My Union Local has a game day every year and Lynn's has gotten better year by year. My wife and I are old-time pinball fans and have been playing for years and coming here is, for us, a guaranteed good time. This place is too good not to review. It's all positive: 1. Machines are kept in top shape. 2. Who doesn't love drinking a beer while playing? -- and all the machines have cupholders. 3. They sell snacks, and you can bring in outside food if you like 4. Pricing structure is well thought out. $10 for an hour, or $20 for unlimited. I like that there's an option past one flat rate. 5. The newest titles are present, plus a good mix of different era pins. 6. The staff is unfailingly friendly 7. Good rotation of incoming games, so something new to play every time I go there. 8. A lot of pinball places I've been to don't have much seating, so it's a nice bonus to have tables to sit at, plus stools that are easily carried so you can play a game sitting down, if you like 9. The bathroom is clean I love the electromechanical pins (the older games), and this past weekend a Bally Starjet was there, in fantastic condition. That's a rare find, and it speaks to how well this place is run. It might not sound like much, but I'm a 30-year pinball collector, and to have a title like that, in fantastic condition, shows how committed the owners are to providing a quality pinball experience to the public. Definitely a cool little pinball arcade that's tucked away in the back lot. It's fifteen dollars for unlimited play all day, so you can come and go easily. They take a lot of pride in the facility and everything is very well kept. They have a variety of new-old pinball machines and get new ones in somewhat regularly. Surprised my daughter for her 13th birthday but she wasn't feeling it. They have limited machines, nothing of the ones she likes. Otherwise, it's a nice place for kids and kids at heart to hang out and play some pinball machine. I don't know what else they have since we didn't stay long. Wow! This place is amazing. I have been hoping that somebody would open an arcade like this nearby and they have done a great job with this place. There are about 30 pinball games at any given time and they seem to rotate them in and out with some regularity. A couple of important things to know before you come here: 1) It's only $15 per adult to play as much as you want. This is a very reasonable price of admission. 2) The games are all set to "hard" mode, however if you get completely screwed (the ball shoots down the middle immediately and you have no meaningful chance to interact with the game to avoid this) you will get a free replacement ball. 3) Because the games are set to hard mode, they are exactly that: hard. Don't get your panties in a wad if your first several games go poorly - they probably will. This is by design. As you improve, your games will last longer. Again, don't get your panties in a wad. 4) Every pinball machine is different. There are different strategies and different engineering that goes into each game. Don't expect to helicopter in on day 1 and start kicking ass and cashing checks - even if you are the pinball hero of your local pizza parlor. This is the big leagues. Practice, research and patience are your friends here. 5) They have a large assortment of beers, ciders and seltzers on tap. Most of them are delicious. Expect your reaction time to decrease as you imbibe - it can go no other way. 6) Try your Sunday best to avoid screaming "DAMN IT" (or worse) when your ball goes down the little side ramp and you lose. Kind of a complicated review. 5 stars in general. We've been here a few times. Today was the first day when we came and there was a tournament going on. The lady at the desk told us and from what we understood it was just one table. My husband got kicked off a table mid game. People in general were just really rude. Saving tables by leaving their water bottles on the ground by the table. I thought I finally had a chance to play fun house, I'd been trying the whole time, I walked over. Pushed start. Some guy came over, he was standing nowhere near the table, told "we are about to play a game" there were 3 other guys, all standing nowhere near the table. I did enjoy playing the gopher golf table, a favorite of mine. I think they need to do something else for lighting. Top half of the play field is incredibly hard to see, almost impossible. People working here are friendly, 5 stars for them. Bathroom has always been clean. I like the vibe and the music but it was so loud today it was just distorted and sounded terrible. We will probably be back, but I definitely wouldn't waste your money here if they're having a tournament. They should really discount the price some on those days. Between the table savers, and they made my husband leave a table mid game. Not a good look for the business. Table he was told to leave was not beside the tournament table. read more

This is nice because if you leave to grab food or decide to go back later before they close and try to beat that one game driving you nuts; your original door dues you paid for that day are still good!
