OK Horrible experience!! Had my daughters birthday party here on a week night. 1.) Our Hostess was terrible. She didn't get into it at all! She didn't clean up either! 2.) They didn't offer to have our daughter go into the Ticket booth thing until it was too late 3.) We could smell the bathrooms from accross the resturant! it was HORRIBLE! 4.) We bought a Pinata online, but they never gave it to us! 5.) MANY MANY tables throughout the resturant had unbussed tables iwht pizza that must have been hours old still sitting there, napkins all over the floor! 6.) Salad bar area looked like a tornado hit it, like as if they hadn't cleaned it for hours and hours 7.) The Chucke E Cheese Robot was broken, and held together with electrical tape!!! 8.) The staff was not manning the exit, and letting children/parents leave without checking stamps 9.) manager was supposed to come and talk to us about our experience, this didn't happen. This next one can't be changed, but needs to be addressed. This resturant is WAY WAY too small. it needs to be bigger by a factor of at least 3! If you remember Chucky Cheese from Tuly Road San Jose from the 80's.(it is the first Chucky Cheese) . yeah, Gilroy is like a 1/4 that size or smaller! Bottom line is don't have your kids party here! You will regret it! I just had to leave a review.. The staff is awesome very helpful and very attentive. The manager Jesus is a great manager, I noticed while playing games with the kids that he was very supportive and helpful he was also out on the floor helping out that was nice to see. Janet and Britney were also very kind and helpful. There were also a couple of guys out on the floor that were very attentive. Overall my experience here was really great staff and service was excellent I will definitely be coming in more often no more San Jose chuckie cheese for me you don't get this type of service there... Way to go Gilroy chuckie cheese you just gained another loyal customer, im going to start planning my sons 3rd birthday there. Thank you read more

The manager Jesus was very helpful, had to be called by our party a few times because the girls working here were kind of clueless. Overall, we had a good experience at this chuck e cheese. Only three games were out of order. read more

We always have a blast at this spot. Staff is super friendly, games are in good working order. Our kids always have the time of their lives here! We visit once a year and it's a great to celebrate a birthday even on the down low. read more

This place used to be so fun for the kids. Jungle gym, more games etc. now half the games they have are broken, and they cut way down on the amount of tickets the child gets per game. I was completely shocked this time. Complete and total rip off. Never coming back. Spent money to get a 10 cent ring and plastic lizard. Even my son didn't enjoy himself. read more

So let me tell you guys about my experience at "Chuck E. Cheese". So my father, two little brothers and little sister, we were having a blast! After we got our tickets and went to get prizes I saw that chuck was coming out so I told my brother "let's go say hi and take a picture". After chasing him down and got my picture he put his hand up for a high five, I didn't see it right away but when I did I went to give him one back but THEN HE DABBED ON ME. The pizza isn't actually that bad. I had a thin crust that bordered on some of the best thin crust pizza I've had in a long time. The customer service is good considering the chaos that goes on in there. Polite and friendly staff. It would be great if they had a deeper dish for the croutons at the salad bar since they kept running out. read more

After over eating too much cheese pizza and running around with the kids, I am were out. The games take only tokens so you have to keep exchanging your dollar bills for tokens and there usually is a line at least there was almost every time for us, when we were their. It was a very fun time and the games were very fun. I just wish they had a little more variety of games. A good place for a young ones birthday party. read more

Crap service. Stood for 10 minutes at entrance while we were ignored by multiple workers. Kids could just wander out -- no one actually kid checking. Then, we waited over an hour for our pizza, kids were hungry and grumpy. Finally, we spent $20 on "tokens" to have half the machines not dispense and when you asked someone (if you could actually find them) for help, they acted like it was a bother. Worst Chuck E. I joke all the time how I am at Chuck E. Cheese as a adult more than I ever was as a child. This post is over a two-year-old child who is so excited to see Chuck E cheese, the prompter came on seven minutes until Chuck E. Cheese dances. My two-year-old kept saying seven minutes he counted down until it was one minute, so excited to see him and so let down when Chuck E. Cheese never came out. My sister asked the manager what was going on, you promised that Chuck E. Cheese was coming out. Their comment to her we're working out our problems. That is supposed to explain it to a two-year-old. Needless to say Chuck E. Cheese never came out, we drove all the way from Salinas to come to Chuck E. Cheese and all we received was broken promises and tireless excuses. The last couple times we've been at Chuck E. Cheese the pizza has been burned or we didn't get what we ordered. We come here to see A happy little boy who loves Chuck E. Cheese. just right now came up to the register teying to buy something. 2 employee working. line up waiting for help. 2 employee just look at me and just pass me by. I'm so disappointed and fraustrated and did ni ot get any help. just because im not the same race. Rude customer service! The young lady who was in charge of the ropes did not even smile and acknowledged my husband and I. and acted like we did them a favor by stopping at their restaurant. The employees perhaps needs more training. read more

It's quite sad when your family goes out for your nieces 5th birthday and the Staff and managers can not do there job to protect there paying guests (my sister) when another person steals there token card from them! When my sister complains and confronts The lady she won't give it back to her. My sister explains the token card she has, has her name on the card and that if the lady shows it to him that they would see it's my sisters. The lady proceeds to leave and wont talk to the staff. my sister is shuffled around between the staff and nothing gets dealt with and in all the commotion they go back to their table to see the staff cleared there table which had food and drinks on it! When my sister explains she is told "no refunds!" At this point id be furious! When she gets mad and says it's bullshit she is now told that it's a family established and that she can't talk like that and needs to leave! Then the manager proceeds to Call the police on my sister!!! Really, u all have some nerve! What a total shit show!!! Maybe this all would have been avoided if the management would have called the police on the lady that stole my sisters token card! read more

The staff is great, extremely friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is because recently, there were more than 5 games that were out of order and/or out of tickets. The games that were out of order were marked by the coin blocking signs for the most part, but there were 3 additional games that took our coins, and they were not marked as out of order. Also, 2 of the ticket counting machines went out as we were using them. read more
