He's lost some since bc of our lack of follow through, but when we get serious with him, he quickly remembers his training (almost two years later). Because of his young age, they loved on him a lot and let him stay in quieter place than their kennel building. When he is boarded, they always do refresher training. I wish we lived closer so we could board there every time we are out of town. He is going for a week soon while we go on vacation and I know he is in the best hands!

He was only going to get his nails trimmed. This is strike 2 for this location. Melissa/ Megan said this was a new corporate rule but when I called corporate they didn't know any such rule. My dog was violently mauled to death and the owner's response was to block my number when I was upset upon the news. Furthermore, he never offered any condolences, never so much as refunded me, and he lied about his credentials. As of April, he's a LLC but he advertised he was when I took my dog to his business in March and that wasn't true. He also advertised he was a certified trainer and that wasn't true. Do what you think is the best for your dog, but please be aware of all sides. It has been 3 months and I'm still completely heartbroken. I wouldn't recommend this business under any circumstances and I'm so traumatized by what happened I don't feel comfortable ever going back to a training and even the idea of leaving my other dog at a grooming facility gives me anxiety.

Our dog was taken to the wrong vet and the attack resulted in her death. Meanwhile, Bryan refuses to take responsibility for any of issues he caused. Instead yelling at my partner and saying how none of this is his fault. Based on all that has happened I cannot recommend this place. I would not ever take any dog I get in the future to any dog trainer based on how terrible this place was.
