Of course he didn't make that call back. Tried calling the dealership and no answer. I don't know if these guys are crooks or not, i just know they are hard to get on the phone, they don't call back. Honestly I have regrets about purchasing my bike from this " dealership" as they call themselves. I'm riding on a temporary tag that expired Feb 22, it's now April 3rd. I filed a formal complaint with Honda Finance and have a case number. Stay away from these guys. Go to Honda Norfolk, little hard to find but worth it. Just 1 time! Then came the movie The Matrix in my adult years where Trinity in her catsuit riding the Ducati made me envision myself wanting to ride a bike by the time I turn 60. So being bored and thinking am 1 year away from my age limit to get a motorcycle, I ventured into Cycle World. The space is deceiving. The inventory of motorcycles, jet skis, ATV's is huge, overflowing into their garage/service area and into a back building section. Patrick was really nice, showed me a Honda Rebel 300, my only goal was to make sure it seats low enough for my feet to be well planted on the ground and that the bike isn't to heavy to handle. Patrick explained the features of the bike, and even gave me info for bike school, gave me discount code to get $50 off the 2-day class.

He also…read morecut some custom spacers for my rear shocks which made a huge difference over the ones provided by the manufacturer. Safety is really important to Pat and he will make sure your bike is safe to ride. Had a little hiccup when I got the bike home but Pat immediately took ownership and resolved the issue and while he had the bike he even drained the primary and adjusted the clutch at no extra charge. Pat also solved an electrical issue with a turn signal that other shops had said they fixed.

I'm always looking forward to these things. I've even been by the shop to see what they could do with my ride and they were honest with the pricing and everything. You don't see that often in these shops. Most of them get your bike in there then nickel and dime you left and right until you're reaching for your wallet and it's empty.
