I feel like you're better off with someone with a lot more experience. I sent a photo of what I wanted my hair to be and it wasn't even close. She was supposed to dye my hair lighter but mind you, she was late and hour on me anyway. This is someone who'll take advantage.. sadly. Side note: I understand my hair is black and I understood that it wasn't going to be as light as the picture and that was fine. But half of my hair is literally uncolored and doesn't even go together. Below is a photo of what I asked for and sent her lots of TikTok's/links of this person hair. The next photo is what I left with. TWO TONED, half worked on hair. Communication was also 0/10. I asked for a balayage and this is what I got. And she simply stated she didn't know if "I had that time" when she was late a whole hour. 0% accountability for anything. And if she knew i wanted my entire head dyed- why didn't she communicate better she didn't have the time. Obviously I'm very upset. The damage is done and so is my pockets.
