We hired Shine Event Productions for day-of coordination for our wedding reception in SF, and were very pleased with Jessica Harris and her team. Our reception took place at The Galleria at San Francisco Design Center and had over 300 guests, and the Shine team did a great job making sure the event ran smoothly. In advance of the event, Jessica helped us create our event day timeline, worked with us to ensure we rented the right number and size of tables, chairs, and tablecloths (her detail-oriented nature was key!), and contacted vendors the week of the event to make sure everything was in order. She was great at pointing out things we should take care of that we hadn't thought of (e.g. who would light the centerpiece candles and when, who was bringing the caking cutting knife, etc.) On the day of the event, Jessica and her two assistants arrived at the beginning of vendor set up, and ensured that all vendors arrived on time and set up as planned. Given all the vendors involved - caterer, DJ, cake baker, florist, party rental, photographer, photobooth, etc. - it was major responsibility. My husband and I were at our hotel getting ready for the evening, and were so glad we entrusted Jessica with coordinating set up.
