I have been here twice, both of them were groupons (one I purchase myself, and the second that was gifted to me for my birthday). I always try to be an excellent groupon customer- I tip on the full amount of the service (here, it would be $160 and I gave $40 because my therapist was kind and did something nice in recognition of my birthday). But this was not a good overall experience. The first time I came, my boyfriend and I got excellent massages, and then we got to relax in the Dream room with our complimentary glasses of champagne and we had some snacks they made available (you can choose tea or juice, too). This time we were dumped back in the waiting area where people pass by and there is no privacy so you're just hanging out in your robe. In the waiting area on the way in, I saw empty champagne flutes from previous clients next to the water station, which remained there after we were done. My therapist was a lovely woman, and she did find one knot in my neck, but my entire upper back was tight and full of knots that she did not locate. This was frustrating because I had a bit of a crick in my neck I was hoping to address. I was also in a smaller room this time, where the ac was pretty loud periodically. The therapist was very kind, and gave me birthday chocolates with my drink, which she did not have to and I greatly appreciated. But the service was not the same this time and I am deeply disappointed because this was a birthday gift and something I don't get to do regularly. My boss regularly purchases massages for his wife here, but I think I'm going to have to direct him elsewhere when he asks me to get her one next time because it just wasn't a good experience overall and it seems kind of sleazy to treat customers who come via groupon differently when they are supposedly purchasing the same service. Also, even with a Swedish massage- you should feel SOME relief with regard to tight muscles after. Instead I walked out frustrated and feeling like I wasted my money. read more

Valet drop off is at hotel. Spa is in old carriage house, which is a small stroll from valet, up a flight of stairs and around a walkway. Locker room is very small and confined. You may easily find yourself inadvertently elbowing others. Robes provided are old and fraying. Slippers provided are uncomfortable ugly rubber soccer slides that easily cause blisters. Jacuzzi is small and in an odd spot. Furnishings are very sparse. Desperate need for signage and lighting adjustment. If you wear glasses to drive or in low light settings, bring them. The have a few signs on coffee tables but they have a black background which makes them impossible to read. Absolute disaster: Hydrating facial. If products are supposed to be natural plant based formulas how is it that I ended up with a sticky mess on my face that caused my hair to stick? Esthetician ended up massaging my hairline with oil. My fresh blow out was ruined. It was very weird to have the esthetician share the facial with my ears. I ended up with gops of product in and behind my ears. Been there, done that. Never again. I had a groupon for haircut with use of spa facilities. I'd give the haircut a 5 but the rest drags down the overall experience. I had made a game plan of using the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam then using the dream room. When i asked where it was during my mini tour i was informed that the dream room was only available for special packages which the website doesn't mention. So i thought ok I'll just do the other things and rest in a chaise lounge. Well in the room containing the spa sauna and steam they only had 3 chairs and 1 chaise all of which were being used. I decided to go into the room with tv and loveseat for a bit and chill. People post photos of snacks, fruit, coffee , tea and juice etc. Nope, no snacks and i was never offered my champagne that was listed on groupon and the fruit was mediocre. Even though people were coming in and filling their bag with fruit. Maybe i was just expecting too much but the place around the corner from me is better and less expensive. read more

The review really has to go to my masseuse, David. His hands are like the waves of a calm rolling sea. His rhythm was a perfect movement in time. Put it this way, I was asleep at the end of my season. It was that good! From the start, my welcome to the spa was as if the staff had been waiting for my arrival and were elated when I walked in. "Miss Patterson?, we're so happy to see you." The entrance of the spa is bright, refreshing and spacious. After a brief tour of the facilities, I was into my robe and slippers. My brief rest in the waterfall room set the tone for what was about to transpire. David is divine. His calm voice, almost a whisper, forces your mind into an immediate 'tone down' mode. Making it his mission to ensure that I had the best experience, he started with a few questions about my pressure preference. Were there any areas that he should focus on during our session. My shoulders. Always. He knocked it out of the park! That man might as well have sang me a lullaby and rocked me to sleep. I was out! That's never happened before. Every, single wave of his hands released built up tension that immediately transformed me into a relaxed state of body and mind. My particular massage room had a pleasant ambiance. Warm colors, candle lighting, meditating music in the