Upon walking in, we were greeted by Jessica. She asked for the pom cut that I wanted done, and that's it, he was ready to leave mama to go to his new groomer, what a little traitor I let her know that he has very high energy, and I was afraid he'd be difficult to cut. I anticipated that his hair will come out uneven, because my dog can't sit still for the life of him. I was pleasantly susurprised, and very pleased with how they've managed to give him a nice cut! They do all scissor cuts, very nice, and professional. Their prices are the best around with the amount of services they give to your babies. Definitely my new go to! First video is his hair before the cut, I promised him a puppuccino if he sat still. Puppuccino from Rollin' Beans is approved!

The prescription was granted. When I showed up to pick it up I was told that they couldn't give it to me unless I brought the dog in for an appointment (roughly $70). She gets prescribed the same medication every time we bring her in so it's nothing new. If you are not going to prescribe a medication without seeing the dog then say that over the phone. Now our dog gets to suffer for the next 5 days until clinics open back up. We will not be bringing our animals back to this place.

I have gotten a price from them on several occasions where I then went somewhere else and paid 100 to 150 dollars less for the same procedure. I saved 150 dollars on a dental cleaning they quoted me for. Just recently I saved 100 dollars on a UTI one of my babies had. I love my dogs and I would pay anything to get them better but I'm also not going to let someone rip me off. Im not sure why they're just making up prices over there but they're not competitive. I won't be back. I also let my baby up there for a urinalysis for the UTI and 4 hrs later they still had not been able to get it. I took her somewhere else and it took them 10 minutes and I was on the way home. My dogs act like they're scared to death of them. If you're looking for a good vet try Hometown in Brandon. I switched because I moved and it was closer. Ill just have to drive because the competition is awful!

Keep your animals away!…read moreFirst off I just had surgery and needed my dog cut short and bathed because I won't be able to for a few weeks. I even told her this and tipped her before hand. She returned him 5 hours later with only his back shaved. Then a couple days later he started shaking his head hard and we took him to the vet and he had gotten two types of bacteria ear infection in his ears and he has never had ear infections before. (Cost me 300 dollars) I'm guessing she never dried his ears out. I texted her telling her this and how i was upset and she never even replied. Then because of the ear infections and not being able to brush there, and that it was long from her not cutting him, his ears got super knotted. I took him to his normal groomer and he was not acting his normal self and was acting traumatized the groomers had to even call me to tell me that he was trying to bite,crying,and was scared. He has been going to that groomer for half a year and never had issues. Then his groomer had to completely shave all the fur off his ears. This lady Lisa at groom room traumatized my dog. My groomer even said to me they have had many clients complain about this place. Which btw groom room doesn't exist because apparently her shop got closed for being unhygienic she does it at her house now. I had no idea til i talked to some people. Not to mention she just got my review deleted off of google. I don't normally leave reviews for businesses but no one should be taking their dogs to this lady.
