From the first point of contact, David was incredibly friendly and responsive always quick to return calls and answer questions. What really stood out was how much care they put into explaining the work. They didn't just tell us what they could do, they took the time to walk us through what would be best for the health and long-term care of our trees. That kind of insight is rare and really appreciated, especially when you're trying to make the right decision for a shared property. The team was professional, on time, and worked efficiently. I designed my garden and I really care about maintaining what I've worked so hard to create. At our interview Clifford immediately understood what I was looking for and shared my passion for creating a landscape that is beautiful and natural looking, yet well maintained. While only a suburban lot, we have lots of ornamental trees, fruit trees, bamboo and large shrubs. The property has a steep slope and no lawn, just densely-planted beds of Mediterranean plants and succulents, so a lot of care had to be taken every step of the way. Clifford understood this and I'm thrilled to report not a single plant, light fixture or irrigation emitter was damaged by his crew. They left my property cleaner than they found it! He showed up on time with a large crew and they all worked full tilt until the job was done. I really appreciated that Clifford stayed on site and monitored every aspect of the project. While I have no doubt he would have done an expert job without my input, he honored my involvement and made sure the pruning was done to my specifications. He helped me see where I needed to thin overgrowth to improved air flow and light. His crew were very polite and seemed completely capable, but there's nothing like having the business owner present and fully engaged. My garden looks beautiful and I couldn't recommend a business more highly.
