We asked around for suggestions and tried vet's offices in Jackson and Clinton but were not happy with the service or the engagement with our dogs. Driving down Lakeland I noticed Flowood's Pet Hospital and since it was close to the house decided to try the clinic out and it was the best decision I have made since our old vet retired! There is not just 1 person that I could thank or recognize because everyone we've interacted with for the past 5 months or so have been amazing! From the front desk who after only a couple of times recognized us and our 'babies' upon arrival; we have 5 dogs and so far used 2 of the doctor's and were very impressed with them both - I have full confidence that all of them will be just as good. We use daycare for one of our dogs and the daycare personnel are amazing! They always give me a report when I pick up as well as when I've arrived for a visit w/o daycare - if they come to the front and see me they always ask about our baby and tell us they've missed her at daycare when she has been home with us. Utilizing a vet hospital for your beloved fur-babies is often like choosing a pediatrician for your child. I made the best decision with Flowood Pet Hospital and Resort.

She got plenty of exercise and they would SnapChat pics of her whenever I asked. Most telling was when I picked her up. Instead of immediately heading to the car to get the heck out of there (as has happened in the past in different kennels), Nella repeatedly went back and forth between me and the Wee Paws folks to "tell them goodbye". My wife and I didn't even get the usual sulky dog turning her back that night for having left her for a week. Amazing, we'll definitely be boarding our pup with them without reservations in the future.
