Maybe we are lucky, or hitting the good crew schedule or something else. But... I kind of think some reviews are overblowing a minor challenge with a poor general review. C'mon folks - adopt a "Hang Loose" attitude and enjoy your meal. We have thoroughly enjoyed every trip to Hanford Chili's for the last several months. The food has always been good. Instead, I felt like I was being given an explanation rather than an apology. I did ask whether I needed to pay, and I was told I could go. There were definitely opportunities here to improve the experience. Delays happen, even when a restaurant doesn't appear busy. But communication makes a huge difference.
