Upon walking in, we were greeted by Jessica. She asked for the pom cut that I wanted done, and that's it, he was ready to leave mama to go to his new groomer, what a little traitor I let her know that he has very high energy, and I was afraid he'd be difficult to cut. I anticipated that his hair will come out uneven, because my dog can't sit still for the life of him. I was pleasantly susurprised, and very pleased with how they've managed to give him a nice cut! They do all scissor cuts, very nice, and professional. Their prices are the best around with the amount of services they give to your babies. Definitely my new go to! Driving down Lakeland I noticed Flowood's Pet Hospital and since it was close to the house decided to try the clinic out and it was the best decision I have made since our old vet retired! There is not just 1 person that I could thank or recognize because everyone we've interacted with for the past 5 months or so have been amazing! From the front desk who after only a couple of times recognized us and our 'babies' upon arrival; we have 5 dogs and so far used 2 of the doctor's and were very impressed with them both - I have full confidence that all of them will be just as good. We use daycare for one of our dogs and the daycare personnel are amazing! They always give me a report when I pick up as well as when I've arrived for a visit w/o daycare - if they come to the front and see me they always ask about our baby and tell us they've missed her at daycare when she has been home with us.
