I also ordered sweet potato fries - they were waffle fries. The had the right balance of temperature, crisp, and softness. My trusty Diet Coke was yuuuuge. Literally a mini barrel. They should take this into consideration when pricing. There are many other breakfast buffets that are priced much more favorably and usually have a bigger selection. I opted for the western omlette. It was served with potatos which were fine. The omlette taste fine but was really scrambled eggs with ham and veggies mixed in, cooked, then folded in half and topped with cheese. An omlette with the veggies and cheese stuffed inside a thin egg base is always so much better. Hotel food is usually about convenience, so I got what I expected, decent service, acceptable food and a price point higher than average.

I struggled between 3 and 4 stars. 1. The fries are nothing special (if they fixed this I might go a lot more) 2. The burgers are good and somewhat unique, but they are just a pretty good burger. They are not an amazing burger. I have yet to find an incredible burger place in Utah valley. 3. The shakes are to die for. Well some of them are. The seasonal ones are typically the best. The peanut butter is unfortunately chunky which is gross (usually peanut butter is my favorite). The best shake they have had is the pumpkin biscoff. This is such a great burger place. I got the blue bacon burger and I loved it! I would have thought they would be bigger for the price. But I was more than full after eating fries and a burger. Everything was cooked perfectly, and there were so many good flavors that mixed. Also, they have fry sauce!!!! The service was fast, and I loved the fries! Ultimately, it was disappointing, but I have to admit that it was filling enough. The service took a while, though. The order taker was plenty kind, and the overall experience was ultimately satisfactory. Here's the thing: they aren't making ready-made food. It's made-to-order. So it's reasonable that they are actually putting the meat on the flattop that you can see flaring with flame as you're sitting by the takeout window. It's just that _really_ cooking food fresh is going to take longer. So, it's an expectation thing - as in: my expectations of a drive-thru were a mismatch with the type of food that was served.
