My fluff ball needed a cut bad, so I looked them up to book an appointment, to my surprise, they had another location on the res! They're booked two weeks out, but that's fine, no hurry. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Jessica. She asked for the pom cut that I wanted done, and that's it, he was ready to leave mama to go to his new groomer, what a little traitor I let her know that he has very high energy, and I was afraid he'd be difficult to cut. I anticipated that his hair will come out uneven, because my dog can't sit still for the life of him. I was pleasantly susurprised, and very pleased with how they've managed to give him a nice cut! They do all scissor cuts, very nice, and professional. Their prices are the best around with the amount of services they give to your babies. Definitely my new go to! As some of you may know Baby is an elderly pup who suffers from anxiety. I rescued her from an abusive household 3 years ago where she suffered from cigarette burns, stab wounds, and lose skin from losing weight once I got her on a healthy diet. So as you can imagine, cutting around all of her scars and lose wrinkly skin thrown in with some anxiety can be TOUGH. She usually has uneven hair, hardly any face trimming, nicks, lose hair all over my car after picking her up and her head/ neck hair aren't faded properly. I've argued and complained with other groomers to get issues fixed to get no help or effort to fix the issue. (*cough* Classy Canines Pet Grooming *cough*) Her cut by Kim at Critters Pet Grooming is FLAWLESS, nails are perfect, and best of all NO NICKS! She even faded her hair from her head to her neck perfectly! I called to check on her about 1.5 hours after I dropped her off and the staff was happy to provide an update. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

At 1:40 I received a phone call saying my dog was allowed to run out the door. I was told animal control was called, someone was out looking for my dog, and there was a collar on him so he could be identified if someone got him. Animal control was called, it seemed like they had not even heard of what occurred, and when I went to get my other dog I was handed both collars. I had been lied to. No manager nor owner of the establishment had reached out to me regarding this event an employee reached out. My dog was lost due to this establishment, an no one has yet to call me to check in or help me except a single employee the day after this event occurred and then it was nothing. I recommend if you want your pet returned to you do not go here or for someone to understand what they have done and try to make amends for the damage they have done do not go here.

I brought him in this morning and went over everything again and the girl wrote all the stuff down on a clipboard. Yet, they could not seem to cut his nails nor brush his teeth, yet they charged me for doing his nails. His nails are still long and uncut. I drove 30 minutes to them because I can't seem to find a decent groomer to save my life, and they asked me to bring him back tomorrow and they will try harder to get his nails done. I work for a living and do not have time to go back to a groomer twice in one week to get them to do what they should have done TODAY!!! So far, Mississippi TRULY sucks when it comes to pet groomers! This is the 5th or 6th groomer I have gone to. And these people let me down, too.

They only came when it was convenient for them for 15 minutes at a time and were not willing to take my dog's schedule into account. We were having issues with getting them into the building due to my spotty cell service and they were unwilling to work with me on setting regular times when I knew I would have service and be able to let them into the building. Because they couldn't get in, they would leave my dog until noon and go to another appointment and come back. They did not follow instructions which led to my dog, eating toys, bathroom products, plastic, and other objects around the house. It's a miracle that I haven't had to take him to the vet. Overall, they were nice people just not very good at their job. I would recommend finding somewhere else.

Keep your animals away!…read moreFirst off I just had surgery and needed my dog cut short and bathed because I won't be able to for a few weeks. I even told her this and tipped her before hand. She returned him 5 hours later with only his back shaved. Then a couple days later he started shaking his head hard and we took him to the vet and he had gotten two types of bacteria ear infection in his ears and he has never had ear infections before. (Cost me 300 dollars) I'm guessing she never dried his ears out. I texted her telling her this and how i was upset and she never even replied. Then because of the ear infections and not being able to brush there, and that it was long from her not cutting him, his ears got super knotted. I took him to his normal groomer and he was not acting his normal self and was acting traumatized the groomers had to even call me to tell me that he was trying to bite,crying,and was scared. He has been going to that groomer for half a year and never had issues. Then his groomer had to completely shave all the fur off his ears. This lady Lisa at groom room traumatized my dog. My groomer even said to me they have had many clients complain about this place. Which btw groom room doesn't exist because apparently her shop got closed for being unhygienic she does it at her house now. I had no idea til i talked to some people. Not to mention she just got my review deleted off of google. I don't normally leave reviews for businesses but no one should be taking their dogs to this lady.
