The only reason you're getting 3 stars is because you had beer! The pizza was so dry. Like cardboard. We went for a school fundraiser and honestly I would've rather just handed the school my $100. For an hour of play and a pizza that's insane. Had to ask for plates and napkins... no one was at the prize area and only two cashiers so there was not enough staff at all.

    The big prizes!

Chuck E. Cheese has changed and evolved so much over the years. From the days of clunky animatronic mouse and creature shows, to giant play structures, to the more modern arcade and small play gym area that it is now. One thing that has remained constant is the fact that if you've got a kid age 3 to around 12 then Chuck E. Cheese is a pretty decent and cost effective done-for-you birthday party spot. Over that time the food has gone from a regular pizzeria to outright horrible now back to a much better place. During our most recent visit, the pizzas were not bad. I'm not sure why you would come to Chuck E. Cheese expecting gourmet meal or anything fancy anyway. For what it was, which is a kid's birthday party, it hit the spot. They've also got a little salad bar and it checks all the boxes. They also apparently have beer there which I hadn't noticed before. At least they had taps on the wall. Staff was pretty friendly and responsive and helped us out with the party that we pre-purchased. Chuck E. Cheese came out and said hello to the kids and there was a little dance party and it was all very cute. This particular location seemed very clean and well maintained. Overall, I think they've got a pretty good thing going on if you are looking for a reasonably priced kids birthday party with activities for the kids. Nothing fancy or special but it checks all the right boxes and our four year-old was happy at the end of the day. Everyone was able to get something from the arcade prize shop, which is pictured.

Love the check in/out process. Can't enter until an employee stamps a unique number on the hands of all members of your party. Children cannot leave unless an adult with a matching number is with them. Well, well, well, Chuck E Cheese cards have certainly changed now. You are charged by time, not points per machine/game. No more tickets to gather. All points are collected on the card used to initiate the game. This was perfect as my little friend roamed from machine to machine, not spending more than 20 seconds at each one. He also didn't really like staying at one game for more than twice. As usual since the first time I went to a CEC over 30 years ago, the place triggers a lot of stimulation- lights, blinking, colors and noises. It's a lot!!! Also you have to be very careful because there are little ones running around everywhere. Usually adults are running after them but not all the time. There is an occasional hand sanitizer around as you know those grimey little hands aren't always the cleanest. NOTE: Make sure no one touches their eyes after touching any machines/games. Wash your hands with soap as soon as you can. Restrooms entrances are open to ensure little ones can go in and out. The stalls are still private, no problem. $35 for 60 minutes on the card and we left with 3 cheap little plastic toys that were probably made in China for 25 cents. Oh, but we had one very happy child!!! Ok, bye.

Went back here to a dirty locations. Employees and management is all new. I counted at least 5 machines down. It was almost impossible to get help from any of the employees. I hope they get there stuff together soon. Didn't get food because I wasn't able to order with a staff member. Only reason we even played games is because they have a self serve kiosk.

Classic and nostalgic. A great place to consider if you're short on time and need to plan children's birthday parties. There are various packages to consider but each one comes with not just the food, drinks and games, but also party favors / goodie bags for attendees. There are also several options of add ons, whether it is pizza, drinks, or other party foods they have. Truly a "one stop shop" so you don't have to bring extra things when you don't want to since they have everything you'll need to throw a party. Although I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a long while, I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness. There are numerous games for all ages that will definitely occupy anyone for hours. Plenty of parking since the Souplantation closed down next door... but the place can get pretty busy so be prepared!

When I went there (March 25, 2026), they were rearranging the chibi games so I thought they were closed. Interestingly, there doesn't seem to be an exterior entrance either. ***first round1 I have ever been to that promotes $3.99 beer all day*** I was saddened by the lack of turkey legs but at least they still had ufo games? Their claw/crane games were so flipping hard--Winnable but definitely high payout. Plushies and figures in line with other locations. Likely due to the size, they don't have the latest/all of the coin pushers. Happy workers and mechanics kept to themselves. Redeemed 2 sets in which manager gave no trouble. Victory center was small with most electronics gone. Brownie points that they didn't/don't clean the machines and kept them loaded... didn't have any errors during my time there, yay!

But my kids love coming here for all of their claw games and decent selection of arcade games in the back. It's a great place to reward kids for behaving while spending the afternoon shopping. It can also be a good place for parties since they have food options (which I admittedly have yet to try) and a decent sized eating area. Round1 is a kids friendly, smaller scale Dave & Busters. And I think it's great that an option like this exists.

