Picked up an order here after a loooooong time. Idk - the small dining room looked like it needed some TLC. Don't get me wrong, it was adequate for eating there... but it needs an upgrade...and maybe some table cleaning every hour or so? So if you do pick-up... for some reason, they no longer place the bags in the racks where they were supposed to go, now you have to ask at the door by the cashier for your bag. A minor inconvenience. So I picked up my baggie and noticed it was much less heavy than anticipated... I guess the portion size has changed? It tasted good though... but it was surprisingly small for $13. I didn't even take a picture cause I was so hungry and there are NO left overs... (I usually have 1/2 left for later!)... So the story of the year 2025: prices up, portion size significantly down. Absolutely furious!!! The last time I visited this place, I left a scathing review because of its filth and terrible appearance. I hadn't set foot in this dump since then, but hoping for some improvement, I brought my family back--despite knowing the state of the restaurant--because we love the food. What a mistake! This time, it was even worse! To start, the grill was coated in a layer of burned oil, the tables were disgusting with leftover food from previous customers, and the utensils area? A complete mess of trash and scraps. I had to ask for new forks from the back and pointed out to the staff just how revolting the place looked, but they acted completely unfazed--as if this was just part of their everyday routine! The joke's on me for giving this place another chance, but I promise I won't be back, and I'll make sure to spread the word about this horrendous experience to everyone I know. Chicken was definitely cross-contaminated or prepared incorrectly. I ate dinner from chipotle last night at 9:30 pm. By 11:30 I had horrible stomach cramps, got extremely nauseous, and could not sleep the entire night from getting up to try and use the restroom. After 5 appearances at the bathroom, I continued to see more blood than poop, until there was only blood. I ran to the ER this morning around 10am after a sleepless night, to find out i have a parasite from this chipotle! I ordered a bowl, white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, and cheese. I hadn't been back to this restaurant in about 5 years. I won't be back. Came on Memorial Day Sunday for a quick dinner at 6 pm. Restaurant was warm. , don't know if it was broken or set high but it wasn't cool. Tables weren't cleaned, I took a napkin to the one we used. No ice for drinks. I came to try the "new" Chipotle Honey Chicken ". Didn't look anything like the picture on the menu. Couldn't taste any honey at all. Tasted just like the old stuff. They also need to take out all the high top tables running through the middle of the space. We were there for 45 minutes and no one sat at any of them. Waste of space. The worst example of the franchise. Seldom clean and in the 3 times my wife has ordered delivery from this location they have messed up the order every time. When I say they messed up the order I don't mean they forgot a salsa, I mean they pack the completely wrong items, or leave out half the order. On todays adventure my wife's double meat bowl with beans, hot salsa, and light cheese, no onions, showed up as a half serving meat bowl with corn salsa... heavy onion. My steak and carnitas burrito with beans rice sour cream and fajita vegetables (was free since last time I placed this order it showed up as a bowl instead of a burrito) this time showed up as just a beans rice and cheese burrito, no meat. If you order online the portion sizes that are already small get even smaller. I also came back and showed the lady how the guacamole they gave was bad and had to change it. Posting a picture of the burrito bowl my made, does even fill up the bowl to half. Corporate/mgmt does not care as you can tell by the similar complains. Place is also never clean. RARELY have I had a good experience here. If you come at lunch, make sure you know Spanish because they don't speak English. I don't mind that but they're older & serve you with portions for little girls. When you ask for a little more of anything you're answered with attitude. There's also one guy that works the line there who seems to absolutely hate his life, his job, & everyone that walks in. Taller guy with a forearm tattoo. This location of Chipotle Mexican Grill gets big boy points for being fast even when there are a lot of people waiting. The establishment is kept clean and don't forget you can't go wrong with the Jalapeno Tabasco sauce or the Chipotle Tabasco sauce in the condiments station after you've paid. I prefer the chicken bowl or the chicken burrito as I like to keep it simple. I do find the beans lack true Latin flavor but hey I let it slide because honestly that's not the niche here. Just went here to grab a late night dinner. The moment we walked in the music was obnoxiously loud to the point where you could barely hear each other talk face to face. I rarely ever come to Chipotle. I come here maybe 3 times out of the year at most. I used to come a lot more often but the consistency of food and food portions are what always kept me from coming back. However, I received a gift card so I decided to pick up some food before work. I remembered how long the lines used to be from this place, especially around 5-6 pm which was around when I went. There wasn't much of a line and was pleasantly surprised, yet at the same time made me a bit concerned. I was in line for my order and upon my turn asked for a barbacoa Bowl with brown rice and black beans. I got a tortilla on the side as well. My friend got a barbacoa burrito. Now this is where I stopped coming, the portion of meat you receive can either be fairly acceptable or ridiculously small. To me it depends on how cheap the employee is feeling. It always drove me crazy, give me my fair share! There have been several times in the past where I had to ask them to throw some more meat on because it was ridiculous. However, today's trip to chipotle was a decent portion. I had no complaints. I added all of my selected toppings and added guacamole. The employees kept the line moving fast and were overall pretty pleasant. My friends burrito was much smaller than I remember. I don't know if the tortillas and portion sizes have decreased over the years or what but we both commented that it was smaller than expected(This was his first time here in 3 years). The restaurant was clean and we were able to grab a table and eat. I will be back and update my review regarding taste and portion size but my Bowl was very enjoyable, and a decent portion this time. I hope this place isn't hit or miss with meat servings like I remembered. If it is, I'm going to return to dining elsewhere. After some unanswered calls to Chipotle Weston, a young woman finally picks up, I explained the situation and she immediately blamed it on the driver (without checking anything) so I asked her who puts the orders into the delivery bag and she finally recognized that they do. Awful Management! I ordered lunch to be delivered to my home and received a notification from my credit card for the full amount including the delivery fee. About 15 minutes later I received an email receipt from Chipotle stating Order is for pick up and the charge was reduced to reflect pick up at the store. I checked my credit card and the charge was changed and amount reduced to a pick up $ amount. For 2 hours I tried to reach someone at the store. Pepper virtual help did not understand me! There was no option to communicate "wrong order type" or " cancel to reorder" Finally Pepper got a human to text me! He said sorry we can not modify your order type and we can not refund you!!! I will never ever place an order from Chipotle and I will never spend a penny at Chipotle. The online corporate complaint line is also a vicious circle and takes you back to pepper.
