A big shout out to Bob and Chisel-it Ice for the most wonderful wedding ice sculpture. Bob is so incredibly kind and professional. The bride and groom are both developmentally delayed and dreamed of having a Disney Frozen-themed wedding. The Chisel-it Ice team passionately carved the most wonderful Olaf ice sculpture -- in color!!! The guests were in awe and could not believe he was pure ice! The set up was also perfect-- the sculpture came with a hidden drainage system and beautiful lights to make sure that Olaf was sparkling, shining and shimmering the entire evening. Olaf kept his magical shape for over eight hours! The bride and groom were beyond excited to have Olaf at their wedding! Such a wonderful business making dreams come true! Thank you, Bob! We are forever grateful! Dina and Khalid D San Jose, CA read more

Chisel-It made 1,000 snow balls for our school holiday party and did an amazing job! The balls were perfect and the kids had a blast!!

What a wonderful experience I've had with Chisel-It-Ice. I was given short notice to find an Ice sculpture and luge. From the moment I reached out, I felt confident choosing Chisel-it-ice. Jason and Robert are wonderful to work with. My client was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, I only have one picture but you can see how incredible the craftsmanship is. I will definitely be reaching out again!! Thank you again for doing such a terrific job! read more

Chisel-It Ice - Clear as 'ice'! - Party & Event Planning Near Me - Concord, California

My whole experience with Chisel-It Ice was a joy. They were helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I reached out to them with only two days before the party, and their team worked to get us an incredible Olaf ice sculpture (that no one thought was even real), and an ice chest full of snowballs even though they were busy preparing for the 49er's first round playoff game. Such amazing customer service and craftsmanship. Everyone marveled at the skill, accuracy, and attention to detail that went into creating the sculpture. People loved touching the ice and posing for pictures with Olaf. Not only that, but the sculpture lasted until late at night, hours after the party had ended, when we finally moved Olaf outside to our front yard. We were astounded to see that Olaf still hadn't melted by morning. One of the amazing things was watching the progression of the ice sculpture...how it went from being cloudy, to clear, to slowing melting away the white part of Olaf from the bottom up, until only the color of his nose was left the next day. So incredible! Having Olaf as an ice sculpture fit so well with the theme, and I cannot thank Chisel-It Ice enough for providing it for us. I highly recommend Chisel-It Ice to anyone interested in an ice sculpture or a backyard snowball fight. read more

I surprised my husband with an ice sculpture for our wedding and it exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS. If you can dream it, we can chisel it! The inspiring motto for Chisel-It Ice is more than lovely words after you check out the photos of what this team can create. If you are looking for an ice sculpture for a corporate event or private party, no job is too big or small. Meet owner Bob Chislett (isn't that amazing and so meant to be??) and learn about his passion for his work and his unfailing devotion to pleasing his customers. Need a full ice bar for a backyard throwdown, complete with carved ice shot glasses? How about a sculpture of Olaf the snowman from Disney's Frozen for a kids party? Maybe even a sculpture of the David statue, to add a touch of class or sass to a bachelorette party. Bob is your man! I had the pleasure of meeting Bob at a dinner party where he had carved the label of a bottle of Silver Oak wine in gleaming ice, and it became the most photographed thing in the room - everyone wanted to look and touch! I learned from Bob that he and his team actually form their own ice, and that Bob transitioned into this job after being a fully-trained chef wanting to branch out into other ambitions. I highly recommended Chisel-It to add ice-cold class to your next event - let your imagination run wild, and dream up a chilling challenge. Chisel-It is most definitely up to the task! read more

Chisel-It Ice - Wedding reception ice block embedded with fresh flowers - Party & Event Planning Near Me - Concord, California

