The service speed is also great. We ordered and our food was done and delivered to us in less than 20-25 minutes total. We will keep going back here for our takeout.

The servings are definitely smaller than other places and the quality is not that great. The flavors seemed off. I've had these dishes and soups numerous timed from multiple other Chinese restaurants throughout WNY but this place just had very odd flavors and strange consistency to the food. The Hot and Sour soup was lacking flavor and had snot-like clumps in it. The chicken soup with mei fun noodles tasted bitter, almost spoiled or massive amounts of rice vinegar in it. The triple delight combo container was 85% rice and 15% triple delight (very small serving of the entree). The veggie dish and Happy Family were lackluster in flavor and the containers were not filled all the way (only about 3/4 of the way full). There are seats and about 6 tables inside and plenty of parking in the plaza parking lot. The staff is friendly and have everything ready in the usual 10 to 15 minutes. This place works if you are desperate, don't mind weird flavors or lack of flavor, and enjoy getting less than the container can hold. Otherwise, stay away from this place, there are many other Chinese restaurants in the area that are much better.

What an utter disappointment. Your service was the worst I have seen in my life. What I once…read morethought had great food and service I have found cruel employees who get things wrong and treat you like a criminal for a $15 plate of food. I placed an order... in person. My English is good, no miscommunications, but they messed up and I had hungry kids waiting so, I called them from the house, they told me I have to go back to pick up the right order and to bring back the mix up. So I did. 5 people stood in front of me as I'm standing there laughing saying a shrimp is missing because when my cousin realized it was the wrong order I told Her she already touched the shrimp. Then they said now we'll make your food even though on the phone they said they would remake in 10 Mins and made me wait more time which was chicken broccoli and then they filled Up the plate with broccoli and 3 pieces of chicken when I ordered a large . You are disrespectful rude and I didn't spend $ on food to steal a piece of shrimp when you already overcharged me for creating a plate I didn't ask for . They were talking the whole time and embarrassed me in front of 2 of their Customers . I have never ever seen anything like it . You are un deserving of customers And such an establishment. You don't treat people like that. And you had no reasoning behind it

I do find their general Tsos has less chicken and more breading than it used too, which is my only issue I've had in recent years. Their crab Rangoon's are delicious - and they always make sure to include a lot of packet sauces and pack your takeout order nicely. Do not plan to eat inside - there is little to no dining room space as most of it is taken up by boxes - but they do use those same boxes to pack up your order nicely if you place a big order. A Lackawanna staple, and honestly the better option for quick Chinese food in the area in comparison to other options.

Not really a place you are likely to dine in but there's a few tables should you want to. You won't, though! The staff here remains unchanged for at least the last 17 years that I've been going there regularly living in Kenmore. They are some of the hardest working people you'll ever see. Not an easy job. They deserve credit for putting out consistently great food day after day. Prices are what you'd expect for Chinese takeout, perhaps even a little less. Usually we'd get 4 combo plates and a large lo mein, a bit under 60 for a lot of food. Definitely recommended.
