Wow!! What happened to Wendy's? So far I am 2 for 2 in terms of bad experiences with two different locations. As to this one, I ordered at the Drive-Thru and after I paid for the order I had the audicity of asking the staff persona manning the window for sauce and that triggered the Dr. Jeckyll-Mr. Hyde dynamics in this young fellow as he slammed a soda cup with ice against the soda machine, game the most "I'm mad" face I can recall, and then proceeded to scold me as he handed me the sauces for not asking for them when I placed the order!!!!! I spoke with a manager on duty who seemed to know there's an attitude problem with this guy but all that could be done is inform management about it. Quite a sorry state of affairs at Wendy's. Too bad, a great place is now gone down and I, for one, do not intend to ever return. read more

WORST WENDY'S EVER! So this is the only Wendy's in our area (next closest location is 7 miles away). We continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt and are repeatedly disappointed. Don't know why we even bother anymore. My kids love Wendy's, but always we have the worst meal when we order from here. Today the fries were terribly overcooked (burnt) and served cold. My son's nuggets were undercooked, where the breading was gooey. My daughter' baked potato was over cooked and sad looking. The cheese served on the side for the baked potato was coagulated and gross looking. I asked for the bacon on the side, and they filled one of the containers with so much bacon, it was like they were just trying to get rid of what they had left over from an old batch. And it was cold! There was more bacon then there was potato. And to boot the bacon was just sitting in a puddle of oil. GROSS!!! The soda and fruit punch was off tasting and flat. Did I mention that the guy taking the order at the drive thru forgot to turn off his mic and blurted out "WHAT THE F*** DOES SHE WANT?!" I had to tell him "you know, your mic is still on". This is literally the slowest drive-thru I've ever been in. They make each person wait about 5 minutes once you hit the drive-thru order box before they let you order. Jan: 20th @ 10:00 pm I had the worse experience ever that I should call Corporate! I had a manager get frustrated at me and have attitude towards me because there Apple Pay didn't work. This Wendy's wins the award for worst in 2 countries...Canada and USA. Congrats! (Slow clap). We picked up a Wendy's double meal and a Baconator meal. Asked for ketchup...handed me 2 packs for 2 people. I asked for more and he gave me 6 packs covered in old leaked ketchup making them stick together. I said "come on man...gross!". He gave me 5 packs from the drive thru. On the way to the hotel 3 minutes away, grease from the burgers soaked through the bag and into my Wife's pants. Had to heat the fries up (ice cold) so I bit into the slimy baconator while I waited and wtf? Not only was the bun soggy from grease but the meat was pink (didn't the fast food places learn from Jack in the Box killing 4 people and infecting 732 with e-coli in 1992-93? Not a big fan of fast food but as far as that goes this is one of the better or should I say least offensive. There are a few healthy choices on the menu and the fries can be substituted for fruit but the real reason I come here is the Frosty. Yeah it is one of my weaknesses. This location has always had its quirks and I've never really felt compelled to leave a review till tonight. So I go through the drive through and ask for a number 2 (Dave's Double), when I get to the window the cashier says it's $11 which I thought was odd but I didn't question it... turns out they charged me for a triple. I don't know how telling the cashier Number 2, triggered a different outcome but that wasn't the kicker... I pull over to eat my meal and when I unwrap my burger guess how many patties this sucker had?... I got a 4 patty burger, I could barely open my mouth big enough to eat it. It felt like a blessing and a curse at the same time, I literally ate 2x the amount of burger I was prepared for. Firstly, let me say how disappointed I am with the service here. I came there this morning and was greeted by some guy who went straight back to the restaurant who then started discussing something with the lady in the drive through for at least 5 minutes. To put things into perspective I'm still waiting at the cash register to place my order and being totally ignored. Finally the drive through lady walks to the front and asks the employee who was outside cleaning and super sweaty to take my order after he washes his hands so he sets the mop down and turtle walks to the back. I'm still standing there waiting to place an order and finally I said screw and walked out. Please if you value your time and worth I would never come to this location. I made the mistake of stopping by the drive through window about 10 days ago. I ordered a grilled chicken & small diet coke. I was up the whole night with terrible heartburn.The next day I had terrible Diarrhea which I still have 10 days later. I went through the drive through, everything went well and was expedited quickly. Food was warm. I took a bite into a spicy Asiago chicken sandwich. Burned half my tongue. My guess is that the sandwich must of been nuked for 5 min or more, prior, because what burned me was the tomato spewing out. Why were all the condiments, in the sandwich, like lava??? There was no need to nuke the whole thing like that. It shouldn't be to hard to make fresh food on the go that is not bursting with lava! First and foremost, yes, you can find better fries and better burgers anywhere and everywhere. But judging for the category it is in, this place definitely deserves 4.5 stars. Their sandwiches are just perfect-- not too salty and yet, packing flavor, not too big, but not too small. Their fries are, yes, I dare say, better than McDonald's fries. I love to dip them in their chili and just eat them together. After that, I pour the chili over baked potato and finish the rest. DELISH! I think this is definitely one of those places where it's just hard to "miss" because almost everything off of their menu's just a pretty much a hit. You know I haven't been to many Wendy's, but this one is the best! The staff is really friendly, the facilities clean and spacious, and the food delicious. I recommend the Baconator with a vanilla frosty. One thing I enjoy is the aesthetic architecture, which includes eye catching red finishes with intricate designs on the benches. They even have a large television that always has the news playing. Today the local channel reminded me that it may rain Sunday. I particularly liked how they were open today when most places were closed in preparation for Hurricane Irma. My fridge and stomach were empty, so I really needed a juicy burger. I felt complete satisfaction in their fresh never frozen patties. They even have one of those fancy coke dispensers that offers peach Fanta! I can never seem to find it anywhere besides said kind of dispensers. And now a poem to the Wendy's of Weston Road: Wendy's is the finest place to eat With yummy milkshakes And plenty of scrumptious meat They just need some cakes :( read more