background. Waves, winds, ambient sounds that allow one to drift away. My head was clear which made it all that more easy to relax. I think this is an important detail when getting a massage. Good job! At the end, I drifted back to consciousness with the sound of Davids calm voice saying that he was stepping out and that I could remain as long as I needed. No hurry. Gahhhh! I stayed another 5-10 minutes just to enjoy the weightlessness of my body. To conclude my experience, I joined my lady friends who were enjoying the steam room and the hot tub. You could stay there for hours, so we did. The hot tub is relatively small and is clothing optional. I'd say there is room to fit 5 comfortably. The steam room is sure to pull out any toxins held up in your body within moments. Most could remain in the steam room for about 5-8 minutes max. It can become extremely hot and the air is thick! As you exit the steam room, grab one of the cooling towels soaking in peppermint ice water. Yes. They are divine. This is the spa experience we all desire to have each time we visit the spa. While staying at the Langham a couple months ago my sister and I decided to indulge and visit the spa. The medical form made sense, but the element form was kind of weird. We'd have preferred it if they just asked us what we liked and didn't like. Apparently, we both ended up with earth, which ended up resulting in an oil used that had a very strong tea tree smell. While not a fan, my sister was okay with it. I abhor the smell of tea tree, which detracted from my ability to relax since all I could focus on was getting to the shower as fast as I could. That wasn't the only huge distraction during the massage. The other was the masseuse's arms. Part of his technique was to rub my back with his forearms. If he had smooth arms it probably would've been awesome. But he had hairy arms so it was more like being brushed. I guess some people like body brushing, but I'm not one of them. The guy who did my sister's massage didn't use this technique. The facials were nice. I had a mild reaction to whatever they used, but it wasn't painful and I was fine the next day. I hadn't had a facial before and it's probably just something that isn't for me. My sister really liked hers. Our manicures looked nice, but didn't last. Way too expensive too! Especially when we were having to do them ourselves less than 48 hours later because the polish was peeling. Thank goodness we'd brought polish with us! Recently came to the Chuan Spa for a relaxing day with my sister. We each made appointments for mani/pedis and Swedish massages. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff. The manager Deante was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were seen promptly. My massage therapist was awesome. She was so thorough and gentle. It was so peaceful in the room I was in. My mani/pedi was also great, best I've ever gotten. They are perfectionists and made sure every edge was clean and that the polish was perfect. From start to finish, our experience was great. Came here for the first time last week after purchasing a groupon for a massage and mani/pedi. I submitted the online form to book my appointment and received a response via email. We exchanged emails for over10 days before I finally got an appointment. It took a lot of prodding to receive responses and the responses were often contradictory. I finally called one morning and spoke with Natalie. I booked my appointment and asked that the manager email me so that I could share my frustration with the poor customer service I received while booking. I never received an email. My swedish massage was great and the room was very comfortable. The biggest issue though was the noise. You could hear people talking and employees pushing carts down the hallway in the private room. Not at all relaxing. I left the spa just as tense as when I came in. I asked an employee if there was a quiet space where I could relax. She told me that there is only the spa waiting room and locker room, both of which were exceptionally loud. So I'm very surprised to come to Yelp and read about this "dream room" - would have been nice to know about that. I was told that my mani/pedi was at 3:30 so I was surprised when someone came to get me at 2:50 while I was showering... The manicure was fine. Kuntida (sp?) was so warm and welcoming. The polish doesn't seem like great quality since it started chipping and pealing within a couple days. Definitely not worth the regular price. When I checked out, I was given only 1 day pass even though my groupon was supposed to include 2 passes. When I requested my 2nd pass, the employee acted as if I was being burdensome. Overall, this spa is fine, but definitely not relaxing. It's small and noisy with poor customer service - such a contrast to The Langham's reputation. Came in with the GF after she strongly hinted this would be a great place to go for her birthday. I took the hint well. When making reservations, they were able to answer all of my questions and they actually remembered my GF when she was there for the Yelp Elite event. I reserved a couples deep tissue massage in the VIP room (as I like to say, I don't mess around). Lady on the phone was very helpful and even hooked me up with an extended hour in the VIP room (I asked her "So if we get a massage in the VIP room, do we have to pay for another hour just to enjoy