There was no pressure, just providing information about the different machines and brands. He also let me know about rebates and tax credits I could get from the state for installing energy efficient machines, which will be alot of help, come tax time. When the workers were installing the unit, they were all very professional, protecting my furniture and floors. This multi-day installation went so smoothly that you couldn't tell day to day that other people had been in the house.
