This was an amazing experience!!!! Decided to bring our kiddos here for some fun and couldn't have been happier! We went for the last hour so it wasn't busy at all! Getting started was so easy! There are tablets just to the side of the counter where we were able to submit our waiver. After that, all we had to do was pay for our play! The young man at the counter was very nice and explained how everything worked since this was our first time! The sand play was such a fun experience! Honestly, this entire concept is every kid's dream...sand+toys=hours of fun...what more do you need lol! My littles had a blast here! As a parent, I enjoyed myself as well! It's the little details for me! This place is immaculately clean and you can tell every detail has been thoroughly thought out...from the toys in the box, to the coffee for parents, all the way down to the music selection (love when I hear Christian music playing in establishments)! My little guy has so much fun playing in the sand and with all the trucks and it's the perfect activity, especially on cold or rainy days! Huge sandbox full of construction toys and shovels that's good for sensory and imaginary play. Place looks new and is clean. Free parking. Staff friendly. Free wifi. My toddler son loved playing here for an hour. Not sure if children older than 10 would enjoy playing here as much and for that long. The boy was sad to leave but excited upon hearing we'll come back another day. Bought the play pass (available in 4 and 8 hours with 30 minute increments) to get better price deal. Otherwise it's $16/hr per kid which includes up to 2 supervising adults. I don't think they're strict with the time as I'm not sure how they keep track of who leaves and when. The kids played well next to each other and overall adults did a good job supervising their kids. You're allowed to bring in outside food/drink as they don't currently offer but ask that hands are washed after eating and prior to getting into sandbox. A couple of tables are available and there's benches next to the sandbox to hang out, work, or chill. There's also a couple of private rooms if one wanted to book to host a gathering. I would say the venue was smaller than expected and was not easy for those with strollers to move around comfortably. Could offer more seating for eating or if more adults wanted to do computer work while the kids played. Adding concessions would also be a bonus. Overall a nice addition to the area and for children. read more

The staff was super friendly and check-in was really easy. We picked coming to this location for an impromptu play date since it was raining outside. It was only $16 for 1 hour of play. You only pay for your child and the adult is free: This was my daughter's first experience with sand. They had a lot of toys for the kiddos to play with. They also have snacks, merchandise, and toys you can purchase. They had a cute area where you could reserve play time for a birthday party. We will be coming back! read more

Such a fun place! We seriously enjoyed the time at dig dig and my kiddo is begging to go back! The sand is so soft! It's super high quality sand nothing like a normal playground sandbox. It was so light I took my flip flops off and pretended I was in Clearwater Beach! The toys they gave to play with are sturdy and so much fun. They have a variety of diggers to pick from. It's really clean, an employee was cleaning the entire time we stayed. It's a definite to put on your fun list for kids! read more

SUCH a fun idea! Went for the first time on New Year's Day and it was packed! I was glad I reserved our time slot in advance, but even so, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get started and even then, it was packed and not enough space for all the adults to sit. But that was OK, my own fault for coming to a hot new place on a holiday, lol. Seemed to be a bit on the honor system for people to actually leave after their hour was up. My boys loved it. They were engaged and involved the whole time with the exception of some accidental sand in the mouth. Can't wait to go back. We have rented the private room for a birthday party and also rented the private room for 90 minutes on a rainy day. Both experiences were excellent. The private sandbox room is very clean and has duplicates of nearly every truck/tool which is very handy. They seem to acquire more toys/trucks over time and different toys which keeps it novel. The private room is great for a party-there are 3 picnic tables, a fridge you can use, a table, and the decorations already have you covered for a party feel. You have a completely private experience and it is quiet and very clean. There's also Wi-Fi if you want to work while watching kids play etc. Bathrooms are clean and they have a super cute kids size bathroom with mini toilet and sink that the kids love. They have a new rentable sand table room we haven't checked out yet but looks very nice and could be a better fit for kids with sensory needs who don't want to actually be in the sand. They have trucks/boys for purchase-some are priced cheaper than Amazon and they have a reasonable price range. When we did the birthday party it included a shirt and a truck which was awesome for our birthday party surprise. Staff are friendly and responsive to any needs or questions. Such a fun place for a winter outing. I was impressed with how clean the facility is and how quiet it is. I expected it to be loud and overwhelming but it wasn't at all. My 4 year old grandson who is very sensitive to sound loved it. We bought the hour pass and he can't wait to go back. It is a great way for kids to be active and creative.
