They abused my boyfriends dog. He came home with bloodshot eyes after staying at Pet Haven; and when we took him to the vet, the vet claimed that his dog had blunt head trauma. My boyfriend nor his family were not informed of this head trauma, which causes me to believe the story may be a bit different (see other reviews about abu$e). read more

We took our dog Fuzz to Pet Haven while we went out of town for 4 days. We adopted 13 year old Fuzz from a man who passed away and his wife had to be placed in a nursing home. We knew Fuzz was never boarded before. Well, Pet Haven was very understanding and accommodating to our precious 7 pound pup! We cannot thank Catherine and her team enough for the wonderful care he was given! We also requested he be groomed and they did a great job! Thank you! We will be back for sure! read more

We were a bit tentative to take our dog for day care and boarding as she can be a nervous girl, but we can now safely say that it was a wonderful experience! Ginny played with the other dogs for hours and had the time of her life. The staff was kind and attentive. The owner is very involved in the everyday and could give me almost a play-by-play of everything my dog had done! She even gave our dog a toy she had been playing with during her stay to take home. This was probably the most traumatic day of my life, when I picked up my miniature schnauzer Little Man, and this is what I saw. They completely shaved his face!! No eyebrows no mustache no beard!!!!and then charged me $50!!! I will make it my mission to NEVER go back to that horrible place. I think they were mean to my fur baby too because he hasn't done anything but cling to me all day. Their groomer must have gotten his license at a strip mall school, wedged in between a dollar tree and TG&Y!!! read more

My female Yorkshire terrier named Sadie was "lost" by this facility and is STILL MISSING! She was dropped off for boarding on 8/29/19, and I was notified 22 hours later by the owner Edward Vrocher that she was "lost". My family, as well as the community, has been searching for her endlessly ever since. Sadie is the unfortunate victim of this business. If you are looking for a business to board your pet and you have the expectation that your pet will be returned to you, this may not be the best business to utilize. Furthermore, this business cut off Sadie's top knot when she was groomed 2 weeks prior to her disappearance (which she had her whole life). Please spend a little extra money and board your pup elsewhere. I dropped my mini Aussie off here while I went out of town. He's 3 years old and completely house broken, we brought 2 of his toys a bone and his blanket. When you walk in you are so over whelmed by smell of old musky dog it's hard to breathe. When we picked him up he was covered in his own poop, my dog never goes in the house unless it's been more then 12 hours. The weather was nice and sunny all weekend and the I'm assuming owner tried telling me 'he could sense bad weather of why he pooped on himself.' His paws are white and they were completely brown, it was in his ear and caked in his butt hair. When she took him out of the kennel it was like he hadn't seen sun in two days. She couldn't even rinse off his paws?! As we're leaving I see her notice and touch the poop what was caked in his ear hair. She stated she didn't give him the blanket we brought him because 'she knew he would probably make a mess on it and it seemed like he has separation issues' if you noticed he had separation issues then why would you not give him the blanket we brought that has a familiar smell... PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DAYCARE/ BOARDING PLACE!! read more

I took my English Bulldog to the vet and instead of yeast in his paw like Cathy has stated, he had a large puncture hole. I called her and she said she wld pay the vet bill but....I requested again for her to let me view the kennel that my dogs were in and she said she simply cld not do that because they were in an area of highly aggressive dogs and she didn't want to upset them. I said so you put my docile dogs in the highly aggressive area and she said no um um crawfishin. Still a 1 rating and negative rating if the site would allow. DO NOT BOARD your dogs here. Record all conversations if needed for legal purposes. read more