I used Chisel-It's business over the past few months and they are awesome! First they created a beautiful (never seen before) Ice Sculpture for my Party & Event Planning Grand Opening which included fresh flowers inside the Ice Sculpture. Next They did two Ice Sculptures for my 50th birthday party (One with my picture in it and the other of a deck of cards since it was a casino themed party) Last weekend they did another one for me and my husbands 20-year anniversary party and it was fabulous! They will design whatever you want and send a sketch for your approval. They are very professional and always delivers your sculpture at or before the promised time! This is the only company that I will ever use as long as they continue to provide the awesome service that they have provided for me! Everyone is very pleasant to work with! They Rock! WOW!!! Chisel-It did a beautiful job for my daughter's wedding reception sculptures! This was truly a work of art that guests and the bride/groom are still raving about! Robert even did a 'mini' version of the sculpture for the bride/groom sweetheart table! The carving of their names in the heart was a wonderful extra touch! When we walked into the room to see it for the first time, I had chills, it truly added beauty to the room. Working with Robert, the automated invoicing, and the professional appearance of the finished product were above what I expected. I truly appreciate his attention to detail, delivering out-of-town, and arriving ON TIME to set up. The addition of colored light really went with the rest of the decor. I will absolutely recommend Chisel-It to anyone looking for a professional, high quality and beautiful piece of art and will certainly be calling on them for my next piece! read more

I had the best experiance ordering a Ice Luge for a girls night. A last minute thought. Not only did they make me a beautiful Luge, they personalized it. It was so much more than what we asked for. It was beautiful, and looked like chrystal. They packed it to it stayed perfect until we needed it. It was a very hot night, and was just the ticket for a group of menopausal woman. We loved it! Thank you Robert Chislett! We will be ordering other sculptures in the future. read more

Chisel-It Ice - A wonderful Chrystal Looking Luge from Chisel-it Ice. A girls night delight! Robert Chislett took great care of us! Thank you so much! - Party & Event Planning Near Me - Concord, California

This is a great company. I ordered an ice luge for my engagement party, and it was beautiful. Unfortunately the wrong sculpture was delivered originally. However once they realized there was a mix-up, they made the correction and drove all the way back to Concord (from Pleasanton) and picked up the right sculpture that I had ordered. Luckily it was only half way through the party, and everyone was able to enjoy their remaining cocktails through the ice luge. After the party I spoke with the company, and was generously compensated with a credit for another Ice Luge in the future. I was very surprised and pleased with the way in which they do business and the absolutely stunning product they provide. I highly recommend Chisel-It for any event! read more

I run a non-profit and we hosted our first ever Summit in SF. Not was Bob's staff on time, they knew what to do! This was so important to us as we were so busy getting setup and couldn't give much direction. Beyond that, the ice sculpture was the life of the event. Even though the sculpture was just "chillin". We are definitely going to use them again for our next big SF event. I highly recommend Chisel-It to anyone wanting to impress your guests. Keep on Chisel'in read more

These guys are fantastic. If you can dream it, draw it or imagine it they can come up with it!!! We started with the basics and within a few minutes we had a plan. From there they came up with a beautiful piece celebrating a very important decade for a my wife. The sculpture looked exactly like the drawing, it was delivered right on time and everyone was impressed with the piece. It's really impressive once the sun goes down and the light shines up through the sculpture. To say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. These guys rock. We used Chisel-It to provide an ice sculpture Ganesh for our Hindu wedding (3/14/15) at Casa Real winery. The ice sculpture turned out so beautifully, many of our guests could not stop gawking and taking pictures of it! It also had a nice and subtle uplighting to really highlight all the intricacies of the sculpture. The main contact person, Robert, was extremely friendly and responsive via email. He answered all questions in a timely manner and also did his best to accommodate our budget throughout the process. We also had the option of returning the tray attached to the sculpture in order to receive a portion of the deposit back, which was a nice gesture. We are so glad to have had such a unique centerpiece for our wedding ceremony, would gladly recommend their services for anyone looking for something extraordinary for an event/party. read more

I just $7500.00 for a pile of melted ice. He drove the sculptures on the back of a pick up truck from San Francisco to Los Angeles without a freezer. Is this a joke !?!? I paid for a nativity scene for the church for a Christmas Eve event and they were melted to nothing. You couldn't even tell what it was. He wasn't even there to correct the situation.
