Their pizza is pretty good too, thin crust and it just has the taste, maybe its because it reminds me of my childhood. the food is definitely a little pricey, but for the atmosphere its not too bad, i guess i assume to be spending that much coming in. Our meal was $36 for a large and drinks and some tokens, and we had plenty leftover for lunch the next day When me and the bf went all the games were only one token so that was a lot of fun, but BEWARE!! there is a little girl who goes around stealing tickets thinking that its okay!! hahaha she went around us while we were playing games and she tried to say in her cute voice "i'm collecting tickets" and at first we thought it was okay, but she followed us around and continued to take our tickets!!! haha, but in the end it was okay overall!! i would recommend this place, decently sized, didn't seem to crowded on at saturday afternoon and i have always loved this place, i think i always will, especially their breadsticks read more

This location is always clean and the employees are always on top of things. The feeling I get from other reviews here is that they forget to remember that Chuck E. Cheese is a service based business, a restaurant, with MANY moving parts from other customers. Considering how busy it can get I can appreciate the good service I get. Wow, what a tough place to rate. Entertainment value = 5. Food = 3. I averaged it out to a 4. For anyone who has kids, going to the Cheese is something they want to do. This location is fairly new so the games work, the place is clean, and the kids stay entertained. The food is something only a kid can love. My husband and I brought our kids here because we wanted to have a place to let our 2.5 year old run around and also eat. I hadn't been to chucky cheese in years and forgot what it was all about. My daughter had a blast and it's the perfect place to let a kid run around and burn some energy. The issue that we had was with the food service/food quality. It took 45 minutes for a large pizza! That is ridiculous, you can't make a child wait that long for food! I finally went up to the window to ask about our order and they were like "oh sorry about that" Several other people were in the same boat as us and waiting a long time for their food. We payed 35.00 for a mediocre pizza and barely warm chicken fingers that we waited 45 minutes for. Most likely not coming back here for that reason even though my daughter had fun. It's good but there's too many kids and not enough hot moms. The pizza was good but the beer was warm. Bathroom was dirty and sticky. The sinks were too Damn low. They don't play any club music. Regarding the stamp!: I read the reviews before I went to Chuck E Cheese so I kept an eye out for the invisible stamp thing. I thought it was wierd too, so I asked. HERE IS THE SCOOP: you and your child are stamped with identical numbers so that no one can steal your baby! Genius! Funny because when I was running around with my two year old, I was thinking, man, there are a ton of kids running around, what if someone snags one and runs out?! thats what the stamp helps guard against! yay! Okay, review of the establishment: I liked it! Found it very clean and entertaining. My son had a blast. He dragged me through that big tube-slide thinger several times. Yes, the mouse needs to be more enthusiastic, I agree. He sluggishly walked out of the hall, not into it at all. If I was the mouse, I would come out like Rocky Balboa, with a bounce in my step waving my arms. Not walk out like Im going to the chair! I also liked the pizza! mmm, piiizzzaaa. Beer was pricey. Here is the GIST: 1) One of the CLEANEST Chuck E Cheese I have ever been too! A bit more spacious and not as crowded. Maybe we were there late. 2) COOLER games: they have a few newer games that I haven't seen before. One of kids' FAVORITE was the machine that took your picture and created an "occupational" ID card for you. Every kid wants something to take home. And for only 0.25 cents they were able to have a cool ID card. Example: policeman, movie star...etc! Fun Fun. 3) FRIENDLY STAFF: the host for the party was attentive and made sure the Birthday Boy was involved in all the games. Sang Happy Birthday to us and made sure everything was ok. **my son lost one of the prizes he claimed w/ all his tickets and was very sad. We went over the gal @ the Prize area and informed her. Had my sons 2nd bday here today and everything went as planned and everyone especially my son had a great time. The games and play area was clean and not crowded at all! The pizza and the sandwich/wrap platter with tater tots was really tasty. Kasey our party host was extremely helpful, cheerful, nice, willing to help, fast, and just amazing. She was right there when I needed her, brought out everything I asked for super fast and with a smile. She was awesome. I'd definitely recommend this location to everyone. read more