the room?"). I don't know if it's because they weren't booked or whatnot but the VIP room is rented on an hourly rate and it's not cheap. We arrived about 30 minutes before the appointment. The receptionist also remembered my GF and, after getting done with the initial paperwork, sent us to the locker rooms. The locker room (for men at least) had a large ground jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, showers, and full grooming amenities (shaving cream, razors, etc). They also provided thick rubber slippers and a nice comfortable robe. We arrived in the waiting area, where there was a wall waterfall, some water, and some dried fruits waiting. Our masseuses arrived (Skye and I can't remember the other girl's name) took us to the VIP room, which was pretty awesome and quite cold (cold on purpose as the table is warm and the massage blankets are warm as well). We got comfy and I must say, it was a really good massage. My masseuse asked if I had problems and I told her my left side is sore (on a side note I really worked out hard this week...I figured I'm going to get my money's worth on a massage hah) and she worked out a lot of knots and soreness I had on that side. More I think about it, one of the best massages I've had. We definitely enjoyed it here, but it was very pricey for a massage. If you go here, enjoy the experience and take advantage of the spa because, well, you're definitely paying for it. read more

I enjoyed the time I was at the Chuan Spa. I had my hair cut & treatment done and i loving my new look. I enjoyed the wet floor, wet & dry sauna & lastly, just lounging in the dream room. The place is big, kinda dark but is totally fine with me. I enjoyed the soft bathrobe . When you are ready to dress up, they provide a deodorant in a spray bottle & lotion plus a bag to put in your wet bathing suit w/c is optional in the wet floor. I feel sorry for leaving a bad review but I do hope you can improve if you saw this. I made a phone call on 4/26 to make appointment for 5/6 for 12 ppl and it took me 5 6 times to get somebody answer the phone. She told me they can accommodate us that day but the person in charge of group event is on vacation and she had my name and number to call me back on 4/28. Apparently they forgot to call me and I had to call in today. Turns out they are too fully booked that day and can't accept us anymore. I am very frustrated to hear this Bc the previous person did not inform me anything about they might be fully booked or at least do as what she said- call me back. I just can't believe how bad the customer service is for a 4$ spa place. I had to make last minute arrangement to my event which sucks. Natalie answered the call today and she tried everything to make this work which I appreciate. Sorry that she has to deal with this but I do hope this place can improve UPDATE: So, the spa manager DeAnte called me back and said he is sorry about the inconvenience and helped me make the appointment. I am really grateful that he took the time and effort to make this work and went through lots of back and forth to make this event perfect. On Friday, 12 of us went there and it was the best spa experience we ever had. We utilized the gym and attended yoga, Pilate and taiji classes which are great exercise. And then each of us got a really nice massage and we were offered champagne after. We also used the steam room and jaguzzi. DeAnte helped us take a group picture and offered free day pass to use the gym and other facilities. I just want to express how happy my group are and how greatful I am for all the work DeAnte put in. He is a fantastic manager and we will be sure to come back in the future if we can. I visited the Chuan Spa for the first time with my sister. I booked an appointment here to treat and pamper myself to a massage the day before my wedding. This visit was also my first ever massage. We arrived a bit late for our appointment but the staff cut to the chase and let us skip the paperwork so we could get changed and not waste any more time in our massage. My sis and I did the couples Chuan Harmony massage. My masseuse was gentile but firm enough to smooth out my knots. Somewhere in the middle of my massage, I must've drifted off into a light nap because I woke up right when it was over. It was so relaxing! Even though we were a little late, the masseuse still gave us close to an hours worth of a massage, which was nice. After the massage, they took us to the Dream Room to relax and offered us complimentary champagne. There were water beds in the Dream Room for us to lay on. Although the water beds were a bit strange, the music playing in the room was very calming and we appreciated the gesture. My only issue was that I didn't really like any of the scents. The oils/lotions used were very "spicy" scents. I'm not sure if this is their standard aromatherapy scents or if it was seasonally based because it's Fall. Either way, I prefer lighter, airier, floral scents like lavender or fruity smells. The staff was friendly, polite, professional, and well-dressed. My sister and I split the bill and they made the transaction simple and painless. Overall, not bad for my first time. Lisa kindly gave me tips on stretching the neck. What I appreciate is before the massage, she explained how she would spend 60 minutes. I love the Langham and jumped at a chance to try their spa when the chance arose