There is plenty of parking in front of the building. We do live on the Southside so it was a 35-40 minute drive to get here. And when you have a toddler, that could make it or break it before you even get there! But we made it thankfully. It was $16.00 per child for 2 hours and the adults were free. I do think that is a high price and was one of the reasons why I gave them 4 stars. The other reason was the drive. For us Southsiders, it is a far drive especially when you have a screaming toddler in the backseat who does not want to be strapped down any longer. They do have a lot for kids! When you walk in, there is a baby/toddler area with smaller toys. Then there is a little drawing area and off to the sides there are plenty of little rooms for different children's needs. Whether they just need a time out, there's a room for that, whether they just want to play music, there's a room for that, whether they just need a dark, quiet room due to sensory overload, yep you guessed it, there's a room for that too. We spent most of our time in the back area with the swings and large trampoline. I would definitely recommend trying this place out! We had a great time and wish we had something like this for kids on the Southside.

There only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 to 11 and 1 to 3. For children ages 2 to 12 years old. When entering you have to check in at the kiosk or the front desk. The place that looks like a large treehouse with two different floors, three slides, and plenty of things to do within the treehouse. The top level with the two big slides are for kids 5 and up Because you have to climb a ladder to get to the second level. There is an area for the kids under two to play with all kinds of toys. Lots of things for kids to play on and play with such as a kitchen with all the fixing grocery carts that seem to be the most popular area. Also, there was a book rack that you could sit down and read a book and comfortable chairs and couches with large Ottomans. Blocks and small basket ball hoop. There is also a kitchen so parents you can get you a cuppa coffee or water or hot chocolate and watch your kids play. They also have snacks for the little ones, there is a refrigerator. Beyond that, there are more play structures and a basketball area with trampolines. In the back half of the building, there's a rice pit (basically like a sandbox, but with rice instead of sand), a very fun smaller ball pit with interactive screens - throw the balls at the video game projection and blow up the bad guys, a lego area, and a small arcade (additional purchase required). We saw dozens and dozens of kids having the best time of their life. There was a good amount of seating for adults throughout the building, so we always had a place to sit to keep an eye on the kids. There are lots of hand sanitizer stations throughout and we frequently saw workers with vacuums. We played for 3 hours and our kid could have stayed much longer. I would guess older kids might get bored more quickly, but for preschool or early elementary kids, Smiley seems like heaven. You do have to buy the Smiley grippy socks, but that's a standard penalty for play places these days. After you're done playing, hit up Bugambilias a few doors down for amazing Mexican food!

Two employees looked at the game activity and told me that he could pick a 100 ticket prize and that's all they could do. Meanwhile, they were clearly being inconvenienced by my request to have the proper amount of tickets loaded so he could pick out a prize reflective of what we earned. And look, while I get that the prizes are always a rip off, it's still fun for him to pick out something. Meanwhile I spent $36 for a lollipop and a chance to be insulted by the employees for wanting the tickets I rightfully earned.
