I have traveled with all sorts of pets before but I have never flown with one. Especially not a cat that is a bit wild and grieving the loss of her owner. To say I was nervous seems a bit understating the matter ... terrified is more near to what I was feeling. They require you remove all pets from their carriers and cary them through security in your arms through the TSA check. I'm not sure if you know what occurs when you try to pick up a terrified partially feral cat ... believe me I learned quickly! I am still healing from the results. However, the Magee Vet truly rescued me. They were willing to go above and beyond ... even when flights were changed last minute they worked with me with reassurance and smiles (and other very useful tools), willing to come in early or stay later to help me. They made it possible for me and little 'Grannie's Precious' to make it through security without either of us being injured. He prepared me in case of flight delays. They prepared all the paperwork I could possibly need to transport her to California and researched all the requirements I knew nothing about. I honestly would not have been able to do this without them. If I lived near them ... anywhere within a two hour drive of them ... this is who I'd being all my fur babies to. We both ('Precious'' and I) arrived home nearly 9 hours after our last visit with them ... safe and sound (her very confused and drowsy). I truly cannot thank them enough! They helped me fulfill a promise I made my Grannie as she was saying goodbye :(.

He's lost some since bc of our lack of follow through, but when we get serious with him, he quickly remembers his training (almost two years later). Because of his young age, they loved on him a lot and let him stay in quieter place than their kennel building. When he is boarded, they always do refresher training. I wish we lived closer so we could board there every time we are out of town. He is going for a week soon while we go on vacation and I know he is in the best hands!

They are extremely helpful, responsible, and reasonable. My dogs had an excellent time, as I could see on the puppy cam. When we picked him up, he & everything we left with him reeked of the awful smell, so I would say it's not being cleaned like it should. We did not receive back all of the toys that we left even though we filled out a form stations everything we left. When I called to book his spot as well as when we dropped him off, I asked what time we needed to pick him up, and the owner stayed just before they closed. However, when I went to get him, I was told I would be charged for an extra day since I was picking up after 11am. I was not mad that I was being charged, but I was mad that I was not told this when she had 2 opportunities to tell me. I then had to leave and go get more cash from an ATM, as they only take cash. When we brought him home, he acted thirsty and starving, so I'm not entirely sure they fed & watered him properly either. Definitely will not be back & will pay the extra money to have him boarded at a vet's office next time. Don't leave your babies here!

She got plenty of exercise and they would SnapChat pics of her whenever I asked. Most telling was when I picked her up. Instead of immediately heading to the car to get the heck out of there (as has happened in the past in different kennels), Nella repeatedly went back and forth between me and the Wee Paws folks to "tell them goodbye". My wife and I didn't even get the usual sulky dog turning her back that night for having left her for a week. Amazing, we'll definitely be boarding our pup with them without reservations in the future.