The experience was so horrible that it was almost funny... 80% of the games/machines were broken- Either taking my coins or did not have tickets. It was pretty bad where I stopped telling the employees. I felt bad for them, probably stressful for them as well. But it's a bummer for the kids when they are supposed to be rewarded with tickets, but nothing comes out... On top of that.. prizes are lame. If the prizes are going to cost a lot of tickets, have more selection. Its always the same 5 items... Its stupid to spend 30 tickets on a small box of nerds candy. Pizza was ok... the breadsticks were literally burnt black on top... we didn't let the kids eat it. I used to like this location, but since management changed... it doesn't look like there is any management. This was a horrible experience. This location is very clean and the employees are all very nice. The pizza was delicious! We also ordered cheesy bread and I liked better than Pizza Hut!! Chuck e cheese are always kid friendly as far as atmosphere, as far as cleanliness that is another story. We celebrated my nieces birthday with several kids. Host Both were very nice but forgot to tell us their name. No tags that I could see. Party section is separated from the games and other eating areas and has a good vies of the stage. They should probably create areas within the party sectioned off. We had children from the other party sitting on our tables. Tables are a little close together but just enough to walk sideways through the isles. T.V They had decent size screens but videos look out dated. Then again I think they need to upgrade chuck as well. Bathroom This was the scary part of the place. It smelled, it was a mess. Did anyone ever clean is my question. Toilet paper was out in most of the stalls, trash over flowing, sink area all wet with soap everywhere. Games There was a variety of games. Not just for kids but adults to play as well. They had some fun interactive games that move, plus a play area. They need to expand. Love the games that take pictures. Food Pizza was average. My kids love it! I always pull up coupons on my phone to help cut costs. I prefer this location because it's bigger and the games are updated. It's fairly clean. During busy days they should have more staff to accommodate the ticket counter and the facility maintenance. Stay away from the salad bar. We've been coming here a couple of time a year since our oldest was born 6yrs ago. It is very clean (considering it is a place over-run by kids!). The food is actually OK and we usually grab a pizza for the kids or just some ice cream. They install some new games every now and then and most of the machines work (might be 1 or 2 down). The downfall at this place is the staff. There are way to many grumpy teenagers working at this place. Well I would prob. also be a total grumpster if I worked here, kudos for anyone working here w/o loosing their mind! 1/24/16 So my twin nieces turned 5 and we headed over to their birthday party. Mind you, I haven't been to one in over 20 years! This location was big, well lit, and very clean. It totally brought back memories of the CEC of olden times where it was dingy carpeted and dark and crazy loud...here it was the complete opposite. Even the adults had fun playing games with the kids and winning tickets for them. The food is the usual pizzas, and the adults had the chicken wings which seemed to be a big hit. It did get sort of confusing when they had the show happen for the birthday kids. There's a robotic 'Chuck' to the side, but later a real life one appears. I would have been confused as to why the same character is there? Silly observation I know but it was weird. I would definitely come back to bring the nieces and nephews in the future. If I could I would give it a 0 I would. We go to this location because is clean and we had never had any problems. This time they gave us the wrong pizza and when we wore getting price for the kids one of the items I guess was in the wrong place. It was in the place where it said .99¢ and $3.99 so I asked for it because my birthday girl wanted. The young guy that was helping us said to give him a second, he left for a few minutes and came back and said the manager said it was in the wrong place and it was $6.99 I told him that it was clearly not in the spot for $6.99 and he said sorry that's what my manager said. She didn't want to take a minute to come and talk to me when she was just steps away from us. Very disappointed and I have a picture to prove it. This was our second time in two weeks and we spend over $200 I was going to pay the difference for my little girl to have it but I was just very upset with this "manager" her name is Sophia. It's probably been over 25 years since I last stepped foot inside a Chuck E Cheese but I'm glad they are still around so my son could enjoy it as much as I did as a youth. The location was clean and my toddler had a good time. Wish they had more rides for toddlers but glad to see they even had a small toddler section. Don't forget they have coupons on their website. You don't need to print them out. I really love that they hand stamp everyone upon arrival and check for matching stamps upon editing. Very nice touch! read more

This place is just a waste of money and a waist of time. The machines do not work most of the time. You see people walking with bags of tickets because, since the machines are most of the time without tickets once you leave and it is full again the lucky person is the best bd after you that got all the tickets. The personal is young and careless, lazy and poorly trained to handle such big crowds. The pizza is great I wish the rest of the place would be the same. Lots of disappointed children and frustrated parents trying to have fun with their kids in that little place. Someone with better management ideas should invest time to check the whole place and make sure everything works di you can have satisfied customers and happy children. This location doesn't have those fun tubes that go up to the ceiling that the kids can go wander around in like the Chuck E. Cheese's in Costa Mesa that we went to. A lot of the games were out of tickets and when you press the "notify an employee" button no one comes to help out. At the ski ball all of the balls were in 2 of the 4 lanes so if a kid didn't notice there were no balls then they are shit out of luck because the game already took their point away. A few of the ticket counter machines weren't working and the ice cream machine wasn't working as well. Not a good overall experience for my toddler and I. We will stick to the Costa Mesa location with the tubes. there aren't many games at this Chuck E. Cheese's and my kid wanted to leave after an hour if even that. Worst place ever!! Honestly they have to Sanitize their equipment every 5 min. My kids got the hand, foot and mouth disease a few days after I took them there. I even called them and asked how many times a day they sanitize their equipment and the lady said " every 30min" and that's total bull**** because I was there for 4 hours and not once did I see anyone walking around sanitizing. read more

Went here for a birthday party on Saturday at 10am right when they just opened. The place smelled fresh and clean and everything was clean. Equipment and machines are all working and my daughter had a great time with the other kids. I'm very particular with restrooms and such a clean freak. Their restroom is not bad unlike how it was described by some reviews here. But then again, please note that this review is based on my experience of being here right at 10am when they just opened. That could be a factor too. Anyway as far as food, I had their pizza and it was good. It tasted like real pizza and not just like any pizza that's just dough and sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Decent enough, BUT... They recently got rid of the crawl tunnels, so now the whole floor is glorified gambling ticket games. I miss when there was a little balance, and something physical my child could do too. Also the "showroom" is neither a separate room, nor has much of a show - one animatronic and some video screens. My kid likes it, but she is not burdened by memories of how good Chuck E Cheese was when I was little. Positive thing that must be said: you will be surprised by how good the food is. read more
