My whole experience with Chisel-It Ice was a joy. They were helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I reached out to them with only two days before the party, and their team worked to get us an incredible Olaf ice sculpture (that no one thought was even real), and an ice chest full of snowballs even though they were busy preparing for the 49er's first round playoff game. Such amazing customer service and craftsmanship. Everyone marveled at the skill, accuracy, and attention to detail that went into creating the sculpture. People loved touching the ice and posing for pictures with Olaf. Not only that, but the sculpture lasted until late at night, hours after the party had ended, when we finally moved Olaf outside to our front yard. We were astounded to see that Olaf still hadn't melted by morning. One of the amazing things was watching the progression of the ice sculpture...how it went from being cloudy, to clear, to slowing melting away the white part of Olaf from the bottom up, until only the color of his nose was left the next day. So incredible! Having Olaf as an ice sculpture fit so well with the theme, and I cannot thank Chisel-It Ice enough for providing it for us. This is a great company. I ordered an ice luge for my engagement party, and it was beautiful. Unfortunately the wrong sculpture was delivered originally. However once they realized there was a mix-up, they made the correction and drove all the way back to Concord (from Pleasanton) and picked up the right sculpture that I had ordered. Luckily it was only half way through the party, and everyone was able to enjoy their remaining cocktails through the ice luge. I just $7500.00 for a pile of melted ice. He drove the sculptures on the back of a pick up truck from San Francisco to Los Angeles without a freezer. Is this a joke !?!? I paid for a nativity scene for the church for a Christmas Eve event and they were melted to nothing. You couldn't even tell what it was. He wasn't even there to correct the situation.
