Noblesville Golf & Batting Center

Noblesville Golf and Batting has been around for ages and ages, literally. I remember my dad…read morebringing me here in middle school to use the driving range. The wear and tear definitely shows but people flock here on warm spring and summer days. The miniature golf course is pretty sad looking. Nothing overly hard or unique about the course. Driving range is great, can't really go wrong with the prices on buckets of balls. A small bucket will only cost you $5 and you can fill that sucker with has many golf balls as you can. Batting cages seem pretty standard issue. 50 cents will get you 6 or 8 balls. You can choose between Little League, slow pitch, fast, and medium. There is a small game room inside with a surprisingly decent selection of games and Skee Ball! You don't even need your own equipment to use the batting cages or practice your golf swing. You can borrow their helmets, bats, and golf clubs and there are plenty of each! 4 stars for the amount of options to keep you entertained. I just wish it looked better. People used to say that the man who owns Noblesville Golf & Batting was a former weather man on Fox 59... not sure the validity on that claim. He is sure friendly either way!

You will find this complex down the street from Beckenholdt Park, behind a Greenfield storage…read morefacility. This is the home of the Midwest Baseball and Softball teams. It has 5 baseball/softball fields that are in dire need of some TLC. The dugouts are full of trash and a couple of the roofs are collapsing. They have a concession stand and restroom facility that are operated during events. There is also bullpens and batting cages on the complex. One of the ball fields has I-70 in the background, which some could consider cool while other totally hate it. I think it is kind of cool. What sets this place apart from many baseball complexes is that it has a 13,500 square foot indoor facility that can be used for training during inclement weather or the cold season. The indoor facility has a pro shop, team meeting rooms, batting tunnels, bullpens, and a 8,000 square foot fielding area. It looks impressive. You can check out some videos of it on their Facebook page. In addition to practices and tournaments the facility plays host to hitting, fielding, catching and/or baseball softball pitching instruction. There is a decent amount of places to park, but they are not marked and they could really fill up very quickly during a tournament and become hard to come by. This complex has a lot of potential and could really be a first class facility. It needs quite a few repairs and upgrades to get to that point though. As it is now, it is an OK location to host a tournament and is much better suited for training and practice. They work with all ages year round and get the kids ready for the next level.

The day I went to return it I couldn't find my receipt so I specifically called and asked if I could return it if I showed it on my bank app they said yes. I drove up there and waited at the front desk for over 5 minutes without anyone coming to help me, I had to go find someone that worked there. Then she called the GM to ask how to do a return who then argued back-and-forth with me on the phone for five minutes acting like I was an idiot stating that it was a miscommunication and they can't return it without the receipt even though it's on my app and I specifically called BEFORE going up there to make sure I could return it! He was very rude, unprofessional and was absolutely unwilling to take it back. Their employee who gave me the misinformation shouldn't be my problem, they should honor what was told to me! Absolutely horrible customer service!! Will never go there for anything ever again!

My husband booked online to reserve a batting cage for our son for 10 am and paid online. The website says they will provide balls and that they have all the equipment necessary. However, on arriving at 10 am, they do not provide balls and the girl at the front desk said much of their website is inaccurate. We asked if we could return later in the day with our balls and she said yes, they were open until 3 and wide open on times. We arrived back at 1:25. The doors were locked and no one was answering the phone when we tried to call. This has been an incredibly negative experience. I would not recommend this establishment.
