This place is awesome! We had a birthday party there and were so impressed by how organized, clean and fun this place is. Parties are only for about 2 hours, but they do such a great job by filling the time with plenty of events and things to do. Pizza is really good here, and they have such a variety of party foods and drinks to make it the perfect event. The best part? Chucky! He comes out quite a bit and is super engaging and friendly to everyone. Definitely the star of the show. This place is big, plenty of games for ages 3 to whatever and the game selection is huge. I recently visited CEC in May 2026. It was our first time at this location and my son had a blast!!! I had such a wonderful time watching him play games, the obstacle course and jump jump. I had no idea how fun this place was for kids ages 2+. They had rides for all kids and parents who can hold their newborns on some rides that are safe and cute. My kid didn't want to leave so I ordered food from here. We ordered pepperoni pizza (personal), boneless lemon pepper wings (small). I was surprised how tasty all the food was and it was just enough for my little guy and myself to share. It was pricey but I think if you get their fun pass membership then saving 30% off food, drinks and games is worth it. I got the summer fun pass silver, which gives you 100 game plays daily, 30% off food/drinks/fun-zone/merch. I bought the souvenir kids reusable cup that gives free unlimited refills for life which like less than $5. My son loved meeting Chuck E where he comes out like every 30 mins on certain days times and for special occasions. Staff is awesome here! They're all helpful and kind. One that was recently so helpful was Julianna on my visit 6/11/26. For fun pass members, you will always get weekly specials like free cotton candy, bring a friend day to play for free, or extra discounts. There is so many affordable ways to let your kids enjoy too when you go on the CEC website for discounts. Took my son here this evening. I had two issues. First, the basketball game here only had one ball when it should have 4-5. The worst part is that the cashier sold us a 1 hour playing card at 8:15 knowing full well they close at 9. I thought we had until 10. Chuck E. Cheese has changed and evolved so much over the years. From the days of clunky animatronic mouse and creature shows, to giant play structures, to the more modern arcade and small play gym area that it is now. One thing that has remained constant is the fact that if you've got a kid age 3 to around 12 then Chuck E. Cheese is a pretty decent and cost effective done-for-you birthday party spot. Over that time the food has gone from a regular pizzeria to outright horrible now back to a much better place. During our most recent visit, the pizzas were not bad. I'm not sure why you would come to Chuck E. Cheese expecting gourmet meal or anything fancy anyway. For what it was, which is a kid's birthday party, it hit the spot. They've also got a little salad bar and it checks all the boxes. They also apparently have beer there which I hadn't noticed before. At least they had taps on the wall. Staff was pretty friendly and responsive and helped us out with the party that we pre-purchased. Chuck E. Cheese came out and said hello to the kids and there was a little dance party and it was all very cute. This particular location seemed very clean and well maintained. Overall, I think they've got a pretty good thing going on if you are looking for a reasonably priced kids birthday party with activities for the kids. Nothing fancy or special but it checks all the right boxes and our four year-old was happy at the end of the day. Love the check in/out process. Can't enter until an employee stamps a unique number on the hands of all members of your party. Children cannot leave unless an adult with a matching number is with them. Well, well, well, Chuck E Cheese cards have certainly changed now. You are charged by time, not points per machine/game. No more tickets to gather. All points are collected on the card used to initiate the game. This was perfect as my little friend roamed from machine to machine, not spending more than 20 seconds at each one. He also didn't really like staying at one game for more than twice. As usual since the first time I went to a CEC over 30 years ago, the place triggers a lot of stimulation- lights, blinking, colors and noises. It's a lot!!! Also you have to be very careful because there are little ones running around everywhere. Usually adults are running after them but not all the time. There is an occasional hand sanitizer around as you know those grimey little hands aren't always the cleanest. NOTE: Make sure no one touches their eyes after touching any machines/games. Wash your hands with soap as soon as you can. Restrooms entrances are open to ensure little ones can go in and out. The stalls are still private, no problem. $35 for 60 minutes on the card and we left with 3 cheap little plastic toys that were probably made in China for 25 cents. This was our second experience at Chuck E. cheese, first time at this location. The place smelled like pee and feet everywhere! A lot of the games were broken and very minimal games/rides for toddlers. The smell was bothersome that we left before our 1 hour play and skipped the pizza dinner here due to the stench. The was 1 birthday party going on. It's a slow grind to win tickets. After multiple birthday parties, my daughter was able to get a prize of 4000 tickets. My son had a bit less and was able to get a decent prize too. I didn't notice any broken games or any mess in the game room. Still don't get all the hate for this place. It's really OK! Look at it from your kid's perspective. Did they have fun? This isn't Mastro's where there is a butler following you around. People make a mess and then complain there is a mess. The manager needs to do something about the mold/mildew in this establishment. You can smell the odor before you even open the front doors. I went to Chuck E Cheese on Friday night (5/15). We purchased 2 pizzas and 100 points deal. We had split it on 2 cards. Our autistic son was playing on the race cars and had left the point card next to the steering wheel so he could easily add more points to continue playing. Someone noticing that he was