff-member was "J", he was very knowledgeable, chill, & adaptive. Took a group of teenage novice paintballers for a birthday party here. We had our own staging area to hang out in between games. They all reported they had a blast during each of their adventures and enjoyed our team leader, Spencer. Thanks for a great time!! Good fun on open play day. Safety was a priority, which we all appreciated. Paint prices were a bit high, but we had a blast.

There's definitely a weekend rush, and birthday parties get priority on gear, so we had to wait for equipment; however, once we got our rentals, the games we played were great! The staff at White River are awesome! read more

Service could had been better especially with a party of 21 and paying close to $800. We was yelled at the entire time by the referee. The group ranged from 10 years to adults. We arrived at 5pm and left at 8pm and only played 3 games. Our last game did not end well with your staff putting their hands on minors I understand safety is important as I'm a nurse practitioner but it's also about respect and the way you talk to people. The package I booked was a private birthday party. The referee only asked who was the birthday boy and nothing else. The whole experience could have been better especially for the amount paid. For parties of 15 or more I feel there should be two referees. A lot of time was spent with your referee talking or should I say yelling. read more

We had a private birthday party for a bunch of kids (9) and it was their first time playing. I am so glad we made the trip from Indy to Anderson for this - the facilities and staff are absolutely amazing - it was well worth the short trip and way better than anything closer. The kids were all a little nervous to get shot, all got shot, all teared up a little after the first hit (dealing with that brief sting and being startled), and then shook it off and were excited to get right back in. They really dealt with a little fear of unknown, a little sting, and the growth that comes with shaking it off and getting back in there. Every kid loved it and said it was the best party they had ever been to (despite the face that 75% of them may have "alligator teared" up after the first time the were hit. They entered boys and left men , in addition to tons of fun it was a growth experience they will never forget. We loved all the various arenas - there is tons of space and well plotted arenas/fields (cargo containers, plane fuselage). Our referee was awesome and I could not give this place any higher rating. read more

Bad place. Yelled at us for 3 hours. Only got 2 games in because the employees were so bad.

we had a large group come here, and we had a very bad experience. We paid a lot of money to get here just to be yelled at the whole time. Our monitor destiny was terrible. We were yelled at the whole time for nothing. Highly recommend looking somewhere else. Also, we were here for over two hours, we only got to play one game. The instructions took way too long, and should be shortened to ensure correct amount of playing time. Again, do not recommend destiny at all. She was very rude and disrespectful. read more

Went for a birthday party with 10 year olds. There were tables to sit and relax between matches and you could watch other groups play from behind netting. On summer days it gets hot under the masks and you need to keep them on for safety, so bring plenty to drink. Also, a bandana, skull or stocking cap, under the helmet makes it more comfortable. Awesome service there are plenty of people to help you have a great time and keep you safe. We will be going back again. read more

Great fields. Great scenario events. Friendly staff. Full pro shop with flush restrooms and clean staging areas make this place great to spend a full day at. The new field cargo city is massive and just like a call of duty map. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

We had an excellent experience at White River Paintball. Some of the teachers from my son's school pooled their money together and had a party with around 40 people. Our school is in the inner city, and many of these kids may not have been able to enjoy an experience like the one we had otherwise. The trip got off to a rocky start when one of the referee literally yelled at one of the students and got in his face, and told him he was banned for the day. But the manager made things 100% correct, switched out our referee, and personally reffed one of our rounds. After that they were very understanding and worked with the adults to insure an atmosphere of safety, respect and a ton of serious fun. Standing up the way they did, the entire rest of staff showed the students the value of respecting each other while paying attention to safety, and the students were well behaved thereafter. The grounds are vast, with multiple stages for play, each with a unique theme, and suited for different styles of play. The equipment was in good working order which is impressive considering the amount of use it likely sees. We played multiple rounds from around 1-7pm. For an all day sort of trip such as that you can expect to pay around 80$/person, but for a few rounds you could probably get by with 40-50$. Again, could not be more satisfied and pleased with our trip, the staff and the facility. They provided us with a great time that the kids will surely cherish, and I intend to take my son and some of his friends back for more rounds. A+! read more

I don't have a lot of experience at paintball. Prior to going to White River I had only played at the indoor facility in Indianapolis. Had a great time there so I thought I'd take my kids for their birthday party to try outdoor play. We had an okay time but from a parents view I had some problems. First they advertise as an Indianapolis field. I live in the heart of Indy and this place is over 50 miles from Indy one direction!. I thought this was quite misleading. At the indoor facility I shot very little paint and was expecting about the same. Boy, was I surprised. My 8 kids spent an additional $300 in extra paintballs. The weather didn't cooperate with us much. It was about 85 degrees. You don't want to play paintball in short sleeves. We about died from the heat. It was fun but I'm sticking with indoor next time. read more

Our group came back again had such a great time at White River Paintball! Second time playing and it was great. Place was clean and easy to set up for lunch at the picnic spots. It was about a 35 minute drive from where I live in Indy but completely worth it. There was a bachelor party out there and that was a hoot to watch. read more

Horrible customer service! Money Hungry! Lies!....... I would not recommend. There are plenty more places in Indy area that treat their customers better. Their items are over priced, one employee will tell you one thing and sell you something than they change the rules and say that wasn't right. Very questionable practices! If you deal with them,just document everything and watch your back. read more

I have been a reoccurring customer for awhile now. I have always been upset paying their INSANE paintball prices, but this is where we choose to go. That ended today. Our group has easily spent $1500 this month on their PAINTBALLS , a friend of mine decides to buy a new gun & his decision was to purchase it there since they are local. Connects air tank to the $538 marker, POOF the solenoid is busted. Okay, it happens. We wait an hour & 15 minutes for the "manager" to finish his lunch to do something about it. He only offers to fix it. I demand they replace it. At this point we have been here for over 2 hours haven't played a game waiting on this situation. Myself, being a friend, tell him that is unacceptable he needs the gun replaced with another brand new one. This gun cost over $500 & Then I am demanded to leave the pro shop & "they will only talk to the purchaser". As my group spent over $1300 today, we will choose to take our business elsewhere. Much cheaper prices overall all over Indy. Terrible business ethics at White River Paintball. read more

Unacceptable White River Paintball employee behavior. Just a heads up for anyone in the Indianapolis area considering paintball as and activity for your kids. My thirteen year old son came home saying he had an awesome time at this facility yesterday. He was also complaining about his head hurting from the lump on the back of his head. He told us that there was an odd number of players so one of the staff members played with the other team and used a much better gun than the rest of the players. He said when one of the games was about over he was standing and got shot by the employee in the back of the head from less than 10 feet. I understand that getting hit buy a paintball is painful and getting hit in the head is part of the game, if the shot is accidental or comes from a friend being silly, but for one of their staff members to intentionally target the back of a child's head from that close is unacceptable. Common sense training of employees is highly recommended. read more

I was pretty disappointed in Whiteriver Paintball. The sold my son a 70.00 paintball mask that began falling apart in just under 30 minutes. He asked to exchange the piece of crap the sold him and they said no refunds. Over half of the air refill stations do not work. The refs clearly don't want to be there and talk to adults like kids. You clearly need to train your workforce and have them show respect to the customers. I hope people read this. Whiteriver isn't the only place in town for paintball anymore. read more
