Where do i start here? I am new to the area and i just needed a place for my grandchild to play so we decided to go here... big mistake! The employees were nice and did what they could considering that it looked like they were understaffed for the amount of patrons they were handling. We went with the impression that there would be a jumping area with trampolines as the pictures on Google Maps shows... well this is not the case. There are no trampolines. What the advertise as trampolines is an obstacle area for toddlers. Smh We did not have any food so i cannot comment on that but i did ask for coffee and they do not have any. The ambiance was horrible but not much through the employees fault. I visited with a 3 year old and a 9 year old. We asked for the "trampoline area" package and paid for it. The 9 year ended up scared for the 3 year old as the kids there had no manners, were completely out of control and knocked/bumped the 3 year old multiple times. You would think i am exaggerating this is kids behavior... not!! I also witness Chucky getting smacked in the butt by one of the kids as he left from taking pictures to head out to the party area whilst being forcefully pulled by the arm by like a 9 year old. WILD things were happening in that place. It is sad to say but the parents use this place i guess to completely disconnect from their kids and not following basic social behavior. Definitely recommend coming on a weekday and not a weekend. It wasn't too crowded and staff weren't too overwhelmed. Staff were really nice and helpful. I planned my nephew's birthday at this establishment a second time because the service I received the first time was great but this time was nothing but chaos! The party was at 1:30 pm I got there early to wait for my whole party to get there, the food was late and I had 7 pizza when I know for sure I cancelled some when I spoke to the planner on the phone who rudely told me this is what I ordered when I informed her no it's not I canceled some! The cake came out late after the show and I had to keep looking for the planner for stuff that should have been brought out with the cake and she had the nerve to have an attitude when I should have had the attitude! She brushed me off so many times I wanted to crash out on her but remembered people like her is the reason I get therapy to prevent from jail time! My nephew was not allowed to get in the ticket blaster because the planner did our stuff late and was insisted on clearing our table for the next party when she started our stuff late! My niece loves this place. The service takes long to serve the pizza and fries Etc. But the food taste well made including their warm chocolate chip cookie pie. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I had lots of fun playing the games and everyone was observed having fun. I didn't see any inappropriate behavior. The children were all having a great time. All the games were functioning properly. There's a large area for birthday parties with multiple tables. Chucky comes out every 30 mins to greet the guest. The only downside was exchanging the tickets for the prizes. They only have one person at the counter serving multiple families and you can see the distress from both the staff and the customers. However the young man behind the counter was calm and helpful. My only suggestion is having at least two or three staff members at the counter when there is multiple customers waiting. Nice place to take the kids to burn off energy. But maybe they should invest in a better AC for the amount of kids running around. Not sure if it's intentional or not but it was HOT in there. I'd understand if it was one of those 85°+ days, but it wasn't. So it should not have felt so hot in there. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese is over 7 years and I was pleasantly surprised as to the improvements they've made. I have a 2 year old now and wanted to see if she would like the place I use to like as a child. It was a success because she absolutely loved it! She talked about it after we left until she fell asleep lol. My princess birthday will be in March and now this may be strongly considered as the party location. I like their system of child safety also so that no predators walk out with a child that is not theirs. OK, so neither the arcade nor the pizza are "God-tier". BUT, that doesn't mean CEC isn't good. If anything, I'd give Chuck E Cheese's a lot of praise for setting an example for the basic concept of a family arcade. And given their consistently low prices, and frequent freebie/discount opportunities, CEC is great in that caters to those who like to stay on a tight, frugal budget. And even with better arcades & pizza out there, CEC will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. :) P.S. If I know frozen pizza, CEC pizza is NOT frozen. Do not come here on a Saturday. Extremely packed, I couldn't even get a table. I walked around 3x, asked if tables were empty that just had coats in the seats. Walked around with my child to play a game, all games were occupied. I then asked an employee to assist me with a table he told me "good luck" I went to the manager to complain she tried to talk me into staying. At this point I just wanted a refund. I think my favorite manager Sammy must have left because my visit last week was disappointing. The line to order was miles long and the staff don't seem to care. They are so slow at everything. I shouldn't be in line for 25 minutes to order a pizza. They should get kiosk ordering or app ordering. It was my first time there and let me tell you it was a great experience. My daughter has so much fun. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. There are 2 things I think they should improve which are the machine to redeem tickets and staffing behind the place where you get your prizes. There was only 1 machine working to redeem tickets because the other one was broken. They should have at least 1 more machine also they only had 1 gentleman working behind the counter to get your prize. We had a birthday party for my son here This past weekend. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again. Our hostess was attentive to our table and my son enjoyed his birthday. The only down side is that it does get too crowded. Too many birthday parties at the same time I think. NASTY AND DISGUSTING! Do not come here. It is germ city. I tried taking my son here and I didn't want to come back. This location went down hill and it's disgusting. Here are many reasons why I do not want to come back and why you might not want to take your kids here: 1. Cheese rat is disgusting and when we took a picture with him, he smelt like a guy who was in planet fitness for 48 hours and never took a shower or used Old Spice. This place was not so bad today. Especially for a day when all the school kids are off. It was pretty clean and the bathroom surprised me the most. It's usually filthy. One thing I would like to say was about the cashier who was sneaky about the prices. I don't mind paying for it but she didn't let me know what I'm paying for. I already did the math of how much I was expecting to pay. For example I had my two kids with me then she points at the kid cups and say how many clearly I only had two and when I ask her does it come with the COMBO she said yes but doesn't tell me the cups was extra cost. Horrible. I'm not sure if maybe it was a bad day but I was more disappointed in the parents. The kids we're incredibly rowdy and I didn't see any parent try to take control of their child... some even tried to push my goddaughter and her cousin because the words 'excuse me' did not exist in their vocabulary. The food was awful... paid $50 for a small pizza that supposedly served 4ppl and the chicken was basically frozen nuggets you get at Costco's for $10 but we're paying $50 for small portions and there was 6 of us. It was too small, not enough game selections and not enough games that worked on top of that. We visited this establishment on New Year's Day, 2009. The condition of the facility was deplorable. There were food and napkins all over the floors. The cashiers were literally wading in debris. The salad bar was a mess. There was no one wiping the tables, and I couldn't even get anyone to give me a rag so that I could wipe the tables myself. The state of the ladies' restroom was nauseating. It was beyond unsanitary, and probably closer to toxic. One hour after alerting the manager, there was no change. It took us ONE HOUR to receive a pizza and an order of fries. Somehow, they managed to serve us food that was both burnt AND cold! I didn't even know that was possible! BUT HERE IS THE REASON WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT: There was a dangerous breech in security. I took dozens of pictures of the security checkpoint, unmanned, with children coming and going freely. What is the point of stamping children and adults as they arrive, if nobody is checking to see who leaves with whom?! My autistic family member almost made it to the street with no coat, before my husband saw her exiting, and plowed over unsuspecting children to grab her in the knick of time. The manager had no explanation. He actually acknowledged that he routinely leaves the security checkpoint unmanned but, tried to justify it by saying that when he returns, he "checks through the window to see if any kids got in the street."
