It cost $1000 for 2 dogs and 1 cat for Thanksgiving week and now my dog is in the dog ICU for kennel cough. They didn't give her the medicine to prevent hemorrhagic diarrhea. They didn't give my cat any of the food i sent and she has lost 2lbs (started out 10). They board near 300 animals at a time and there is NO way this is safe. They don't have enough staff. We will NEVER take our pets here again even if it means we can't leave town again. The staff is nice but I think they just feed you lies to keep you happy but none of what they said is true.

The site says nothing like that either.

The prescription was granted. When I showed up to pick it up I was told that they couldn't give it to me unless I brought the dog in for an appointment (roughly $70). She gets prescribed the same medication every time we bring her in so it's nothing new. If you are not going to prescribe a medication without seeing the dog then say that over the phone. Now our dog gets to suffer for the next 5 days until clinics open back up. We will not be bringing our animals back to this place.

I was taking her to another vet and hated it as much as she did. It was very traumatic and I was frustrated my concerns were not being taken seriously. The first time I took my dog to Williams Animal Clinic she acted completely different. She was not relaxed but was clearly much more at ease then the other vet. Within two minutes of me explaining my concerns and a quick exam he diagnosed her. I am also easy to over react. I have called many times freaking out if my dog got into something I didn't know if she could have. Brooke has calmed me down many times. She is great and has a real connection with each pet that walks in the door, as does Dr. Williams. I have been to places that don't have this and it does make a differences. I fully recommend Williams Animal Clinic.

He and I have been delighted by the love and care that he receives from everyone at Lakeland, especially Dr Brown. When it's time for a checkup, I just say "Want to go to the vet?", and he literally jumps and spins with joy. We have been with Dr Brown the entire time, and she is awesome! She obviously loves Franklin, and he loves her. She provides consistently excellent care, and is great about communicating with me about his conditions, as he has diabetes, and needs the kind of veterinary care that Dr Brown delivers. And the reception desk staff is equally welcoming and supportive. Frank loves them, too, particularly Brandi, who clearly also loves him. Lakeland Animal Clinic is a welcoming, warm, loving place for my 10 pound dog, and he knows that, which is why he gets so excited when I say "Let's go to the vet!" Thanks to Dr Brown and Brandi I could not more highly recommend LAC, Dr Brown, and Brandi.