on Groupon! My mani/pedi was...fine. Just, fine. You look out onto the road and while it is luxurious, it does feel disconnected from the rest of the beautiful hotel. My technician was courteous but aloof and not overly friendly. As others have noted, the color selection is not huge. It was freezing inside the room and the seating situation was uncomfortable for both the mani or pedi portions. While my manicure chipped pretty much instantaneously, my nails are still mostly presentable 5 days later. It was a good reminder of why I generally get gel (which they do not do here). Like most luxury spa patrons, afterwards I found myself pondering my experience and life in general in the Del Taco drive thru as my car heater blasted onto my frozen toes. It dawned on me that the $79 Groupon plus an inappropriately large tip (based on the "full" $145) price was SO NOT WORTH IT! Bean burrito hanging from my gaping maw, I frantically looked up the pricing at Burke Williams to see just how badly blinded I'd been by the pretty pictures on Groupon. Indeed, a mani/pedi at Burke Williams costs $90 on any normal day. You got me, Groupon marketing geniuses! Also, the manager DeAnte was great and very accommodating. Everyone was friendly that I encountered. This spa really gives world-class customer service. And since it was my birthday they even gave me truffles!!!! I love the upgrades since the remodel and the relaxation room is divine! And if you can, get the suite. It's worth it and is spectacular!! What happened to this place!!! Oh, I miss the Langham spa, which actually felt like a luxury spa. The layout has changed, the service is not as great, and the amenities are lacking. The pros: there's a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. You'll come out a little more relaxed after a treatment. The cons: not enough bang for your buck. My husband bought me a gift certificate for $240 and the balance massage was $205...he should've used groupon. The jacuzzi is ridiculously small. There was some black mold in between tiles near the jacuzzi and around the edge. Dirty towels were left behind in the steam room. No facial lotion like the langham spa used to carry. My massage was just okay, which is not okay given the prestige a place like this is supposed to carry! Advice: don't waste your hard earned money for a massage when you can get a better one at a more reasonable price (HM warm spa has great service!). If you do want to experience disappointment for yourself make sure you get a groupon deal. The complementary glass of champagne should be upgraded to a bottle. So disappointed :( read more

The experience was amazing, your feet get an amazing scrub, clay and hot towels it's amazing. However their color selection is not very good. The gel colors do not match the regular polishes. I had a gel mani and one finger had to be redone 3x because the gel would not harden. If you look at that finger it looks horrible now. I had the manicure on Thursday. Yesterday, I needed a Swedish massage really badly after a very rough work week! And this place was perfect for it! It was my second time at Chuan Spa and I had a really good impression of it the first time I tried it out last summer with a Travelzoo deal. Colleen is an excellent masseuse who really knows how to take out the knots in my upper back and neck regions, and I felt so much better after she massaged those areas! She was also my masseuse this time around as well. The quiet atmosphere and the ambience are very soothing and calming, and just totally made me feel at ease! It was also very nice that my 60-minute Swedish massage came with a complimentary glass of champagne! I enjoyed some time in the sauna and the spa. Then I headed over to the Dream Room, where I got to rest and lie down on one of the comfy waterbeds, and just relax. It was absolutely heaven and one of my favorite aspects of the Chuan Spa! It was just really relieving to escape from my worries! I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because it is on the pricier side. I am fortunate that I got to use a Groupon deal. Otherwise, this place would have been just too expensive for a relaxing massage. The jacuzzi is very tiny and seems like it can fit only about 3 or 4 people at any given time. I came to the spa for a Pregnancy Massage. Firstly, the massage itself was wonderful and my therapist Ritu did a wonderful massage. This earns an extra star. The common areas appear very nice and with spectacular architecture and showed so much potential. That's about it for the good. The treatment waiting area could have been spectacular but the relaxing waterfall installation is overshadowed by the very uncomfortable chairs. The room could desperately use some lounge chairs where you can put your feet up and rest. Now the worst part... the products in the showers and locker areas are extremely cheap, cheap, cheap. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash all smelled awful (like fish..really). I couldn't wait to get home to shower again. Hair dryer was a cheapo one like you would find in a cheap hotel. Overall, this place is a huge miss on the little details. If I ever return, I will be bringing all of my own products, hairdryer and chaise lounge chair (kidding about the lounge chair) but really not worth spending $200 again so I doubt I'll make a second visit. read more

