The prescription was granted. When I showed up to pick it up I was told that they couldn't give it to me unless I brought the dog in for an appointment (roughly $70). She gets prescribed the same medication every time we bring her in so it's nothing new. If you are not going to prescribe a medication without seeing the dog then say that over the phone. Now our dog gets to suffer for the next 5 days until clinics open back up. We will not be bringing our animals back to this place.

You would think this vet office would have enough common sense and care of their patients and staff to do something about that. I was told to bring him in at 730 sharp so they had time to bathe him and wait the allotted time. I was to pick him up at noon, when they closed. Nobody showed up until 8. When i returned at noon the Vet displayed confusion as to why my dog was there. He got more and more agitated, telling me that he had already told me they had to keep him all day. They didn't bathe him. They left him in the kennel all morning, untreated. I got upset with the way his voice kept rising over mine. Finally i enough of being shouted at, and demanded my dog. The Vet banged his hands down on the counter and screamed at me that i was crazy, i was crazy and get the hell out. The veterinarian did this. Screamed at me. Called me crazy and told me to get the hell out. It was the most unstable reaction I've ever seen in my life. I would NEVER trust such an unhinged person with the life of my dog. EVER.
