I can honestly say that he was a pleasure to work with, was very honest from start to finish. Always kept me informed of what was going on, he stuck to the contract we had agreed on and completed the project without issue. The quality of his work was also superb. I personally walked through and inspected every door, cabinet door, flooring, paint, etc and everything was done at a high quality. Very pleased with his work and will use him again on future projects. Highly recommend.

We've done so many things that I couldn't attach all the photos as it's reached Yelp's limit.. Our shower valve bursted so we needed a restoration for the kitchen (right down below) and the master bathroom. Overall they renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor flooring, stairs, and replaced our water regulator and some water boxes. The results exceeded our expectations. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. However before I had the chance it was already fixed. We really appreciate such details. The crew was very professional and kept the space as clean as possible during construction. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovation work.

One of the best decisions of my life! We wanted to remodel our 2 bathrooms. My buddy was using Cova…read moreConstruction Services to remodel his baths. He referred us to Martin and Cova Construction. We were quoted a very fair price and reasonably quick timeframe. Let's begin! Once the project was started we were so impressed with the first bathroom, we asked if we could add a few more projects. We added new flooring(which looks amazing) painted the living room, kitchen and hallway (very nice) also painted the kitchen cabinets an amazing sage green(HGTV inspired) painted the fireplace mantel and distressed it, after all that we replaced our 60+ year old 10' slider door and added shades for privacy. All this in a relatively short time, about 6-7 weeks. Martin and his squad are all super good people and were a pleasure to have around the house. At the end of every workday all construction debris was swept up and clean. I would hire these gents again and again, you should too Thanks Cova!!!

The fence was completed in just a few hours and the contractors were great. Five out of five stars! When we replace the other side of our fence we will definitely reach back out to Casa Valenzuela. I have used Robert Berney Construction for several projects around my house over the past few…read moreyears. Bob installed my concrete patio and pool deck, my patio cover, some pavers in my back yard, a property fence and most recently an extension of my back yard patio. I have been completely satisfied with everything he has done for me and every day I go in my yard I am reminded of what a professional he is and how good he is at what he does. I just had additional concrete added to my pool deck/patio by Bob. His concrete work is A+ top notch. When I was first looking to get my pool deck/patio installed I was nervous about hiring a concrete contractor as I had heard horror stories and seen horrendous work. I met with several different concrete installers who promised high quality work. (Especially the extremely low-cost installers...UGH! run away from them as fast as you can!). After doing my homework on everyone I hired Bob because his customers spoke highly about him and the photos of his work were fantastic. He stood far above the others based on his reputation and previous work. I was not disappointed. I got a wonderful looking pool deck/patio that drained properly...not one low spot or "bird bath" as they are called. The finish was perfect and the edges were smooth and consistent. I did a curved pool deck and the curves were perfect...not wavy or inconsistent. He even took care of sleeves/futures under the patio for lighting wire and sprinkler lines to the remote planters though I forgot to ask about that. He just did it. He thinks about things you may want in the future and makes sure what he does leaves you access to add those things should you ever want them. There are a lot of people/companies out there who say they do professional quality concrete and general construction work but they don't deliver like Robert Berney Construction. Everything he has done for me is top notch. His prices are reasonable and he is easy to work with. Having work done at your house can be a tedious process but not with Bob. He helps you through it every step of the way and makes the project fun. I have recommended him to friends and family who have used him for patio covers, decks, room additions and even had garages and guest houses built! I highly recommend Robert Berney Construction to anyone considering any type of work done!
