This had to be the best Steak and cheese anywhere and it was only $5.99. Where can you get a sub for that price? What the heck is with that??? It happened today 7/30/25 and the guy who brought the order out blamed it on the person who retrieved the order. Ok fine but how do they not know where the items are in the store? They shop all day for customers up and down the same isles but can't find lemonade and bread??? I think the people shopping for customers do not care about the orders received, and they would rather claim the item is out of stock rather than look for it or ask where it is. This is a convenient service but if I have to pay for it I expect it to be good/quality service along with the convenience. The deli workers are rude and hostile to taking orders. Isn't this the job they voluntarily applied for? What are they expecting exactly? People order from the deli and the workers are doing the job of slicing the meats. That's the job! They seem to be annoyed with the orders, annoyed they have to go to the back and select a new packaged meat, annoyed they have to open the new package, and annoyed the customer asks for a thin sliced meat. They also put the dang sticker for the cold cuts/cheese right on the flimsy package and it rips the package when opening for the first time. The recent ambiance with the new isles reeks of glue and new construction smells. It's really an unpleasant atmosphere with management hiding from customers and zero accountability in the online ordering section. Can I give this location zero stars?