I've highly enjoyed both of the massages I've had. The technician who did my mani and pedi did an ok job, but I have received better service at places that charge much less. However, the ambiance in the nail salon is very nice and relaxing. It really feels like you're being pampered, and not in a smelly nail salon. The spa is VERY small. There is only a small jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. It can get noisy if there are a few chatty women in there, but I like that atmosphere because I usually go to spas to relax and catch up with my gfs. There is free parking in the spa's lot. The spa facilities are not actually within the hotel's main building, but are a very short walk from the lobby. read more

I had the acne clearance facial with Diana a few weeks ago and it was amazing! I was expecting extractions of some sort but instead received a light and heat (mini laser in my book) treatment that targets pigmentation (acne scars, breakouts). Although active breakout did not disappear the healed without scaring, which is a first! I also noticed acne scars looks more minimal and the redness around breakouts to nearly go away! I was shocked with the results of the treatment which isn't even technically a laser! After the treatment I enjoyed having the spa all to myself! The steam room is amazing and the entire facility is beautiful and soothing. (I only wish that there was a detangler, leave in conditioner, or de-frizziness creme at the vanity. Those are more crucial then the hairspray, I battled my hair for 25 just to be brushed before the hair dryer tangled it again.) Overall everything was perfect and I can't wait to see Diana again. I have been here a few times and the place has definitely gone downhill. My daughter and I purchased a facial/spa package via groupon and made our appointments for simultaneous facials. We filled out the questionnaires and after some waiting we were lead on the tour of the facilities. trash cans full, brushes laying around, jankie locker key. We decided to take advantage of the dry and steam saunas which were fine. Jacuzzi is small, and already had 3 people in it which made it full. Showers fine, one dirty which we obviously didn't use. NO eucalyptus spray in the shower as was promised to us by the front staff. Nice towels, plentiful in every area, nice robes. We then proceeded to the waiting area, "the serenity room" I think they call it. Cold water and cups provided and three very small containers: one of slivered almonds, one dry fruit, one granola (maybe?) Had no idea what we to do with these offerings....no dishes, one spoon...mix them in our palms and eat it out of our hands? weird. I was retrieved by my esthetician about 5 minutes late. Average job, comfortable surroundings, she asked about allergies and sensitivities before beginning. When done I returned to my "serenity room" assuming my daughter would soon be done with her facial and join me. After waiting and wondering for about 15 min I was informed that she would be another 10 min as they "got a late start." As it turns out, they had completely forgotten her, she had to go back to the reception area and ask where her girl was! It was at that point the staff realized that we had not received our glass of champagne, which is part of the spa package, too late. Add it to the list of fails. Finally, someone surfaced and they took my daughter back to the treatment room. No questions regarding allergies etc., no music until half way through the facial and she did not receive the hands and arm massage and lotion that I got. Again...weird, late? rushed? Again, just an average job, nothing special. SO, while I'm waiting for my daughter's late facial..in the quiet space...the maintenance guy comes through, empties the trash. A few minutes later he is dragging a large bag of trash through the room to presumably throw it away. I've visited twice and both times with Groupon vouchers for an Olaplex Hair Treatment and a haircut. My most recent visit was just last week and was very similar to my previous visit in September. There's a $5 charge for the valet parking only with a spa validation and is paid when you pick up your car. The spa is a separate building from the hotel, to the right when facing the hotel from the valet area. You just walk up the stairs and around to the front of the spa facing the street. Upon check-in, the employees at the front desk are super nice. They ask you for your name and check for your appointment time and hand you a key for the locker in the women's dressing room. If you've never been there before they walk you to the facilities. You don't really need to bring anything but a bathing suit for the sauna. The lockers have a robe, plastic sandals, and there is deodorant, combs, cotton balls, cotton swabs and a hair dryer on the vanities in the locker rooms. The showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shaving creme. There's also a eucalyptus spray mist to spray over the shower head. It's a nice touch! The restrooms have disposable razors and mouth wash. The sauna area has lots of clean towels. The entire facility is impeccable and the employee walking around is super nice and helpful. Actually all of the spa employees are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Both hairstylists that have cut my hair have not only done a great job with cutting my hair according to my request but made my experience in the salon unforgettable. The spa obviously caters to the most affluent customers and I can only afford coming here with Groupons. But I've never felt like they treated me different because I was a Groupon customer or because I am not part of their usual demographic. I look forward to coming back again maybe for a mani/pedi and then take advantage of using their spa facility on the same day. read more