How cool is that? What I didn't expect was that my 8-year old daughter and 11-year old son wouldn't even mention their iPads or Youtube all weekend. They laughed together like we've never seen playing Pac Man, X-Men, Mortal Kombat, Tiger Heli, and Time Crisis. My wife and I couldn't stop smiling and we haven't even had friends over yet to show it off. This thing has radically exceeded my expectations! We chose the TR2 for versatility and the light gun element. There was a large selection of options, but this was best for us. The journey was a lot longer than I expected. It was about a 6 month wait. Supply chain issues and tariff pressures wreaked some havoc in the final weeks... but even as I got frustrated, Brian ALWAYS responded to my emails, chats, and phone calls. His consistent availability and willingness to be transparent was refreshing and conforting. Finally, this particular unit was a larger investment but overall the value was fair. Certainly the quality was worth it and the ability to customize artwork for this machine was an added bonus. The design turned out really well and is a special addition to my newly constructed Office/Man Cave. Good things are worth waiting for and this is evidence of that fact!

Based on that experience, I placed an order for approximately $18,800 on January 27, 2026, for two Jet Hoops machines and one Fun Dart machine. I was told delivery would take a couple of months and would include white glove service, with their team personally ensuring everything was set up and working properly. After months of follow-up, I finally received a delivery, but it was not what I ordered. Only two machines showed up, and they were not the correct models. The dart machine was never delivered. Since that point, Brian has stopped responding to calls and emails altogether. I was also told the dart machine had shipped, which turned out to be untrue. On top of that, the hoops machines that were delivered do not even connect properly. I understand that some customers may have had a positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I have since ordered machines from other vendors and had no issues whatsoever. At this point, I am pursuing resolution through other means, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Brian is responsive and friendly during the sales process, but once issues arise, communication completely stops. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor. If you have questions about my experience, feel free to reach out and I'm happy to share more.

Actually went with family for their grand opening and we had a great time bowling, munching on appetizers, and checking out the arcade games. Just went again this past Monday with some friends - we bowled a few games and someone grabbed food and a drink. Our waitress was really attentive and we had a blast. One cool thing I learned: they apparently run bowling leagues on Wednesday nights for adults with disabilities, which is pretty awesome. Also heard they have a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights if you're looking for more of a party vibe. Definitely recommend if you want a fun night out with friends or family. Good mix of activities and the food's solid too.

With the way our business is set up, suppliers typically foot the bill for most things. They said they can't reserve just lanes because every night in December is crowded and the events team said I needed to pre-order and pre-pay for food and drinks. My goal was to pre-order and pre-pay for as little as possible, there wouldn't be many people there and I wanted everyone to be able to order whatever they wanted, then place the entire bill on supplier credit cards. It was a bit of a fight but we came to the understanding that I would pre-order and pre-pay for some basic food and lanes and be refunding for the amount after the event concluded and the bill, in it's entirety including the pre-order, was charged to the vendor's cards. Doesn't seem too complicated. I'll keep the rest quick: it was an almost completely empty bowling the night of the event, not crowded in the slightest as reported. There was no one from the events team on site to keep things smooth and organized, they dumped it on the local staff. And the local staff was amazing! They're the reason this got two stars instead of one. Food was decent. Servers were so nice and on their A-game. Everyone had a great time. After the event was over, I grabbed the 5 supplier credit cards, they also required written email addresses and names with each, to ensure receipts went out to the appropriate parties. This poor girl has no idea about the arrangement and talked about how the events team never tells them anything. I explained about the full amount including the initial $1000 from my corporate card that needed to be included. After two transactions, I pointed out that the values looked low and was this right? She said "oh shoot, I forgot to add the initial money," so she went back, refunded, then recharged the two credit cards with the new, higher amount to accommodate the $1000 I had initially paid, then she did the other three cards. The entire process took almost an hour after the event was over. Still a good experience at that point. The next day, I emailed the events team about my refund, per our agreement and they said the full amount was never charged, showed me a completely different receipt than what they had shown me on site and basically held $1000 on my corporate card hostage. I told them exactly how the event had gone down and exactly what I typed here but it was like talking to a brick wall. I ended up going back to my suppliers, asked their permission for the bowling alley to charge more because their staff had gotten it wrong, which is not a good look for me or for Lucky Strike, it's unprofessional. They all reported they never got their receipts emailed anyway and gave me the go-ahead. In the end, we were squared up for whatever their after-the-fact receipt said and I got the refund. The events team has poor customer service, a clunky process and the brunt of the work gets dumped on the onsite team (who were extremely kind). I wonder why their events team even exists. Moral of the story: They've got some issues and attitudes to iron out and I won't be hosting bigger events there to be sure. Great spot for regular bowling though!!! Just no events via the events team.
