Because of his young age, they loved on him a lot and let him stay in quieter place than their kennel building. When he is boarded, they always do refresher training. I wish we lived closer so we could board there every time we are out of town. He is going for a week soon while we go on vacation and I know he is in the best hands!

They only came when it was convenient for them for 15 minutes at a time and were not willing to take my dog's schedule into account. We were having issues with getting them into the building due to my spotty cell service and they were unwilling to work with me on setting regular times when I knew I would have service and be able to let them into the building. Because they couldn't get in, they would leave my dog until noon and go to another appointment and come back. They did not follow instructions which led to my dog, eating toys, bathroom products, plastic, and other objects around the house. It's a miracle that I haven't had to take him to the vet. Overall, they were nice people just not very good at their job. I would recommend finding somewhere else.

We had called petsmart to see if they had a place where we can come in and wash our dog. We called…read morethem 3 times the first after being on hold for ages they picked up the phone and while I was talking they hung up. The 3rd time I was on hold for about 6 minutes. My daughter walked inside for them to say we could not wash our dog inside when they could have picked up the phone and told us!

It's been 3 months since my dog died at this business and there's still been no accountability by…read morethe owner. My dog was violently mauled to death and the owner's response was to block my number when I was upset upon the news. Furthermore, he never offered any condolences, never so much as refunded me, and he lied about his credentials. As of April, he's a LLC but he advertised he was when I took my dog to his business in March and that wasn't true. He also advertised he was a certified trainer and that wasn't true. Do what you think is the best for your dog, but please be aware of all sides. It has been 3 months and I'm still completely heartbroken. I wouldn't recommend this business under any circumstances and I'm so traumatized by what happened I don't feel comfortable ever going back to a training and even the idea of leaving my other dog at a grooming facility gives me anxiety.

Our dog was taken to the wrong vet and the attack resulted in her death. Meanwhile, Bryan refuses to take responsibility for any of issues he caused. Instead yelling at my partner and saying how none of this is his fault. Based on all that has happened I cannot recommend this place. I would not ever take any dog I get in the future to any dog trainer based on how terrible this place was.
