I came here on a Thursday afternoon with my cousin, partner & our godson. The Okay: The prices weren't horrible. For $29.99, we got 4 drinks, a large one-topping pizza, & 50 tokens. For $20 more, we got 100 tokens. The Good: Their unlimited salad is fricken awesome (especially if you're on a diet) The Bad: This place is incredibly understaffed. Not sure if they thought it wouldn't be busy because it was a Thursday afternoon, but COME ON.... You should have known it was gonna fill up with soccer moms & their kids. There was a chick running around trying to help everyone so I strayed away from asking for things that should just come with the experience... If I could give zero stars, I would. My 5 year old has been there 3 times and she has gotten sick EVERY SINGLE TIME. The first time was Croup. The second time was a bad cold. And now (despite washing and sanitizing her hands, while there, like a mad woman) she's home from school again from going on Sunday (for a birthday party - otherwise we don't go). I understand kids have germs and play places pick those up. But we take her to We Play Loud, the play place at Chic fil a, parks and Luv 2 Play all the time and have never ever had her get sick. NOPE. I took my 3 year old here on a late afternoon, and was surprised that there were only about 6 other families there, not too crowded so that wasn't that bad. I got plenty of coins for my 3 year old and let him pick which games to try... and ALL three of the games he picked to start were broken! The first one you were supposed to have balls to throw, and every single one was missing. The next one you were supposed to shoot water at little rubber ducks so that they float through this tunnel..but the water level was so low and there was trash floating with a couple random balls-it was like it had not been maintained in a long while. The last one we went to the other side of the room (hoping for better luck on the games) and my 3 year old wanted to play this game with a giant lever and circle of lights-but this too was broken. The lever seemed to be barely hanging onto the side of the machine and after pulling it various directions, I finally seemed to get it to work... We went on a Sunday evening to celebrate a special occasion. More than half of the machines were out of order with tags on it showing its broken, or they would eat up our coins and be dysfunctional. MOST working machines spat out only 1-3 tickets even with high scores. Some of the roller ball games didn't even have balls in it and yet would just take your coin. Two of the machines were blaring some loud alarm sounds and it was so hard on our ears that I finally had to go grab the staff and ask him if that was normal. He simply and silently shook his head no, opened the machine to turn off the alarm and walked away. He looked like he was absolutely hating his job. No words and no eye contact and looked like he was going to stab you if you asked him for one more thing. Spoke to the staff in the front about the defective machines and how over half of the floor had broken machines and they basically said its because they only have one game tech on the floor... and take a wild guess who that is. Haha I had bought and played 100 tokens and yet hardly any tickets collected. I thought maybe it was my kids who weren't scoring well so I played some myself. High score and I got 2 tickets. Manager ended up approving 100 tickets for free but that's only good for about a few sticks of tootsie rolls. Kids were bummed. Oh and there were only 2 machines working to check in your tickets. Rest were broken. They need to work on having a game floor that's functional and maybe staff up a bit! Oh and Chuck E didn't appear the whole time we were there for 3.5hrs. read more

Where do I start. The customer service is no good and the pizza especially in the buffet is no good. It tastes like dog food when it has been under the light. I like the location of this Chuck E Cheese, and sometimes the pizza BUT thats about it! The service is TERRIBLE there!!!!! I cant tell you how many times I've been there and seen so many unprofessional, non qualified employees that work there! Last time I was there, 2 of the workers were in front of the register talking for about 2-3 minutes before I was actually acknowledge to order! The guy said "Oh, I thought you were still making your decision." Obviously if Im STARING at you and waiting in front of the register, I should be ready to order. This is by far the cleanest, friendliest, nicest chuck e cheese I've ever been too! We've come here a few times in the past with the daycare I worked at, so I decided to have my birthday party here. :) The pizza is super good, and you can tell the cheese is real. They also put some seasoning on top. Their coupons are great too, and they allow you to use multiple ones (I feel like no one allows that anymore). :) We fed 12 adults and 2 kids for about $80. And we spent little on how many tokens we got. Everyone was entertained for over two hours! :) I also like how many capable staff they have working here. I feel like at most other chuck e cheeses, there are two staff members running the food, entrance, prize counter, and birthday area all at once. Not this one though! The owner seems to be smart and realizes that spending a bit extra to staff some additional minimum wage employees goes a long way with customer satisfaction. :) Will come to this one again! read more

Came here for a 5 year old birthday party. It was a friday afternoon and i was expecting it to be LOUD and crazy busy. Luckily to my suprise it was rather slow and we were the only birthday party. My boyfriend and I came here to have a some pizza, beers and play some games. Overall, it was a great time! The service was good, the beers were poured to the brim, and they had some fun new games which we had a blast playing. But this pizza was undoubtedly a frozen pizza, it was SUPER thin and the cheese had that hard, rubbery overcooked texture. The bottom of the pizza had the tell-tale frozen pizza rings on it. Just awful. Now this was my first time at this particular CEC, so maybe it's just this location... but I was very disappointed because my boyfriend hadn't been in years and years and I had been hyping up how good the pizza was. He even heard from a coworker that it was good! We were starving so we ate it, but I was really embarrassed for making him think it would be great. So I don't know what's up with the grub but it's definitely not how I remember. I would have given them three stars if the pizza hadn't been so terrible. My recommendation? Great local Chuck E Cheese. They lost one star because sometimes their employees are rude. However, we were there again this week and they had some management people there and they were so kind. The reason I rate them high is because they have a good variaty of games, the food wasn't bad, they send a lot of coupons out in email, and it's always VERY clean. It doesn't have that weird smell some of them have. Good child security measures by matching number stamps on your hands too. Great place! read more

Negative stars... what happened to this place? Very poor customer service, and clueless staff. The staff didn't care about anything, it was really shocking. Trash everywhere, very dirty. Didn't stamp our hand when we came in, well actually no employees were in the front to greet anyone... waited in line for 20 minutes to order anything and no help at the prize counter... chucky never came out until other customers mentioned it.. the girls at the prize counter were talking to each other and completely ignored customers... we will never go back to this location and we have been coming for years. read more

I have had a couple good experiences here at this Chuck E. Cheese because some of the younger males are very kind and have good customer service. Unfortunately I have had way too many bad experiences here. My 4 and 6 year olds love Chuck E. Cheese so I'm constantly being asked to take them there. After yesterday I will not return to this Chuck E. Cheese and here is why; half or more of the games there were "out of service" or did not work, the games that had balls did not have enough or any at all to complete the game we paid for and last and WORST; there was dangerous tools and wires laying on the floor and the table for the WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. My 4 year old son caught his shoe on the orange wire and almost fell into the pile of dirt and tools and screws in the middle of games and hallways. I could NOT BELIEVE IT. To make matters worse there was no repair man or employee using the tools at some points... he was GONE. Just left his mess for all the toddlers and young children to walk or fall upon. A lot of parents come here, sit at a table and let their kids enjoy this supposedly SAFE place meant for KIDS. Crazy.
