So the wait might take a while. The employees are constantly making food and you can see them hustling behind the counter. This place really blew up online for the viral Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. However, they don't have any pistachio in stock. Almost every person who walked in ordered this cup. Unfortunately, no one was able to try it. I think knowing how viral this was online, they should have been better about having ingredients in stock, or just going to a store and buying it instead of waiting for it to come in once it's ordered. The service was really slow. There was one person taking orders and making all of the waffles and crêpes. Waffle was not great, it was really tough and not as soft as you would think. The crêpes and other chocolate goods that we got were just underwhelming. I think if this place just focuses on making sure they have the viral cup ingredients, they would do so much better. The ambience was cute, they had a few games, but there wasn't enough staff to clean around the space. The Dubai viral cup is also $18, which seems really excessive. Honestly, just make it at home. They charged $15 for a strawberry cup that was listed as 12.99 and when I asked why she said "yeah its a different price" and then the shake they gave my sister had no drizzle or toppings and she asked for no whip cream and it had whip. One of the orders came out way later than people who were behind us in line and it didn't make sense why because they were getting the same items. I think the thing that really sucks is the prices being different when they ring you up that is very scammy and sketchy. The stuff was very mid, just okay. Prices were insane and then you pay 20% more at the register for no explainable reason. We went up and asked about our order multiple times and then they would still make orders for people who ordered after us. Super disorganized. I may give them another try after a while if they get things together because it's a cool menu with some unique items you don't find around here. Since this is a franchise I would definitely put any blame for anything wrong on the franchise it's self and it's business practices the par set for a 20$ crepe are super out of whack. The amount you get for such a poor recipe is appalling. For 20$ looking at the product they get from commercial whole sale price in comparison to what they serve is not worth it. a 8$ crepe hyped up to imaginary proportions is a recipe isn't good business practice. To the owners of this company not the franchise owners. You might be able to fool Socal but this is the BAY you gotta be more reasonable.make it worth it to come back and develope a patronage. I do give kudos on the trendy pink paint job, board games are also a great touch. Came once and Crepes were quite good, but they got my order wrong. I didn't say anything because it was still quite tasty. Unfortunately the second time I went was 20 minutes before closing time and I was turned away as they were bo longer taking orders. We were immediately greeted upon walking in, but had to wait 3 minutes or so for our someone to take our order even though we were first in line. This place seemed to have an influx of orders. We then waited nearly 35 minutes for our order to be completed. This is completely unacceptable considering the fact that we ordered 1 crepe. The gentleman up front apologized for the wait, however, which was nice. The crepe wasn't all that great either, but the chocolate was good. We ordered an Oreo crumble crepe with milk chocolate. I was really disappointed with the new pistachio knafeh chocolate bar. the chocolate was very soft and mushy. It is supposed to be a tempered crisp chocolate bar with filling in it, and I got untempered soft chocolate. The chocolate bar was also very small for the $12 they charged for a chocolate bar that wasn't even tempered correctly. The filling tasted good but the untempered chocolate ruined the whole chocolate bar and it does not have a good texture. read more

I ordered this on Uber Eats and have never been more disappointed. I ordered the strawberries covered in pistachio and chocolate & the Dubai chocolate bar. I don't know how they managed to make a SOGGY chocolate bar, but it was so overpriced for how bad the quality is. Pro tip to the restaurant- if you do not completely cover the filling with chocolate (which you didn't), mold can develop within a week. you clearly do not know how to temper chocolate given how soggy it was / all the filling spilling out of it. Also the chocolate/pistachio strawberries were hard as a rock. I'm not sure if they used real chocolate or the chocolate melting wafers that harden, but it was inedible unless I microwaved it, which made for a horrible strawberry experience. read more