The massage was good .. but the facility is not worth the money. They only have a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. I felt I was at the gym instead of a spa. The lounge chair hurts, it has no cushion. There was only one lounge wooden chair at the sauna steam area. Also, the ladies room has no toothbrushes, hair brushes, hair products or anything available. I have been at A different chuan facility spa and it was way better and nicer too!!! read more

Had an amazing Swedish massage by Sydney this evening. She is incredible at listening to what the body needs, so the massage is naturally customized to what my body needed. I regularly have massages as I hurt my back some years back. This was the best Swedish massage that I had in years. Thank you Sydney. read more

I have to say the spa itself is nice but not very big. So you need to book early so you're not overrun by people trying to use the amenities. My massage is the main reason for my 3 star review. Although my male therapist was very nice and seamed like he had the potential to be a great masseuse I felt very cheated. He didn't massage my legs past my knees from my ankles. Did not massage anything past my mid back, so my lower back was left neglected. I specifically told him to do full body but spend less time on my extremities. I didn't mean leave body parts out completely which is what happened. I was looking forward to this day but sadly was disappointed. I may give them another shot because I loved the property and my friends loved her massage. read more

This spa has changed since my visit about a year or so ago. Took some friends here for a girls' day out and was pretty disappointed for several reasons. We each had appointments for the 50 minute Swedish massage (which, like many of the other services, comes with complimentary access to their spa amenities such as the sauna, etc.). First, we were never shown the Relaxation (Dream) Room, even though I do recall experiencing it when buying the same services about a year ago. This didn't occur to me until we were paying gratuity at the very end, when I casually asked about it, and the person checking us out said that the room was typically reserved for people who bought the "premium" spa experiences. Which is odd because that was not the case a year or so ago. Seeing that I looked perplexed, she then said something along the lines of: "Well, when it's not crowded, people are more than welcome to use it, so next time, you can try." That would have been nice if she had actually let us know that (or, I don't know, SHOW US THE ROOM when she was checking us in and giving us the tour). I didn't have the energy to argue about it because I decided I wouldn't be coming back anyway. I couldn't help but feel like we were being discriminated against either because we had bought the Groupon--or for lord knows what other reason(s). The second thing that got to me was some odd massage therapist behavior. My massage therapist was really nice and she gave a good massage, but for some reason, at the very end of the massage, she got an entire handful of oil and proceeded to rub ALL of it DIRECTLY into my scalp. At the end of the massage, I looked like I hadn't showered for a thousand days. I get massages often, and I've never had this happen to me before. So. Odd. So. Confused. To the point where I could squeeze clumps of my hair and oil could probably drip out. The actual massage therapists are really friendly, and so is the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff is really good at keeping the amenities clean and they're super accommodating. Special shoutout to Eleni (?), who is a gem. I wish they used better shampoo/products in their showers. The eucalyptus spray they have in the showers and steam room are pleasant. But yeah, three stars at best, unfortunately. I went here last week for a facial and was really looking forward to it. I have to say that this is the absolute worst facial I have ever received. I am a huge fan of the Langham...my husband and I even stayed here on our wedding night...so needless to say I was super shocked that the spa was not up to par. Here is my horrible experience: the lady did not ask me any questions about my skin or my skincare routine, did not tell me what products she used, wore gloves (products smelled because of the rubber gloves), she put oil in my hair and seriously was too rough -almost like she was using oil for a back massage on my face-it was too rough on my face and neck like she was giving a back massage on my face to were I kept opening my eyes...extremely not relaxing. Let's just say that I normally don't complain but I did when I left because I was in shock from my experience. My skin felt worse when I left. The girl at the from did give me a small discount, but I still paid $130...which I feel I should not have had to pay at all. Bottom line- if you want a nice spa experience, I recommend Pelican in Newport or Terranea in South Bay....heck Burke Williams does an amazing job.
