I am from New York, so I was amazed when I got to try the general tso's here in State College for the first time. The restaurant has a water station where you can refill your own water cups. The staff were super friendly. There's a lot of seating available and seems like a popular spot!

And I'm sorry, but romaine lettuce has no business in a hot pot :-D The kit also includes two dipping sauces (peanut, which I augmented with chili crisp) and a tasty, cloudy sesame oil concoction, as well as a little container of pickled somethings I ate immediately because I was hungry.
