Service was friendly but all of our wraps (6 different ones) were tasteless and way too expensive for what we got!

We have a similar concept in England called 'Tossed' You customise your own salads or you follow their own creations. The chopped Leaf blows Tossed out of the water. The salad was bigger, better and stronger with more variety and options. The price mirrored each other (which proved the UK Tossed had extortionate prices). I created my own salad with a very similar vide to what I usually get but instead had the 'goddess' dressing. It was delicious. I highly recommend The Chopped Leaf as a light lunch stop off. My sister had the mushroom soup and loves it, was a bit watery for me. I like a thick soup. read more

It's slightly more then Subway prices but actually closer to eating fresh. This is my second time eating here and the food was good both times. Sure it's salad but it is filling. As a 200lb + fatguy in training this ain't the kinda place i would usually pick but its something different if your tired of subway. Pro tip: you get more in the bowl then you do in the wrap for the same price. read more

I was in yesterday and ordered a to go order. As I watched servers make my salad, both were not using gloves and grabbed all my toppings with their bare hands instead of the scoopers provided. I also asked for my meat on the side and the service worker accidentally dumped the meat onto the salad, than handpicked every piece out with her bare hands. I frequent this establishment and could not believe how dirty it has become. I watched the girl scoop food onto the floor that was on the counter, instead of using the garbage can behind her. I was also standing right by the serving trays, they were very dirty, It looked like they haven't washed them in a long time. read more

Quite disappointing. Went to a Chopped Leaf in St Albert, Alberta and it was great. This one in Kamloops lacked freshness and chicken and had wrong dressing......but a LOT of spinach. Maybe a bad day there or maybe it just depends on who's running the show..........will go back to St. Albert but not Kamloops location. read more

We came here twice and both visits were greatly disappointing the first time the girl at the till was beyond unenthusiastic and was greatly inconvenienced by the fact that i had a peanut allergy and that she had to pass that information on to those in the kitchen , HOW DARE I the second time, Same girl who unfortunately seemed to be training others was going between working the til to very aggressively coughing all over her hands, directly to making food -no gloves, no washing, So after dealing with her disgusting attitude and even more disgusting hygiene/Food safe skills, we will not be back . read more

I love this healthy option to the fast food business. Such tasty combos. I do wish there were more recipes to choose from. More dressing and wrap options too. The price is a bit much but I am so willing to pay extra knowing that what I'm getting is fresh and won't clog my arteries. read more

I eat at chopped leaf at least 2-3 times per week and I love it! My only criticism is that they use a LOT of plastic. Even though it's fresh, everything comes out of a plastic bag. I get that it makes it easier to portion and makes service quicker but I wish there was another way. Once I saw that the soup was in plastic (and the plastic was IN the warmer!) I stopped ordering soup, which is really unfortunate because the soup is so good. For those of us trying to be healthier and avoid chemical disrupters, this is not a good choice. read more

More often than not, I am let down by the staff here. They get simple things like Gluten Free confused all the time, forget to request your points card, roll their eyes at you when you customize your meal (seriously, and the whole menu is about customizing), and so on. I always check my order before leaving the restaurant to avoid disappointment when I get back to the office. I find the prices quite expensive, (~$16 for a salad?!), for what you get. The menu really suits my dietary lifestyle, but because they seem hell-bent on letting me down every time I set my foot in the door I do my best to find options elsewhere. read more
