The prescription was granted. When I showed up to pick it up I was told that they couldn't give it to me unless I brought the dog in for an appointment (roughly $70). She gets prescribed the same medication every time we bring her in so it's nothing new. If you are not going to prescribe a medication without seeing the dog then say that over the phone. Now our dog gets to suffer for the next 5 days until clinics open back up. We will not be bringing our animals back to this place.

My baby was misdiagnosed in Birmingham, AL with Lymphoma so I was devastated. Decided to take my baby down here to have some more tests ran. From the get go I dealt with a lovely lady named Harley. Very kind and compassionate. My little girl was seen by the amazing Dr. Cooper. Such a down to earth, kind and intelligent doctor. Jana, the extremely smart vet tech, took great care of my baby while she was being tested. Made sure she was comfortable and treated her as her own furbaby.
