Terrible customer service, terrible communication. Extremely disappointed with Fanatics. They promise but don't deliver, literally. I understand that Covid has rippled into all areas and has made doing business difficult. But lack of communication was the problem here. Don't charge me for two day delivery and then not deliver with zero communication. The interior was really cute, with aesthetic walls featuring their logo and a charming merch setup at the front of the store. As you walk further into the building, there was a locker room where I could store my belongings during class. The classroom itself had a great vibe. The LED lights gave it a high-end, energized feel, and the space was neat and well-organized. The mats on the floor were really helpful for following along with the instructor, and there were baskets filled with weights and bands that we could easily grab before the class started for the workout. The room was spacious and allowed for plenty of people to be in the class. The instructor was fantastic--very helpful with the exercises. She clearly explained the correct positioning and moved around the room, demonstrating the movements to make sure we all understood. The workout itself was challenging at times, and I definitely had to take a break a few times. But the burn felt amazing, and it really got my body moving! Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely love to come back. The positive energy in the studio and the wonderful people made it even better!
