No flavored water, half the menu they can't make and hardly any staff tonight. First time we were here 2 months ago they were great. Now it's horrible, very unfriendly staff, they seem to be out of many ingredients and could not even make a Shrimp salad roll. read more

You walk in, and no one greets you! Not even a freaking hello until it's time to pay which they acknowledge you then, because they want to get paid. Every time I come, I see the same miserable, unhappy staff who think they are doing me a favour. The salad's are good, so I am giving you 2 stars, but staff, and service is awful! Very rude people working behind the counter. Oh, and tip? You want a tip? This is a fast food joint, not a restaurant where you come and take my order. I need to stand and order my own food from whichever miserable looking unhappy server working behind the counter. Seriously! You want a Tip? It's like going into McDonald's, Wendy's, Nando's, fat burger's and so on, except these places I have been greeted kindly with a simple "hello", or "what can I get you today", or even a simple smile. Vegetarians beware! I am angry enough to spit. I ordered a Bangkok wrap tonight with smoked tofu, my usual. My wife also ordered a tofu wrap so there was no mixing up of orders between us. When I started eating I discovered they had put in chicken instead of tofu. Meal spoiled and I felt sick. This was a takeout order. When I went back and told them I was angry and asked for my money back, the staff were indifferent. Two people had to look at the receipt I showed them until they believed they had made a mistake. They even gave me the wrong amount back until I pointed out the mistake. In retrospect, I see that the young staffer who made the meal may have been too busy chatting with the young female customers to pay attention to what he was doing. This was really disappointing because we typically order takeout once a week and were happy to have a vegetarian friendly fast food outlet. I would have thought the people working there would be more sensitive to vegetarians since the menu is geared towards vegetarian options. We have had occasional mixups before--wrong or missing ingredients--but overlooked them. Putting meat in a vegetarian wrap is too egregious to overlook. read more

I think this chain of fast food is the way to go! They have a healthy tasty options. Better than Subway or Quiznos. The brown rice, salads, avocado veggie selection is very impressive. If i am looking for a quick healhty meal, I usually look for Chopped in the area and love to eat here! read more

I've been to another Chopped Leaf in Surrey, near Coverdale. This one definitely better than that. 10% tip is acceptable with the service. I love Chopped leaf as a band, it usually is my first choice as far as fast food. But the quality at this particular location is terrible. Unfortunately it's a location that is closest to my house and I more frequent. But no longer. These guys just can't get the order right. Out of the last 5 times I have gone they have missed items (4 out of the 5) and the salad just doesn't look like you want to eat it. I hope the owners take notice. This location is getting a bad rep. Maybe the franchise should visit this location to do quality control. read more

Every time I am in town I stop here for lunch. I love the whole bowls, especially the number 3 (think Greek). The chopped water is delicious, the staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Definitely a good option for a quick, healthy bite. read more

I've been vegetarian for 10 years now and ordered a smoked tofu wrap from the Chopped Leaf Morgan crossing location, and ordered it to go. When we picked up our wraps we drove all the way down to the beach, as I went to take a bite I saw a giant chicken strip sticking out of the end of my wrap. I then opened it to find several pieces. After driving all the way back to get a refund and explain the incident, the manager was hardly apologetic and simply refunded me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS LOCATION, or any for that matter.. TERRIBLE quality, service and management. Will never visit again. read more

This place is a total rip-off. I have given them many chances as I work in an office nearby. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they were new and just opened, and also when I noticed big staff changes. I don't think I have ever had a meal there that was exactly what I ordered. They either forget something, add something I didn't ask for, use a different sauce than what the menu indicates... the list can go on. Not to mention that their prices are RIDICULOUS. $4.50 for 6 ounces of soup?? To order a simple chicken wrap and side of soup it comes to $14.18!!! We ordered in bulk once as well to take advantage of the lower prices (ordered a platter of wraps). The wraps came in a third of the size as normal and we still paid $10.00/each. Save your money somewhere you will get your money's worth. Or at least what you ordered. read more

When I first ate here, I started with the chicken wraps, and all of the flavours were equally good. But then I noticed they had grilled sandwiches, I've tried both the Spicy chicken and pesto chicken flavours, they come with a side of ranch dip, they are so addicting!! Chopped leaf food is ok, subway quality at best. What pisses me off is the service. Was in months ago when they were prepping station. Manager or owner there, but everyone totally ignored me and my 3 year old daughter while I stood there. They all made eye contact but nobody took my order or even said hello. I actually left. Then today I went back and actually tried the food. Still got bad service as they forgot hot sauce and extra avacado I ordered. When I paid at counter there was a tip option that started at 15%. While I could type in lesser amount (and did) it really irked me. Railroading customers to give fine dining tip amounts for counter service is not benefitting anybody. It allows owners to pay staff minimum wage, to provide minimal training and to be able to charge less for food while pushing customers to subsidize wages directly. This is unethical. Extremely disappointed; ordered a sandwich & soup combo- with toast and soup COLD not to mention the chicken tastes stale. Staffs don't seem to care when asked to re heat the meal. When asked to speak to their supervisor/boss, got two and conflicting replies- 1. owner is not here and 2. Soup is supposed to be served cold as per their boss! read more

First they dropped my food on the floor and had to remake it, which would have been fine if they hadn't all thought it was hilarious and taken another 20 minutes to remake.
