The whole thing fell apart after a couple bites but nonetheless it was delicious and tasty. But for $14 it shouldn't fall apart like that

I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Greek salad with the Parmesan crusted chicken. The cashier was very friendly and prepared my salad quickly. It was good but the dressing was too tart. The cashier said it was "just like Italian dressing" but I typically like Italian dressing. This... not so much. I couldn't finish the salad because of it. This was disappointing. On a positive note and oddly enough, the water was amazing. Yes, the water. I practically chugged it. I guess I'd be back... for the water. Haha

This is a great lunch spot. I thought this was a build your own bowl kind of place but it's not. They have a good amount of options that it was really hard to make a decision. I got the harvest bowl & my husband got the pozole bowl & both were really good. I appreciate that they have vegan & gluten free items clearly marked, it really makes dining out easy when you have a variety of options to pick from.

My favorite chain salad bar. How I would describe their ingredients: healthy, high quality, fresh Super friendly staff that know how to manage the flow of the busy lunch rush. I love how the big the portions of the salads are and they don't cheap out with adding the fix-ins. The place is super clean and the staff will always remake your salad if your order goes wrong. great quick casual lunch/dinner spot

Never been to Chopt but I decided to give it a try. Food wise it's actually really filling and I was skeptical because it's salad. The dining area was full of customers which was nice to encourage sitting down to have a meal there. My server took really good care of me in explaining the flow of the eatery and even allowing me to try dressings to get an idea of what I'd like. Only con I have about this location is one employee was pretty rude asking me to take a step over because I guess I wasn't in the line exactly the way he wanted me to while I was trying to social distance.

I have had Chopt three times now and the first two times were amazing. Their salads have tons of variety and their dressings are better than anything else I've had. However; the last time I went, I ordered a Seranno Heatwave Bowl to-go and unfortunately there was no chicken in my bowl. Despite that, I loved every bite of it. Truly one of the best "healthy" bowls I've had in my life. Unfortunately, my praise stops there, as a couple of hours later, I came down with food poisoning. I highly doubt it was anything else I had eaten, because I shared half the bowl with my father, who also came down with food poisoning.

First time trying this and I really like it! It's such a good portion size, esp for the price point. I'm from out of state so I usually pay 2x as much for a salad this big. It's very tasty and the Mexican goddess dressing is so good!

I love Chopt and was excited to see that it finally came to a place near me. So the pros are that the restaurant is sizeable, clean, with plenty of natural light and minimalist designs. The employees are pretty friendly and everything tastes fresh. The bread is pretty good. Cons: -The price is definitely high and I guess I forgot about this aspect since I haven't stepped foot in a Chopt in years. -They aren't chopping the salads anymore, instead using prechopped ingredients... I don't know when this happened but it just made it seem like everything was less fresh. Maybe I'm just being pretentious, I don't know. -They were out of two ingredients I wanted and it was early on a Sunday. I think it's pretty important for a place like this to be fully stocked, especially if it wasn't even busy beforehand. -The portions of what you get for each "chopping" are pretty small. You also have to pay extra for a few pieces of dry chicken... I got a custom salad with Mexican goddess dressing and my boyfriend got the chicken warm dish (first on the menu that also came with Mexican goddess) and they were tasty but we didn't end up finishing everything which was really strange. I'm not sure if our tastes have changed, or if Chopt has changed for the worse, because I remember wolfing down salads from here in the past. I think I also had a mild allergic reaction to an ingredient but not sure which (got some strange redness and tingling around my lips).

I typically order from here often on my lunch at work. . However today I am eating my salad today and found not 1 but 2 long strands of black hair in my salad...... my hair is blonde......the restaurant credit my order but now like? No lunch lol.

Chopt is a make your own salad place, but they also have warm bowls. Everything has to be specified, down to how you want your dressing given to you. If you're a first time visitor, this is going to take you a few tries to master. I wasn't happy with how my salad came out since I didn't ask for the dressing on the side. All of the dressing pooled to the bottom, and the bowl is so tightly packed that it's hard to maneuver/mix the salad up. Basically, learn to order before you actually order. I do appreciate the selection of lettuces, greens, add ins, meats and dressings one can add to their salad. Also, if you're very confused, just look up at the board and order one of the "pre-made" salads. It's a healthy option added to the town, but I'd still prefer to hit up other salad places in terms of convenience and pricing.

I will ALWAYS only start with their Iced Shakerato (organic espresso and brown sugar). I cannot recommend this drink, enough. Yes, even in the winter! We started with the Edamame Dumplings (white truffle oil, dashi, Thai basil, sesame seeds), Charred Cauliflower (medjool dates, harissa tahini, dill, mint, pistachio), the Seasonal Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (garnished with sage). All these starters were consumed within seconds, were at optimal temperatures, and the sauce that covered each cauliflower was exquisite. The entrees were: Ancient Grains Bowl (organic grains, miso sesame glazed sweet potato, charred onions, snap peas, portobello, avocado, pistachio pesto, hemp seeds, turmeric) and the Chicken Tender Plate (four tenders served with simple salad). The Grains Bowl was packed with healthy and tasty ingredients and the Chicken Tenders were only lightly battered, soft to chew, and came with four large pieces. I will, most definitely, be a happy return customer to True Food Kitchen and it's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Ohhhhh.... ONE MORE THING AND PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND.....one of the reasons I visited was for the Chia Seed Pancakes, but their brunch menu is ONLY served "during weekends," from open until 3:00 PM.

The service was ok this time around. I originally ordered the rancher's hash which over easy eggs instead of sunny side since I'm expecting and want to make sure to eat foods that are well cooked instead of under, but it came with sunny side anyway. The avocado looked like it was going bad and still had the skin on it...I've never seen an avocado served like that in a restaurant before...almost bad and with the skin still on it. I also wasn't aware it would have steak slices as it doesn't specify that in the description of the rancher's hash so I assumed it'd be crumbled ground beef...either way, the bowl itself didn't look as appetizing as it sounded in the description. I opted to switch to the grass fed burger I had my first visit here and it was ok, first time was definitely better than this time around and the air fried fries were ok, most of them underneath the initial picture look and tasted overcooked which was another disappointment. I enjoyed with my lavender matcha, Margherita sourdough pizza (YUM!) and the brussel sprouts for our starters. This visit was certainly disappointing on Mother's Day. I really want to recommend and keep coming back for the fact that it's health consciousness menu but don't want to pay for 'just ok' food either...nor recommend a place that's just ok.

We were quickly seated and the server came over fairly fast to take our order - the server was very nice, but he was slow to write down what we ordered so we had to repeat our order twice; he was an older man, and very nice to us. We were seated next to the "kitchen" and we really liked the open concept, as seeing someone prepare your food is somewhat reassuring about their standards. I ordered their lunch combo - half a chicken california club sandwich and a side salad. Their Caesar salad was okay, pretty standard bottled dressing and actually nice croutons. The sandwich was also okay, there was not as much chicken as I would've liked, but the avocado was fresh and so was the bread. It did take a while for us to be able to get the bill. Our server didn't check back on us after we got out food and we weren't able to call him over, as he never looked our way, so we had to signal another server to get a to-go container and the check. Overall, the experience was fairly average but definitely a good choice for lunch, especially if you do their combo, since it's pretty affordable and filling enough.