distracted stole his card and he was really upset. The manager Daniel and employee, Taylor were so helpful and were able to help us retrieve some of the points and it was so appreciated. We signed up for a monthly membership thinking it would be fun for the kids. Unfortunately the place is understaffed and not very friendly. The games are always broken and not one will help you. They don't have enough people to man the door to check people coming in and out. Last time we were there the ice machine was broken and there are never any napkins. They keep taking away the games that are included and adding stuff that has an extra cost to use. The prizes are weak at best and the machines rip kids off on what they should be getting. Mysteriously sticky floors. Subpar prizes. Low volume on the music. People just didn't seem to want to be there. I had to keep my kid hyped to prevent him from being disappointed. When the entire family escorts my 2 year old niece for some Wednesday night shenanigans... you end up here. This place is nostalgic. I remember celebrating birthdays at Chuck E Cheese as a kid and it's crazy to see them still busy with families these days. Combo #3 ($47.99) came with a large one topping pizza, 2 fountain drinks, and a regular size boneless wings (upgraded to medium for 10 wings was an additional $5). Not sure what else was upcharged but we paid $60 for that combo. VERY EXPENSIVE for frozen stuff. Not much to say about the food. It was what we expected. Frozen pizza & frozen nuggets tossed in sauces. Just celery with the wings. You definitely don't come here for the food. Lol. They have an unlimited salad bar with your basic add ons for $11.99. The play card was $25 for 30 mins unlimited play & $31 for an hour but there was a special on Wednesday. $18 for an hour of play. No more tickets shooting out of the games but it all registers in the card. You can still claim prizes. Overall, clean and spacious establishment. Staff not the friendliest. The fun place for kids! I've been here twice for kids' birthdays. Each time they've been happy to have the unlimited game play for 2 hours. The food served for the parties I attended were pizza, lemonade, and cake. Obviously you're not coming here expecting culinary delicacies...the food is fine and the kids work up an appetite playing games and eat the food with no complaints. One of the tips I got from another review here is to download the app. The welcome gift is 500 free E-tickets (the tickets used to obtain prizes). After downloading the app, I received an email the next day informing me of the welcome gift. On the day of the party, I showed the gift offer on my app to an employee at the front register and she printed out a receipt for the E-tickets. It was combined with the other E-tickets the birthday girl earned playing games and she ended up with a good amount of prizes. During the party, Chuck E. made an appearance and the birthday girl got to go into the Ticket Blaster for a short period of time to grab as many tickets shooting out from the top as she could. The employees here were nice and the place was clean. The cups provided for the children's drinks had a cute Chuck E. Cheese accessory on the straw. The only drawback I saw was that both times I went the place seemed understaffed. read more

We just completed our first visit: It took two kids over 3 hours to use the 250 play credits, and they had an absolute blast. The building was clean and decently staffed, and not too crowded even on a Sunday. We kindly ask that these things get sorted asap. Pretty disappointed with my first and possibly last experience at this location. My nephews have the summer pass so I take them when I can to eat and play some games. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. After 45 minutes, I went to ask how much longer it would take. They told me they are just putting it into the oven and would take another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, we finally got our food. While the pizza was good, the wait was ridiculous. I can order Pizza Hut/Round Table/Domino's and have it delivered quicker than that! Besides that, there were about 5 broken games. We were fortunate to be able to fit in a small school student's award event at this location in early March before COVID-19. It was a great way for our PTA to show their appreciation to the students with the highest donations for our annual Jog-A-Thon. We purchased our kids the couple of hours of unlimited play package that included pizza, drinks, and small goody bag. The kids had so much fun running from game to game and making the most of their unlimited play time there. They earned lots of tickets to save up towards some fun prizes that they could exchange their tickets for on another visit. (Apparently if you elect for the goody bags, you are unable to exchange your tickets on the day of the event for any additional prizes.) We had a little confusion there, but got it all worked out in the end. One star off of their review for taking a long time on our special lunch orders. Those kids had to wait and eat last while their hot sandwiches and salads were being made since the pizza came out early. Otherwise, all in all it was a great experience for the kiddos. I hope that they are able to pull through these unusual times (COVID-19) and are able to reopen again and gain some revenue again to keep them in business. The food was not too bad, when we finally received our order. Wings were small but good. Pizza not bad. Only thing is they gave our order to someone else so we waited a long time to eat. However, they were very kind and got the order out and we didn't have to pay. The food and drinks are a wee bit pricey, but for an occasional fun time with the kids, and close to home, it's worth it I found the facility clean and service friendly. But if you want a beer and the person behind the counter isn't 21 you may have to wait for an older adult to come up to the register. We've had this happen a couple times where we've had to wait 15 minutes for an adult to get off break. That was a little inconvenient for us adults who wanted a beer. Additionally, a couple times they've been out of the beer we wanted. The kids had a blast. They have a great selection of games for the kids and adults. Us adults had fun as well.
